I did not think it was okay so I confronted the guy before he was heading out. I decided to come back with my friends and resume the night until security yanked me out telling me "no bad vibes in here." I tried explaining to security that it's not okay for a guy to smack my behind, but he wouldn't listen to me he kept trying to pull me out. I'm sorry but this action just proves this place is okay with assaulting woman and that's not okay. They should've handled this situation better. 340 is great! I went on a Friday and it was very popular. I believe it's 18 and over, which isn't my favorite, however it was pretty good music. I believe it was the Dj's first time DJing at 340 and she was pretty good, repeated a couple songs and had some strange mashups but it was cool. There's a downstairs and upstairs as well as a back room with a separate DJ and a back patio. The back patio had latin music and the DJ was amazing, it was simply far too hot, but we just rolled with it. The dancers, male and female, were amazing. There was at least one pornstar dancing as well, though not many people actually tipped the dancers. The drinks were strong and a bit pricey at around $9 each. After 9pm the cover is $10 per person. All are welcome here. Lesbians, gays, trans, fem, butch, and even straight people! The bartenders can be a little stingy but for what you pay it's still cheaper than most restaurant happy hours. The Drag Idol can be a little lengthy but you still get a great show. Sundays are my personal favorite nights to go, and their $2 any drink thursdays are awesome, even more awesome if you love spanish music. (Latino Night). Let me start with I typically love going here great queens and good vibes. This time though there customer service was AWFUL. Last night I went for dragconic and was seated BEFORE the show when I got the munchies I ordered from Jessie,a waiter, Buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks. So we get to the mid point when there doing the birthday stuff and I still have no food but I'm not trying to miss this show so I just wait. It's the second to last act and I asked another waiter if he knew where my food was and he said he'd help find him. Shows over and there kicking us back up stairs and now I'm mad no food still and now he won't be able to find me. I make a bee line for the bar and spot Jessie he kinda makes a face at me and says my order and I'm like yaaa! He tells me it's ready and goes to get it no explanation to where my food was or anything. Hands it to me and I try to just be the bigger person and not get mad as he kinda gets me my food and ranch and disappears again. At this point I just want to have a good time it was a $20 cover for the show and I wanted my money's worth. So I start eating my wings ok cool yum next up my mozzarella well they where just sticks! Cold,hard and no fing cheese! So now I've waited over an hour for some harden sticks of bread I start looking for some to talk to about a refund because I'm over it. I find the same waiter( not Jessie) who's a brunette guy and he says he'll send management over ok...soo again just waiting instead of getting to go dance so I can get someone to actually help me. But no manager comes looking for me and after 29 min I say f and ask my bf to take over find a waitress because apparently I can't get help. She's a lot more helpful she takes my card straight to the manager and says my money should be back by end of night. We thank her and do try to shake off our announce. Welp it's the next morning and I still have no refund and I'm too over it to fight it. But I just want to say as someone who enjoys what they do in the customer service world that was the worst service I've ever experienced! A customer should not have to go through that for an item they already paid and tipped for! Been to this club a couple of times, came tonight & was disappointed. The DJ was not giving fun party vibes, he was playing club beats for over 3 minutes at times with no words. It became uncomfortable & not easy to dance to. Then SOLELY Hispanic/Latin music was played. Isn't there an entire room of this club dedicated to Spanish music? Why are both sides of the club playing the same music, same beat, same time? Me & my girls came out w some of our guy friends, & we simply could not dance together! It went from girls night out to boring club beats & Spanish music BLARING in every room. Talked to some ppl & they agreed w us, just not as fun as usual. One of the most famous rappers in the world just passed away, Takeoff, play Bad & Boujee by Migos! The clientele is mostly young people, but it appears the djs are old men without a concept of what to play. Yes, we love a Nicki Minaj moment, but Anaconda was remixed & played THREE times. Seriously? Went home disappointed tonight. When you can't listen to good music you can't turn up! We want more R&B & rap. read more

Drinks are strong, music loud, friendly people and drag queens! What more could you want? This review is based on two different experiences. We came here on two separate occasions to see Sharon Needles perform. The club is large two stories, two bars, one stage downstairs. They also had a VIP lounge that seemed rather displaced as it was towards the back of the bar in a totally separate room from the club itself. The lounge looked LA worthy, especially since we were in Pomona. Nice lighting, candles, heavy drapes was reminiscent of 1920's big band clubs. Come in early get in free, yes, even for a drag show, which most clubs usually charge for. Drink are on special before 10pm and made extra strong so get your kiki on! I gave them four stars instead of five because the show didn't start till midnight even though the add said 10pm. But the 2nd time we came the show started on time. So its a gamble. The people here are very friendly. Hubby and I, a straight couple, had a great time and found some people to mingle with that really made our night. When I had heard about it and someone said it was in pomona I just automatically assumed it was ghetto, but everyone said it was nice, and yes it actually is a nice club. They play a lot of electronic pop type music, the gays favorite. And of course hip hop too. The place is pretty big, there's 2 dance floors 2 bars, an outside smoking section, a stage downstairs. It would be maybe kinda cool if they played different music on each one. The drinks are good and made right, but kinda expensive, like a long island was 9 bucks.. there's a 10 dollar cover unless you get their before 9, which me and my broke friends make it there before that. The crowd is pretty chill, there's lots of girls and guys, it's mostly Latinos. The strippers/ gogo dancers uhhmm.. I don't know who thinks it's a good idea to stuff THAT MUCH but it looks so ridiculous and clearly fake... what the heck. Just stahp. Also I think a different night for stripper show would be better. I mostly want to dance but have to wait for the stripper show. Or at least have the upstairs music on while the show is going for people who don't care for it. read more

Maybe I have outgrown this venue but I'm just not impressed with our experience last night. Bar was either under staffed or the bar tenders were just incredibly slow. The music was not great. They did not really give a diverse selection of music. I used to like hearing house type music in this place like Robyn mixed in with top 40s. I'm not against Spanish music at all, but with Carnival right next door there's just no reason to play 30 straight minutes of it. Or if you're trying to appeal to that crowd, advertise appropriately. I still think the drinks are priced incredibly great for a nightclub. I really appreciate the free water they have downstairs. There is also a super friendly cashier at the front. The previous guy used to be so rude. I still like the venue it's self as it is really nice but the atmosphere has gone down as I've noticed more people getting just sloppy drunk in this place. And it's just way too hot in that place, like right when you walk in and throughout the entire club. Not sure we'll plan anymore birthdays here. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Went to this place last night and was a horrible experience. At first they are super nice to you so we decided to get bottle service. The music was good and so was the ambiance but once they put us in our table and brought us the liquor menu they didn't have the bottle we wanted. Which the girl at the front that took our payment assured us because we asked if they had Tequila Don Julio 70 and she said yes. We were very disappointed and honestly didn't like any of the bottles they did have which wasn't a big variety seeing how they kept saying they were sold out of almost everything. I don't see how that's possible if we were the only people at the bottle service area. So we decided to leave and find a place where they had what we wanted to drink. When we went back to the cashier and asked for our money back that we had payed for the bottle they did not have. Keep in mind we did not even get served one cup of water that whole time we were there at the bottle service area. She called her manager and he stated they did not give refunds and all he can say was sorry we don't give refunds. I still can't believe that he refused to give us our money back for a service we did not receive. Their was no fine print stating no refunds and the cashier who took our payment guaranteed us that they had the bottle we wanted. We argued back and forward a few times until finally I decided to file a claim with my bank. It is criminal to charge you for a service you did not receive yet alone tell you they have something they fully know they do not have them try to give you a cheap tequila for the same price . So it's my friends birthday and we made reservations and because of some bank errors and 340 lack of communication the reservations was "not processed". We get there with our ones in hand ready to spend money and then they hit us with the you have to pay 599 for 1 bottle and 6 ppl tonight for something you were going to pay 299 for 2 bottles and 12 people in the VIP section. They basically had no resolve and weren't willing to take the blame or admit that they had at least 50% of the blame. They also had no options other than coming into their bar and paying regular entrance. But why would we want to spend money at a bar/club that wasn't willing to help us. Btw before this we have been avid customers and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. However after this NOOOO! helll to the No. On her birthday and you do this shit. I went with some friends and everyone was super friendly! The servers were attentive and adorable. It was such a fun time. There was a $5 entry fee and it was a bit intimidating since the line was a moderate length. The entertainers were fantastic. Beautiful to watch. The hostess Milk is gorgeous and a fantastic personality. It was a riot. The bartenders were also generous and served drinks very quickly. I never had to wait longer than like 5 minutes for my drinks. Please note that I tended to order more than one since my friends venmo me after I close the tab. Overall I would definitely come back. They had a package for 119 but we ended up getting a 180 package and received front row for the strip show. All in all it was a great time and highly recommended experience. I had my birthday on July 12th, 2017. I would like to say that my experience was spectacular and renewable. I bought the gold package and they let me know that they would charge my card the day of during the morning so I was aware of them taking money out. Our male server was super helpful and was always asking if we needed any assistance and asked if we were okay. I enjoyed how concerned they were about my VIP experience. I was in love in the way they bring the bottles to your VIP area with sparklers and birthday sign. I enjoyed that that their VIP booth area was private, it made the experience more special. So i finally got bottle service aka the show package as is presented as a choice and i got to see Bianca Del Rio live with front row seats!!!!!! Not only did we get to cut in line to get a meet and greet pic but we also got to sit next to some amazing people in our VIP booth. The server Juan was courteous and quick. Upon arriving, we also go to go to the front of the line with no issues and we also were able to get our wristbands and for our friends that arrived a little later. The show package sure has its benefits!!!!! The club was not overly packed and there was a good ratio. The gogo dancers were fireeeee!!!!!! i feel that maybe glass or plastic glass surrounding the VIP booth would be nice.... People were reaching to grab stuff off the table and while i didn't mind because we could ask the server for more stuff, i felt like it was an intrusion of the space. First time going to this nightclub and I loved it!! Music was awesome and loved the $5 drinks promo on Wednesday. Food was good to help counter the drinks. Special shutout to our server Raymond for taking care of us all night. We been tipping him all night after he delivered our drinks. Plus he is a sexy mofo and wished he could gave a lap dance to me and my friend. We had a great time watching people dance, especially those sexy go go boy dancers. One criticism i have is that there was a lovely lady taking pics (i guess it for the club FB page or instagram) of people in the club and somehow she didnt take a pic of me and my friend.
