Part 2: Quick Note: I'm not upset with the staff. My concerns are with the management/owner and the lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, the blame was shifted onto the staff. There was also a lack of clear, effective communication throughout the situation, and I found the owner's (Haydee's) responses on Google and Yelp to be petty and unprofessional. The owner also claimed that we arrived early. I walked in around 4:26-4:27 p.m. for a scheduled 4:30 p.m. setup time, so we were only a few minutes early. In hindsight, it's fortunate that we were, because we ended up helping her only staff member clean and organize the venue before my event. Had we arrived exactly at our scheduled setup time, the venue would have still been dirty and disorganized, which would have been embarrassing for me as the host. When I mentioned that the decorations didn't match the theme beyond the paper plates, she didn't seem concerned. She asked me, "Well, is the place not ready for the event?" I replied, "It is now, after we helped clean it." Her response was simply, "Well okay then, the place is ready. I don't know how else you want me to help." At that point, I realized the conversation wasn't going anywhere and ended the call. Afterward, I asked the employee who the owner was, and she told me it was Haydee, the same person I had just spoken with. That was the most disappointing part of the entire experience. I expected the owner to care about both her customers and her employees. Instead, I felt my concerns were dismissed, and it seemed like no accountability was taken for the poor communication, lack of preparation, understaffing, or overall experience. The kids had fun, which is ultimately what mattered most, but the customer service, communication, organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail did not match the premium price. Between the disorganized booking process, poor communication, incomplete decorations, having to clean the venue ourselves before guests arrived, conflicting information from staff, and the dismissive response from the owner, this experience fell far short of expectations. For over $500 for a two-hour event, I expected a much smoother, more professional experience. One final concern was the cleanliness of the facility. Considering how much food, popcorn, sand, trash, and even a used diaper were still out when we arrived, it did not appear that the venue had been thoroughly cleaned or sanitized between events. Since there were two parties before ours, I expected the space to be fully cleaned before our guests, especially young children, arrived. I sincerely hope none of the children who attended our party get sick, because the condition of the facility when we walked in did not give me confidence that it had been properly sanitized before our event. read more

It looks like they took their toys from the garbage/unclean donation boxes or something. 1/10 Safety - the space is very small overall, yet they try to have everything. Too much things lying way too close together, and they have climbing activities on such small spaces. Potentially hazardous because they're not enough space to fall on. 5/10 Price - this place is $11+ per child ( with siblings being discounted). Went for the first time and won't be returning. This place has so much potential. Everything looks soooo old and dirty. The sand doesn't even look like sandbox sand it's so rocky and dusty. I love bringing my little ones here! My girls love the sandpit and they get a free slushy every Wednesday! My girls also tell me how much they like going up the tree house and going down the big slide! There is lots of different things for them to do and the staff is wonderful and polite with everyone! Out of all the indoor playground in the area this isn't the one. It's very dirty. All the toys and stuff have visible built up dirt. There is a sandbox and the sand is all over the place. The main reason we won't be returning is because of an unsafe slide. It's way too steep and children are flying off. They put a make shift Landing pad under the slide but it shift when the child comes down. I witness a child slam her head very head on the slide. It's just a matter of time before someone sues from a broken neck. I went on a Monday and it was packed. So packed that it actually seemed like unsafe amount of people in there. This place is amazing, it's close on Sunday, but you can contract it out for 2hrs. It's basically for kids, and kids at heart. They provide a clean free environment for the kids to play, the venue for a small party. The restrooms are clean and lots of free parking. read more

The first time we came here, it was amazing. Everybody had a good time. Two hours, definitely is not enough time, though, and they want more money for that extra hour, of course. We had so much fun.We wanted to have my grandson's party there. When we went, there was new owners and supposedly their computer didn't work and the lady was going to call my daughter back and never did. It's a shame because we really wanted to have his party there. I like the ball pit because it has nets around it. It was also a little upsetting because my grandson (2) wanted to go inside when my daughter was trying to make a reservation, they said we could come in, but when they told my daughter, the computers weren't working. They made my grandson Get out or pay $12 dollars for 50 minutes until they closed. What the heck. You can pay $12 for the whole day. Couldn't she have just said $5? not a good way to get people to come back. The other owners were amazing. This is June of 2025. I will say everybody did have a good time but it was alot of money. For the price it should have been 3 hours not to 2. I just wish they would have called us back. They lost our business. Honestly my kids love this place. It is super clean, they have snacks The restrooms are super clean . There is an area for the kids to eat their snacks and drinks. The owner is super nice and neat. You can come and pay for the day or they also have a membership. They have an area for private parties ! Which you can rent the whole place out if you like. They will ask you the theme and supply the table decorations. You bring your own food and drinks. I also rented out the Photo Booth, for my daughter birthday. So much fun! You can reserve it online. I will start with positive. This place always changes play structures, snacks, small activities to buy etc. I like how the do fun things like slushee Wednesday and lollipops for the kids when you leave. The place even just started a trinket box outside, score! I truly love all of that. However, the place needs toys cleaned and/or updated BAD. Time to switch things out. They all look like old used garage sale toys. Also too many push cars, not enough room, please please please get rid of so many push cars, they aren't needed and take up too much space! And the sand is horrible, kids put everything in their mouths and it gets everywhere!! Our first time and honestly I don't have the desire to go back. Maybe my expectations were too high based off their 4.6 yelp rating.. There are some really great ideas here, but some serious problems that should be addressed. The wooden area definitely sets them apart from their competition. The sand pit was such a cool idea. And you can't beat the $12 price. However, they fill the place with all these toys that looked like they were taken from someone's yard and thrown in there without a cleaning. On top of being dirty, they looked very worn down and some even broken. I suggest the owner goes through and gets rid of the toys that aren't serving their business in a positive professional light. The other thing that should be considered being removed is the couches. There was a parent full on sleeping for hours on the couch like it was his living room and the employee said nothing as his son filled baskets with sand and carried it through the jungle gym creating a slippery mess. This place would be great if they stuck to their rules posted on the wall, cleaned up, and declutterred broken worn out toys. read more

I think I expected more from the positive reviews. I wasn't impressed upon walking in. I thought the place was bigger and had more amenities. This place is great for kids under 4, anything older than that they will get bored shortly after. Many of the toys need a deep cleaning and need updating. The treehouse was also closed down and there were balloon arch's everywhere that hadn't been cleaned up from the prior parties. That itself took up a ton of space and we couldn't use the jungle gym area 100%. The place was a disaster with toys everywhere and the front desk gal wasn't cleaning as often as she should've. We had my daughter's 1st birthday party here and it was absolutely perfect! The space was so clean and had a wide variety of toys that kept all the little ones entertained. The decorations were beautiful, and I was so impressed that they went above and beyond to accommodate my theme--even though it wasn't one of the listed options. Our guests were happy, comfortable, and had a great time, but most importantly my daughter had an amazing time celebrating her big day. This review specifically is for our experience hosting a birthday party at Wigglin' Out. I'll be doing a separate review for the daily indoor playground experience. The initial booking process for booking Wigglin' Out as a party venue was easy to do online; you can choose the package you want and use the calendar to select your date and time and also pay the deposit. After securing your date, they have a comprehensive questionnaire to gather information about your party, such as themes, add-ons, etc. Jenny did a good job with following up on the questionnaire information, communicating details prior to the date via email and text. She allowed me to use my own custom photo booth template that I created and also provided a perfect backdrop for our theme with a green foliage look. We paid for the package with the balloon garland, and it was absolutely beautiful! I liked that we had access to a nice play area for all the kids and then a separate party room with tables and seats for the actual party. All of that was 5 star-worthy. I didn't realize the actual owners would be out of town that day, so we had someone in charge who, although he was really friendly, was figuring things out the day of and didn't know the answers to issues that popped up. For example, the venue has a sound system that can play music in either the play area or party room. The sound system was having issues so we couldn't play music for guests for a long stretch of time during arrival; the person in charge had to contact the owners and basically go through a long period of trial and error. This was frustrating for me since I spent a great deal of time crafting the playlist to fit the party theme, and everyone knows music plays a big role in creating the right ambience for any party/event. I suspect that perhaps when the owners/official party host are there, the parties likely run more smoothly. I think I would be willing to book a party there again, but I'd want to make certain the owners/experienced party host would be there to help run everything the day of the party. UPDATE: I found out the owners had a family emergency with a death in the family that weekend, so it is completely understandable that things didn't go as smoothly as they probably usually do. read more

We used to take my nephew here when he was 1 and he is 5 now. We moved a bit further away but we still take the drive to take our own kids. It's smaller but that's what we love about it, we can sit down and be able to keep our eyes on them. Had a slight misunderstanding last week about the closing time but the owner was nice enough to reach out and fix the issue which we much appreciated. I've been coming here since they opened, and I just found out the old owners sold the business. It's really hard for me to write this review because the old owners were amazing. The past couple of times I've come in recently, it was really dirty. The bathrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper and the floors in the play area had debris all over. It was also hot inside and it's summer right now. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. On top of that, the new owners didn't bring the same engaging, welcoming atmosphere. It's sad to say, but we won't be returning, which really saddens me because I've raised three kids coming here over the years, have had multiple parties, and recommended this place to dozens of people. I attended a birthday party over the weekend - as a guest. Here is some feedback about what I experienced and observed: Pro's: Cute little venue with play area and space for dining for the party. Decorations were set up with the kid's theme. They also had some nice add ons, such as a candy wall and a wall for the party favors. Con's: The owner was nice but didn't seem like she was on top of it. I noticed that the host's family member had to ask for utensils and plates and napkins - the party started and the host didn't have some of the essentials that came with the package. The one thing I observed (and I saw another review from someone else that had that same feedback). The owner's son (maybe 2ish years old) was walking around freely in the party unsupervised. I noticed that he would walk around and try to grab food or desserts from the stations - and on top of that, he seemed to be sick with a cold. I was concerned when I saw him coughing on other kids. During the party, I also overheard the owner asking for some food from the host's family member - for her son. I thought that was a little tacky. The place has potential to be great- but someone the things I observed seemed to be rookie mistakes when it comes to running a business. Wigglin Out is a nice intimate playground indoors. Perfect for kids 5 and under. Plenty of fun activities from slides to a jungle gym, tiny play homes and ride on toys. Comfortable couches for parents. Admission is affordable $12 per child. They do offer monthly memberships. Plenty of parking available since it's located in a big shopping center. They have water and snacks for sale. Everyone who enter must have socks so remember to bring socks or you will have to purchase socks. Very clean and sanitary. We used to LOVE Wigglin Out but since the new owner took over, I doubt we will be back. The new owner brings her son and just lets him terrorize the place. He hits kids, yanks toys away, steals snacks and is unsafe for other kids to be around; all she is too busy "working" to even check on him. The last owners regularly did rounds to clean up and sanitize toys and this one does not so the entire place is wrecked and overwhelming within a hour of opening. Some of the upgrades are nice but horribly placed and make an already limited space feel very claustrophobic. Just based on the lack of cleanliness, kids will end up getting sick from visiting. Checking in doesn't even require her to look up a waiver so there is no accountability. Once she gets sued from lack of waivers and liability issues, maybe she will figure it out. I posted a photo of the rails coming undone while multiple children are hanging and jumping on them, someone is going to get hurt there from overall lack of caring for her business. read more

This place is awesome. I was visiting Vegas and needed an activity for my almost 2 year old nephews. We searched around and found this place. My nephews LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it........ The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the equipment was perfect for small children. The price was fairly low, so how can you beat that? I am not sure why there are negative reviews here, but I found this place the complete opposite. I definitely recommend this place. The owners were very helpful and had a knack for helping the kids run around and play. My boys played so hard that they knocked out as soon as they sat down in the car. Thats when you know, the place is good. They played so hard and it ran the energy right out of them!!! I love this place. We need one of these closer to where I live. Went on President's Day, it was our first time visiting with our grandson. Everyone was so nice my grandsons was having a blast. We decided to sit on the couch near the earing area. Soon after sitting down we were accused of stealing someone's phone with her saying you giys were the only one here basically. Come to find out she left it on one of the toys in the play area. My son has been here several times with my mom so she is the one who suggested that we throw my son's 4th birthday party here - It was my first time and I was not disappointed. We chose party package #2, which is the private party for 2 hours. I'm so glad we decided to do the private party because there were a bunch of kids and their families there as we arrived to set up. They allow 30min to setup whatever extra decorations and food that you wanted to bring. They also provide a cake table with a backdrop, and a matching themed kids table. It was super cute & there are TONS of themes to choose from. My kid had an amazing time! - all of the kids did. We had about 12 little ones attend. It's really for young ones, ages 1-6. If you're considering throwing your party here. I highly recommend it. Just a few tips: #1 stick to the 2hr time slot, and time manage accordingly. If your family is anything like mine. Just tell your guests the party starts 30 min earlier. LOL. To be honest, it was plenty of time for the kids to play. Eat. Play some more. And have cake. (We did a cupcake cake - far less labor/mess and much easier). #2 Make sure your guests bring socks. They are required. They had a ton of extras like a Photo Booth and balloon garland options, etc. My family did not choose this because we did our own photos and I didn't find the balloon garland necessary with the short 2 hours, but it was absolutely perfect for us and a great experience for my kid's first legitimate party. He's a Christmas baby, so this is the first time we did something separate for him. read more

We booked the private event, birthday party for our one year old. We had about 50-60 people show up, and it really worked out great! Kids had fun, and there was plenty of space for adults to hang out as well. We were able to extend our party cpl more hours, for a very reasonable price.
