He would not allow anyone to move her and called for an ambulance. I don't know if the outcome would've changed but what he did help protect my mother and I am so grateful and so is the rest of my family. Kris was so nice, she kindly corrected my form on some movements without making me feel like a total embarrassment. Plus, it's a 2 minute walk from my work so it makes it easy to drop in for a class. I may or may not go again but now I'm glad to say I've been to the most popular CrossFit gym in Reno. I usually stick to running, yoga, swimming, cycling, walking, and lifting. Trying to figure out a routine, so it will be different every day until I do so... So far I am happy, I just really need that extra motivation to work out/exercise. At times I can see team members walking around, cleaning, wiping down equipment, refilling sanitation stations, etc. Open 24 hours. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Stormy and the team have been positive and supportive. As a new customer, it has been a very good start. I am like a kid trying out all the new equipment to see what will be the best fit for me. Price - Depends on your plan. $15 a month for basic, $25 for the Black Card. Every one of the instructors there are great and you can ask him any question when it comes to your training and what you can do to improve it. One of the best things I'd like about it. you're not competing with anybody else, you're only competing with yourself. It doesn't matter if the person next year is running all out at 10 miles an hour and you're running at 6, it's about how you feel at the end of the workout and what you did to help your physical fitness.

If there is nothing to clean the machines the chances of getting a staph infection increase significantly. Please have either towels for the spay bottles or restock the sanitation wipes before leaving.
