Eggs Benedict. Sausage was the protein!!!

So it's TINY!! Think NYC. It's a diner. Can a diner be upscale? The food was delish. The service impeccable. But the music...!!! You know how in a movie the people just start singing!! Yeah. That happened too!!!

Seating area faces kitchen! It's so small and amazing.

I wish I could give half stars because Fleur would be at a 4.5. The food was incredible, the space is quaint and such a delight to be in. Definitely get there early, it is clearly a local favorite and filled up quickly after we sat down. All of our food was truly wonderful, I don't have a bad thing to say about it but the "Must Try" is definitely the biscuits and gravy and the crispy Brussels. The apple cider reduction on the sprouts changed my life. The house-made Bloody Mary was perfection and I may ask if I can order their mix in bulk next time I plan on having a brunch themed event at home. Bar seating only, but they do have a decent sized parking lot which is helpful! Service was great, food was amazing, and this will absolutely become a staple for me when friends/family come to visit the Lou.

First of all. The perfect simplicity of the cheeseburger was phenomenal. They supposedly get their meat from a local butcher and keep it simple with just cheese and a house sauce. So tender and packed with flavor. The deviled eggs weren't totally my jam but I ain't here to yuck anyone's yum. Finally that espresso martini. Just wow. So well balanced with in house made simple syrup. Not too sweet! Service was impeccable. Sat at the bar and everyone was so friendly. Still thinking about this place 2 weeks later!

Driving to the graffiti wall we passed this little spot. Decided to come back and give it a try. Super cute. The food was excellent. O got the eggs Benedict it was with sausage. Everything made from scratch. Super yummy and soooo much flavor. Came with potatoes that were cooked perfectly. The service was very good. Counter style seating with cook front and center.

Quaint and awesome! This tiny diner is absolutely phenomenal! They take minimalism to a whole new delicious level!

Small, walk-in only diner that features very limited, communal seating. Would not recommend this place for a quick bite. Given its first come first serve style of service, expect to wait for your food. That being said, I thought this place was superb. You have to start off with an order of deviled eggs. Not your typical brunch fare, but these were bomb. The cheeseburger is also a must. They easily serve one of the best in the entire city and I would come back just for this alone. Amazing (and beautiful) diner food made with absolute love while still keeping the prices down. Get the Eggs Benedict! Get the Bloody Mary! Thank me later! If you're stopping in for a game or something, this is a great, unique stop that's still within walking distance of the stadium. We get way into it on our episode on them. They're great!

Great food and service! It's an intimate space and our party of 5 was definitely the largest group! It's a diner style cafe with an open kitchen. They had just sold out of the eggs bene when we arrive which looked AMAZING! I had the biscuit and gravy which was delish. The biscuit was light, buttery and toasty all at the same time. The gravy was flavorful without being heavy. My daughter ordered sunny side up eggs which can be difficult, but they came out prefect. That jam she had for her English Muffin was SO good. It was made in house and honestly if I could have bought a jar to take home we totally would have. Her potatoes were savory and cooked to a golden brown. Others in the group had burgers which looked cooked to perfection with a brioche bun. It comes with aioli on the side. We shared 2 orders of fries between the 5 of us which was more than enough. It has a view of the Arch and their patio would be a perfect brunch moment! Definitely check it out.

Fleur STL is a recently opened brunch spot nearby the stadium area downtown. The restaurant is tiny. Parking is plentiful . All seats surround the kitchen area. It's fun watching the chef prepare food and people watching. Food 6/5 Drinks 3/5 Service 3/5 (Long wait time) Ambience 3/5 The service was slow on a Sunday morning at 10:45am. Two of us waited for over 30 mins before getting a seat. Many customers decided to leave after discovering the extremely long wait time. The drinks on the menu are limited. Only simple coffee, bottled tea and cocktails are available. There are neither hot tea or espresso coffee drinks. I took 0.5 star off from the limited drink options. The crab cake benedict is so delicious. There are a lot of crabs from the crab cake dish. They were beautifully presented with fried onions. This is one of the best crab cake benedicts I have had in St Louis. I can tell why everyone is willing to wait long hours for the food. Long story short, I would love to come back to Fleur again.

This little ass place is making some big noise and even bigger impressions .... It's Fleur STL Somebody is looking at the pics and saying wait that looks like ..... and you're right they took over what was formerly Eat Rite for 50 years. I walked in and the bar was filled , so I grabbed a seat in the back while i waited on my bro. It almost felt like being in line at the barbershop. I got a chance to see all of the plates being passed out and caught a glimpse of Chef Tim Eagan (Owner) executing from grill to plate. This is what I ordered : - English Muffin w/ jam made in-house - The Slinger (it's a gourmet experience with a premium quarter-pound beef patty, incredibly silken eggs, wonderfully crisp potato hay, and extraordinary chili) This is what I drank : - French 75 (Gin, lemon -thyme simple syrup, lemon juice, prosecco, lemon, thyme) - Mimosa (In the most demure presentation) The food was phenomenal, I've never eaten a slinger before and I normally would curse if my eggs were over easy but this dish makes good sense. The hay was maybe my favorite part because of its elevated stacking and it was kind of fun to dismantle and mix with the chili. I appreciate the elegant decor and the intentional earth tones and regal yet chill aesthetic. The signature piece of incorporating the history of Saint Louis in the name and symbol reflects the torch being passed and pride and commitment to city. When one door closes, another one opens. The door of longtime favorite Eat-Rite Diner closed in 2020 and chef-owner Tim Eagan opened Fleur STL. I'll say it. It's better! Fleur's menu contains some of its predecessor's diner favorites, but the spot got a huge facelift to a classy diner and the food is more upscale. Nearly every component of each dish is made from scratch in-house and Tim, himself, cooks your food right in front of you. No secrets here. Also, all meats/fish/veggie surfaces and utensils are separated on the flattop grill. I watched closely. We tried the brussel sprouts, deviled eggs, the special hand cut fries and the crab benedict. #stlouispescatarianapproved Highly recommend!

First, yes, you should stop by and check out Fleur STL. From the warm welcome when you enter the diner style restaurant to the attention to detail in placing your order, it was a great find while visiting. If you are in a larger group of more than 10 people, make sure to arrive right when they open as seating is limited. However, there is also a small patio seating option as well. The food was fresh, delicious, and piping hot as it was prepared by the chef and owner of the restaurant as you waited. The jam was house made and prepared by the chef, a very tasteful and creamy garlic aioli accompanied by roasted breakfast potatoes. The house made biscuit was crispy in all the right places and savory. A must try if I will say. What I appreciated the most in addition to the chef's attention to detail was that because I didn't eat beef or pork, suggestions were made for alternatives. They didn't have the pancakes I'd read about in previously in other Yelp reviews. There were other patrons at the countertop dining and highly recommended the Brussel sprouts however, we were pretty stuffed after eating what we ordered. If you're looking for a good brunch, stop in St. Louis Fleur is well worth a try. You won't be disappointed.

Had brunch at Fleur STL. It cozy and small, with a diner feel. The scratch-made food will knock you out!! We had the deviled egg appetizer and the Slinger breakfast. Both were great!! Don't forget the biscuits which were fantastic as well!

There wasn't that much line when I went, they take your other at the kiosk by the bar. They have a large assortment of sandwiches, comes in whole OR half (which is half the price of a whole). I ordered 2 half sandwiches, "The Meatball" and "The Steak Out". It didn't take long at all to make my sandwiches and they also have options to customize specialty sandwiches if specific toppings are wanted. The Steak Out was the 1st sandwich tried, and was the best one out of the two. The steak was cooked medium rare but isn't too rare at all or overcooked past that if you are worried about that either. Not only that, but the jalapenos and the pepper mayo are to die for, and they didn't completely soak it in sauce (which is a common concern as well). Everything tastes so freshly made, with half a sandwich honestly being more than enough for 1 sitting. Overall rating 8.9/10. The Meatball was very good as well, meatballs were cooked well throughout and tender to the bite. I am not completely mad at the Baguette being the bread of choice but they couldn't have went wrong with ciabatta neither. It was a very solid sandwich, nothing too extraordinary but nothing I can really complain about neither. Overall rating 8.3/10. In past visits, I have also tried the Enzo Gorlomi (basically a spicy italian) which I thought was better than both sandwiches I tried during that visit, but I may be biased because I love spicy italian sandwiches. Should still try though in my opinion. All in all, I would definitely come back to this place when I'm in the area, pricing is pretty good for the food amount and quality you are getting. Vibes are cool in there, they seem like a business with a lot of experience doing what they do. I wouldn't say they are the absolute best in St. Louis... yet, but they are definitely up there for sure. They are also open until 1:30AM Tues - Sat so its a great late night option.

I grabbed in and dashed back to the car. If I had to be here any length of time though this wouldn't have worked and there would have been nowhere to park on the whole block even for just 2 minutes. That said my order, a veggie sandwich add bacon came out correct even with lots of customizing. My pickle was delicious and perfectly quartered as requested.
