They have been in business over 3o years and the young men in charge (Tim , Tony) were so professional, polite and total gentlemen! The store is open, organized and neat! The equipment is handed to you clean. They provide any instruction needed, take it to your car and come right out when you pull up for return. They are well competitively priced and honest. They even took a look at my personal sander I thought I broke and fixed a simple repair for me! I highly recommend this spot for rental of any handheld or heavy duty tool or equipment!!!! Hands Down!!!

I would recommend that if…read moreyou do rent a storage facility at this location, never to go alone, especially as a single woman. In mid March 2026, I went to the U-Haul storage in North Randall Ohio to rent an unit. At that time, I was given a card to swipe for access to the building and where I left, use the card again to let security system know that I had left the building. When I went to use the card for the first time, it didn't work and I went to the office for replacement. They said they were temporarily out of cards, but the next time I came in to stop and get a new card. A week later, when we moved my daughter's belongings in, I was informed that cards will no longer used because they're doing a security upgrade. The automatic door would be open to anyone and everyone who either had a legitimate reason to be there or any man off the street. This is a huge building. It used to be a circuit city. It's two levels of hallways and dark corners. I asked the office about the open door policy and was told that there were security cameras. I said that's great, but is someone watching the security camera 24/7? They said no and I said that would be great so if anything happens, you'll find my body the next time somebody reviews the cameras. I twice called manager of the building to clarify this, he never returned my call. I called the national U-Haul office in early April, a regional manager never my call. I again called at the end of May to the national office and through the diligence of the customer service representative, she got through to a regional manager who I talked to about the unlocked doors. She stated that the doors would be unlocked because it was inconvenient for people to have to put in a code or use a card to unlock the door. She said the alternative was to move to another U-Haul location, which has the same policy. I asked her if U-Haul was going to pay the $200 to hire movers and of course she said no. .
