We both got an espresso martini, easily one of the best we've had. They add sugar to their rims which really elevates it. Not my first time at Frisco, but my first time enjoying their patio! There is so much indoor and outdoor space, I truly had no idea how large the space is. The ambiance of the patio is so nice, enough landscaping to help you forget you're right next to a parking lot. The staff are incredibly attentive, between servers checking in and bussers retrieving anything empty, there is always someone around to help if needed. We went on a Sunday night - it wasn't too crowded and easy to walk in and immediately be seated. I had an espresso martini - it was surprisingly sweet, no complaints. We really liked the food here the first time we came and I was excited to come back and try some different things on the menu. My wife and I both ordered the Beef Stroganoff. I love that dish, but not the version I was served. The beef was tough and grisly and the noodles seemed to have a greasy taste to them. It was probably the worst version of this dish I've ever had. Both indoor and outdoor seating was nice, I liked that indoor the tables didn't seem too smooshed together like a lot of other places of this size. Great menu, fun place with some unique menu items. Walking in you are met with an atmosphere of fun. Hostess were quick to greet. This was my pick for my birthday Happy Hour. Lot of rules to follow. Had a party of 8-10 and we were sat at 2 tables of six but were told we could we were not allowed to push tables together or move any chairs. Beers were warm. Stopped in for lunch on a holiday Monday and it was packed. 15-20 min wait for a table. Frisco Barroom is in an historic building at the heart of Old Orchard in Webster. They make many of their breads, jams on site, as well as cure and smoke most of their meat. They offer charcuterie boards, soups, sandwiches but also have steak, fish and pasta entrees. They have an extensive beer selection including local crafts, and a pretty beer garden for nicer weather. We chose the French onion soup, and split a grilled cheese sandwich. Soup was wonderful with plentiful onions and topped with two large cheesy toasted French bread slices. The grilled cheese had thinly sliced apple, bacon and three types of cheese. Very unique and tasty! Emily was our server and while busy, was on top of things and attentive as needed. Great patio!! The menu is great at Frisco. It was hard to just pick one item to get. I ended up getting the harvest salad because the fried goat cheese ball that comes on top!! It's was super good. My friend got the turkey club which looked amazing. I also got to try the cheese potatoes and they were so good and I loved the crunch on the top. We sat outside in December and it was perfect. The heaters really warm up the patio and they have a huge fireplace outside. I will say the star of the show and the reason I'll be back time and time again is the espresso martinis. The food was good! It's not often that a perch sandwich is on the menu and there are several people in this group who like perch sandwiches. In fact 3 of the 8 ordered it. One of the previous reviews said that the fish could have been bigger. We thought the size of the fish was good. We also liked that it was lightly battered and moist. The bun was very good also, soft and tasty. The options of sides is excellent. We chose different ones, the seasonal broccoli which was good, the wild rice which was good and the French fries which were good also. Other entrees ordered were the smoked turkey club (very good), soup of the day (Italian Wedding Soup) which was good, the smash burger (good) and the French Onion Soup which was also very good. Our waitress, Emily, was excellent. She told us that the menu is new so maybe changes have been made since the previous negative reviews which is very good.
