I was totally fine with that, there were a lot of vehicles that were damaged and I know they were going to be busy. CUT TO 4 WEEKS LATER.... No phones calls or updates. I would periodically check on my vehicle, using my app on my phone. Car was moved once. I then received a call from insurance about my rental vehicle. When I spoke to someone at my insurance company they also did not have any update on my vehicle. They were not sent a repair invoice. I called crash champions several times, either had to leave a message or was told they would check on it and call me back, which they didn't. I finally spoke to someone the day I had to drop my rental vehicle off after having to stalker call like an ex-girlfriend. Magically my car was done. Great, go pick it up and not only does my windshield have the same chips in it, now it's completely crack from the passenger side to the driver side. There were still dents on my car and a missed paint chip. Which all of this was previously discussed. So Now I have to bring my car back at a later time when they get my windshield in. Fine again I know they are busy. Fast forward two weeks later, I call to check the status. Not only did they have my windshield, no one called to let me know. Ok told me to bring it in on Wednesday. I get there and no one knew I was coming, didn't have an appointment and the rental car was also unknown. They called the person who scheduled me, and Enterprise responded to get me quickly. Getting ready to get my rental and then I'm told the paperwork has not been sent over yet, since crash champions is covering this rental. I sat there for over an hour. Finally they sent the paperwork and I got the rental. Over a week later and they finally call me that my car is ready. Fantastic.......not ! They missed a dent that I circled in marked when I dropped it off last week. They are going to fix it but that's another day without my car. With that being said, I do realize that they had so many vehicles to work on. The time management and lack of communication is the biggest issue. I will never come back to them. Side note, Michelle in the front office was very nice, and Enterprise employees were fantastic. I finally have my vehicle back and it is July 10th!!!! Not to mention the inside of my car was dirty af!!! They didn't care to even wipe it down. This was after I even pointed out to them how dirty they made it and told them they needed to clean it, they did not. At that point I was irritated and just clean it myself!

Not a good experience at all. My jeep needed the front fender replaced and the door painted after…read morean accident. The day I picked it up, the new fenders light bulb was broken off inside the lens not working, the fender wasn't in line with the door and hood, the door had fish eyes in the clear and a buffer burn. I made another appointment to get these fixed which they did, no charge. Again, I had to pay for another rental car for three days though. While it was there I decided to have them replace the seat bottom foam and cover I had bought at the jeep dealership. I picked the jeep up discovering that upon reinstalling the seat, they poked a hole in the new oem jeep 600.00 seat cover and scratched both the door panel and sil plate with the metal seat track. Also, the air bag light was illuminated on the dash. They agreed to purchase a new door panel and sil plate, but the cover is no longer available. I suggested they repair the old one for me to have as a spare and leave the new one on with a hole for fear of more damage. That would not be anywhere close to the cost of buying a new one. It took several phone calls, stop ins and emails to get those parts from them. After many many months of the seat cover being at the shop, with the owner saying it would get repaired after I stopped to see, I gave up and picked up the unrepaired seat bottom cover, now covered in dust and dirt. Chapter closed at least. I don't just leave negative reviews, it's not my thing but I have never had to call, email and stop in a place of business so many times to get something fixed, yet not completely. This was an extremely unprofessional transaction. Each time there were easily seen things wrong. I understand things happen, but this was all in lack of quality control, honesty and follow through.

I dropped my car off the Sunday before and didn't hear from Rob by that following Friday so I called him. No answer so I left a message to see when my car would be done since it was past 4 days. Waited over the weekend and called back Monday no answer or call back. Called Tuesday no answer or call back. Spoke with Rob on Wednesday finally and he said he was out a day and it will be ready Thursday night he will call. No call Thursday night so I called Friday to see. No answer or call back so I decided to stop by the shop around 6. I caught him off guard and my van was in the shop. He said it will be done Saturday between 6-7 and he will call me. No call Saturday. I called Monday and he answered and said he was waiting for a base that he ran out of so it will be ready Wednesday by 7. He called me at 7:40 Wednesday evening but I was not able to answer due to a meeting. I called Thursday and he said it was ready to pick up. I went at 12:45 to pick up on my lunch break and it was not finished. He was still washing it after making me wait 10 min at the door. The big repair is fixed but the work is sloppy and not all scratches are buffed and painted. He said he is sometimes a one man show, I said I understand but you need to communicate . I am unhappy with the work that was done for the time he had my van. The time he had between the quote and my van going into the shop he should have checked supplies so he could have kept the 4 day time line not 18 days!!! I would not recommend him to anyone!! They send all of their body work to Action, so I called and Zach said I could bring the car by any time for a free estimate. I did, and while I was on the phone telling my husband what our options were Zach wiped the house paint scrapes off of the Civic - this was even before I had decided to have Action Auto Body fix anything! I opted to just have the bumper reattached let Action fix the issue. The next day I picked up my Civic - which was cleaner than it's been in a long time! These guys did a great job for a very fair price.

My wife's car was hit by another driver. Allstate insurance sent her to Action Auto Body for the…read morerepair work. She dropped it off and told Action Auto Body we were leaving for vacation on Friday, July 6. She called Action on July 5 to see if the car was ready for pickup. She was told it wasn't. We returned home on July 11 and she received a message from Allstate telling her she owed $200 for the rental car because her car was ready on July 5 and she didn't pick it up. She then called Action Auto Body and was told they had contacted the insurance company to let them know the car was done on July 5 but failed to contact my wife. They said they knew she was leaving on vacation and didn't bother to call. Nor did they call on July 6, July 7, July 8, July 9, July 10 or even July 11 when we returned home. My wife actually had to call them to find out the car was done. The insurance company wouldn't help. Action Auto Body washed their hands of the issue. They were paid through the insurance company so why would they correct their own mistake? Fortunately, Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Streetsboro reduced the fee and my wife only paid $160 for the extra days with the rental car. This isn't over. Cell phones have records of who called. It's quite obvious Action Auto Body never called my wife to let her know the car was done. She has phone records of her call to Action Auto Body on July 5. Anybody can fix a bumper. Consider another company when you need your car fixed. Action Auto Body has poor customer service and even worse, no integrity.
