This store continues to disappoint time and time again. Went there to purchase Ariens Apex zero turn mower. Nobody in the power department so the lady from clothing tried to help us out. We were told if we open a fleet farm card we would get 10% off our first purchase. But then they decided to cap it at $200 so 10% became 3%. We walked away. read more

Each time I come here the staff is helpful. From farm to pet (opposite sides of the store) the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Every once in a while the staff may not know the answer so they look it up or radio and find out. Returns have been easy and quickly done. Baby chicks are healthy and the store has everything I needed for them. Horse stuff is what most people look for. We drive so ours need a lot more equipment then I can find here. That being said I needed brass parts and fleet had them. Bought the parts and brought it to the Amish guy to make it. Greenhouse plants had variety and even some I didn't see at other nursery's. Did look a little dry but what do you expect on pavement? They grew fine once planted. I miss the store being downtown but this location has so much more to offer. read more

Do not get your oil change done here!! They don't know how to do it for the price they charge. You have to tell them what you want done. They don't check the fluids, like if you go to Goodyear or any other mechanic shop. I will never go back cause now I am spending an extra $8 for coolant fluids. read more

Very nice and brand new location! Went in for a return and the staff was very accommodating since we did not have the receipt for the item, but was able to get in-store credit. I didn't walk around much, but this store seems like your one stop shop for every outdoor hobby you can imagine. They even have clothes and a decent sized frozen and packaged food section. read more

They are very competitive on pricing but never have anything in stock for my projects. Every time I have a home/automotive project one or more things is out of stock. (Pre, during and post Covid) my dogs food has only been In stock 1of about 20 times I stopped. I liked the old store as I expected them not to have things rather than empty shelves. I love the sporting good, snacks and nuts selection also that seems better stocked. read more

I have really good experiences at the West Bend Fleet Farm store. Managers Lisa W, Becky n Tim always awesome. (Tim is in the Falls now, so stop in and say hi to him there.) STAFF very helpful and accommodating. If I'm not sure where an item is they always direct me to the right department and help me find it. I came in to send some serious cash on a piece of equipment. The website said it was available at the West Bend store. I sat at the automotive counter waiting for a store employee to come and help after being paged about 8 times. Luckily it was just long enough for me to find what I was looking for on Amazon and it included free shipping. read more

Needed help at customer help desk. I was treated like I was bothering them as all I got was attitude. I see Fleet Farm closing their doors if they treat people this way. They can't keep products on the shelf, even Wisconsin made products, when sales happen. Give me the old store any day. The new store is a total disaster. It is laid our poorly and the placement of products make no sense at all. This place is really short on staff and the people that do work there, although nice people, are completely worthless when it comes to knowing prices and location and availability of product. The inventory is awful and shelves are always empty. I am not talking about COVID related stock. When they first opened the stock was always short and it has not gotten any better. Forget this place! I am so sorry for having to post this about Fleet Farm in West Bend. Upon entering the store I thought as usual that I was going to have a great experience as usual. Sad that my opinion was changed within 3 minutes. During the course of my shopping I immediately encountered the 1st shopper without a mask, ok so I thought the management must have missed this "one". Very nice selection of clothes and pretty much everything. The new store is worth checking out and is about twice as big as the old one.

If I could give minus stars I would. The West Bend Fleet Farm is by far one of the worst stores I have visited. I live 10 miles from this store and every single time I go there, they do NOT have what I need, so I have to drive 25 minutes to Germantown Fleet Farm. And they always have what West Bend doesn't. These are everyday items that West Bend should have. Examples; cement, paint, sprinklers, just to name a few. I have finally, after going to West Bend store too many times not finding what I'm looking for, decided to go to Germantown Fleet Farm because I know they will have what I need. It's a shame to build a nice store like the one in West Bend and then hire someone that can't manage to stock it. This isn't because of Covid-19 if that's what they try blaming it on, this was happening before that. No excuses, fire these people and get someone in there that knows how to run a store. It's not that hard. Sorry to say but they should shut the doors on this store. I have to make the extra drive to Germantown anyways. read more

I kinda always laughed at these types of stores (only internally, to myself, thank you) but this store was, hmmm, what should I say, was broad... big... well-priced, good people watching. We needed heavy duty bug spray (not normally a fan but when I got attacked for 3 hours straight with about 25 bites, I put my foot down).... and they delivered. Good selection, cheap prices. They had tons of .... candy... clothes (yikes!)... yard stuff, household cleaners.. etc.... great to have in a small town. I typically go to Home Depot/target/ace hardware in the burbs. But this did the trick. I had never seen marshmallows the size of a baseballs. I think there maybe a correlation between the size of the marshmallows and that of the shoppers..... read more

Every time I visit this store, they always seem to be out of stock or just simply don't carry what I'm looking for. Normally, I'd shrug it off; but when you are a large business with multiple locations and people can compare you directly to other Fleet Farm stores, it doesn't take long to realize something is failing at this location. We buy a lot of our animal feeds here and rarely do I make a visit where I'm able to get everything I came for because of their inadequate inventory. I just came out of the store after visiting here a second time in a week. I came 1 week ago checking for the same item (chicken feed) and it wasn't on the shelf. When I asked if they had any, the young man was helpful-ISH, saying there was a pallet in the warehouse and I could drive back there to get it. Sorry - No! Stock your damn shelves. Not to mention the last time I took a trip to their warehouse, there was mass confusion as though I was the first customer ever to set foot in their warehouse/yard area. That visit ended with me having to go back into the store to get my money back... Enough said; shop at another store or at least a different Fleet location if you can. read more
