Our church uses them for alter flowers every week. This week was my turn . I had an issue with my eye. I could hardly see and was running behind. I risked my life getting there. Arrived a couple minutes before closing. The door was open, and the guy was still in there. He wouldn't let me pick out any flowers. Saying he had an hour drive. Now I have to go to Publix and buy flowers at retail cost out of my own pocket. You would think Fletches would be more accommodating to regular customers . Sorry this is long but please read.. My experience with the owner Natalie was a Nightmare. My niece had a wedding in Treasure Island on November 27th, 2021. I emailed Natalie on 10/06.. got some info and pricing. On 10/26 one month before our wedding I sent my order with questions... no reply.. I followed up again on 11/18.. She replied they would be open Wednesday 11/24 and we could pick up 6am to noon. She would send me the invoice on Monday the 22nd. Never got an invoice...and when the Bride (my niece) and her mom showed up on Wednesday 11/24 no one knew anything about our order.. Their employee Chris asked when the wedding was? We said Saturday the 27th and he said they would be closed Thanksgiving but they would be open on Friday the 26th and he would have the order ready. He was very nice. But that put us way behind... We picked up on Friday around 10am.. I did not check the order closely.. and when we got home we were short 3 bunches of seeded Eucalyptus and half of the spring roses fell apart and were unusable.. I called Natalie that same day, she insisted Chris gave us 2 Eucalyptus.. I told her we ordered 3 so 2 made no sense, to which she said they only had 2 available..(we were charged for and paid for 3) I sent pics of the fake eucalyptus I substituted for our pew flowers in church to prove I did not have fresh.. and included pics of the buckets with only roses, blue delphinium, and babys breath.. Natalie finally agreed the order was short and offered to refund but could not credit our card??? WTH.. We agreed she would mail a check.. I gave her the address and we waited.. 2 weeks go by and nothing.. I followed up .. she said she would mail it.. and then 2 more weeks passed so on 12/31 I sent this email: " As of Tuesday we have not received the refund.. We need to get this taken care of.. We have been more than patient" ... to which I received this very rude reply from Natalie blaming US for her screw up .. Thank you for being so patient with us as we broke our refund policy and agreed to your terms instead of our own. On the day of contact I offered you to come and pick up cash, which is also not part of our policy, and you couldn't be inconvenienced. All checks are approved and written by our book keeper. With 2 major holidays and our schedules I'm sorry we haven't prioritized this. (Prioritized?? How long does it take to put a check in the mail and be done). And whats more, What do you mean we broke our refund policy.. You charged us and we paid for flowers we didn't get.. how does that fall under ANY refund policy.. That should be filed under the WE SCREWED UP AND WE OWE YOU MONEY..WE ARE SO SORRY! category.. #1 The order was not ready on Wednesday.. #2 we paid in advance for flowers we didn't get.. #3 it took a month to get our $50 back. And BTW.. where she says she offered for us to pick up cash but we could not be inconvenienced???.. We got our flowers 48 hours late and on Friday 11/26 we had venue check in at 3pm ,,,tent company putting up tent and rental company arriving from Gainesville bringing large furniture pieces.... then at 4pm we had rehearsal, rehearsal dinner and guests arriving so we were busy to the end of the day and the wedding was at 2pm the next day...) OMG .. how are they still in business .. RUN RUN RUN from this company.. You are better off getting flowers from PUBLIX.. read more

The most unprofessional and dishonest business I have ever dealt with. I trusted this business and I thought I could rely on them so I paid in advance for my order. I received only a 1/4 of my order and was told by a very rude Natalie that the remaining amount of my order would not be delivered. I asked why and this was her reply " The cost of the flowers you ordered has gone up and we can't deliver under the current pricing". So I asked for my money back, Sorry we don't give refunds on special orders. She said. So how can we fix this I asked. She said I would have to pay half again the amount of cost to get my order. So it come down to this lose the money I paid or pay half again the amount to get my order. I had no choice but to pay up. Made me pay in cash so I couldn't stop the payment. RUDE AND SARCASTIC. I emailed Vice President Natalie to inquire about creating an order after seeing reviews/comments about their amazing customer service on google. Natalie responded and was so short and rude. Said "without an order I wouldn't be able to order or save anything for you". So I asked for flower options to create an order. She responds "I don't know what coral options we would have available if any on the day you come in". How can I preorder if I don't know what you offer? How can I create an order but then I can only see what options you have the day I come in? Not once did she offer a single flower type available. And responded "I can not list every flower in the color coral". First I didn't ask you for every flower in the color coral so your response is rude and sarcastic. I asked for coral options that you might have to choose from so I can create a preorder which I'd pick up the following week. Some people are raving about their customer service so being that Natalie is the Vice President of Fletch Wholesale, you would think she'd have a better response when someone is trying to make a large purchase. read more
