Oh my. I will start off simple. Dont waste your time. Everything you can get here, you can find somewhere else in town and alot cheaper. Came here the first time to check out the beer selection. About $2-4 more expensive than anywhere else in town. Now before you say this is downtown n blah blah, go on down to get ye ole cock n bull where my car was parked in compare. So second time, hop slam release. Bells rep supposed to be in house, live band. Almost fell asleep on the band and I didn't see a rep there from 5 to 7:30 when I was there. I was one of the few that purchased the Hopslam in the glass for $15. Again overpriced. Got some $9 pretzel bites which if you look at the Heights spot about half a mile from there are $4.50 n look exactly the same. Check the pics Staff was marginally friendly both visits. No happy hour on anything and I asked for specials. I took myself on over to the Distillery. Same specialty beer (hop slam) in a 16 oz glass $5.50. Darn near half the price. Ya' ll can keep this spot. I won't be there

Popped in for their Sunday Soul Music session hoping for some brunch options. While I was a little bummed it was just the regular dinner menu I did in fact quite enjoy my "Old German" sandwich. It had a great ratio of pastrami and pickles on toasted rye. I went for the vinegar slaw and it was also pretty delicious. My wife got the chopped salad and was a little disappointed. The bacon-buttermilk dressing hinted at a bacon flavor but she felt like having some actual bacon would have gone a long way both in texture and flavor. The service was great and we really enjoyed the soul music being spun by a local DJ. Atmosphere was great as well and I was really impressed with the build out. While it's brand new, they picked finishes and colors that just made it feel like it's always been a part of the neighborhood. I'm hoping they will eventually open for weekday lunch hours as the menu is very lunch centric (mostly sandwiches) and I think would quickly become a popular destination for downtown business folks.

Passed by Fleetwood while around the Michigan border. Entering it felt like a bar from my home turf, pretty modern, lots of tvs with sports, pretty women, and good beer. We only went in for a beer or two, and asked for something local. I tried a couple black cloister beers since the brewery was down the street so I heard. The beers were pretty good, and the waitress let me taste them prior. She recommended try the "fleetwood" which is 4 small cups of any tap beer. Would have done that, but we had to be on our way. Definitely a fan, and wouldn't mind going there again.

Good selection of draft craft beers. I had a Maumee Bay Broken Bat Kolsch and a Goose Island 321. We split a chopped salad. Fresh. And I had a Pot Roast sandwich with Mac and Cheese on the side. The sandwich was tasty. We went on a non-game night to avoid crowds. Fun time. We'll be back.

Slowest service i have ever received at a bar. Waited 25 mins for a drink over 40 mins for a pizza.

It's a single sided service approach causes an interaction disconnect that, meanwhile believes in supporting so many things, lacks on customer experience, service and engagement. I'll start with the pros: they have a quick food, quality, menu that supplements their large selection of brews. The only place that has pretty good Meades. The girls here work diligently, they're very approachable, (some) don't know much about the details of the items however they're quick to find them. They're always smiling and even when it's busy, they are very task oriented. That being said, I appreciate the establishment, its aura, and its local support for community and small business. Rosie, and the former police officer, as well as the day shift, and kitchen staff are all great people and seem to enjoy giving service with a smile and are so nice, when you can get to engage with them. Now, the quirks. The menu is on the wall, if you're sitting at the bar, or outside, and your phone is dead, you have to walk up to the bar and then walk the 15 feet wall, around customers to be able to see what's available. It's very cluttered, random and hard to navigate, especially the non-beer options on random sized/font posters. You have to advocate yourself for service, walk up to the bar, because otherwise you might not get attentive service. I waited 15mins between them conversing with other patrons to get a drink. It's very hands-off which, a lot of places are inline with this digital/QR table ordering and walk up service since Covid. However, the feel this place gives: mostly engaging, service with a smile but is inconsistent, giving mixed results on exactly how to take to this place with each person giving a different customer service experience. So, you can see from the photos it's very much walk up service. Which can be difficult for some who have disabilities, sit outside, and other factors and isn't really clear with the layout and expectations it sets with its environment. I've came in several times and have had prompt service at the bar, but on this night, even not busy, was like pulling teeth just to get any follow up/help, silverware and drink refills. I sit at the bar to be able to discuss special needs of food restrictions, etc. but, if it's too busy I probably wouldn't stop in due to having to walk up to the bar to address each need/order and I'm not a fan of table/digital ordering due to food restrictions and menu ordering on digital platforms that are clumsy at times leading to confusion or wrong orders/bill splitting etc. Sometimes food is made well, well portioned, sometimes it seems like they ran out of food and found bits at the bottom of a portion to affix to an order. I've had to ask for plates, napkins and silverware each time I've came here. Should be consistent when bringing food. All and all, I WANT to like this place. It has potential, it supports women forward, small business, local, and service animals. All the things I appreciate and love. They are clean, from the sound of overhearing they have a great membership club (still don't no anything about it), I'll have to wonder away from the bar to read the posters posted around to see if I can get more info. Rosie, who was explaining to to a customer next to me, was very diligent, helpful and engaged with customers very well but, was also stuck to the bar area waiting for people to approach so, its very one sided experience. Being short staffed sucks, it is a today issue. This place really tries, they're strong, female forward and driven. I will continue to try and come back, hopefully this review isn't to harsh, not meant to be, we only know what we know and hopefully this helps shed light in a space others can understand and maybe help. Keep up the hard work and I will keep returning. A similar place is Batch Brewing with the same format that executes this method perfectly. So, it's doable.

Ambiance was dark- like a bar-type of atmosphere- which didn't matter because it was an overcast day in Ohio. It was also more of a sports var as there were lots of TV screens. I ordered a chicken caprese sandwich after being assured by my server that it was one of her favorites. It came with delicious French Fries. The sandwich was good but not amazing. For my taste, the chicken was a bit overcooked, but better than undercooked. The fries were delicious, even though I only ate a few. Before I went to college, I worked in a nice seafood restaurant and our nightly task was to make sure ketchup containers were full. Therefore, I noticed that my container of ketchup was down to the last few squirts. Never a good thing/sound! Overall, not a bad place to eat, but nothing worth going out of your way to try, imo. I see that others gave it better reviews, so this is my experience, Pictures below...
