We've came here 3 different times hoping it would be better but honestly it just keeps getting worse. This place is extremely disorganized!! Most of the teenagers "working" are just goofing off instead of actually paying attention or helping.. The general manager (the girl with curly hair) is constantly just walking around on her phone, barely paying attention and almost running into people. The bathrooms are also SUPER dirty, which is unacceptable. No toilet seat covers either... like what public place doesn't have those? Just gross. There also doesn't seem to be any rules for the kids. It's complete chaos in there and doesn't feel safe or well managed at all! I really wanted to like this place, but after 3 visits, I definitely don't recommend it, AT ALL read more

I really wanted to give Ninja Kidz another chance after our first visit while the place was still under construction, but unfortunately this second experience was just as disappointing if not worse. I will not be returning. There are major issues that need to be addressed, starting with management and overall accountability. It felt very unorganized, and there didn't seem to be anyone actively ensuring that things were running safely or smoothly. Supervision was extremely lacking, which is concerning in a space meant for kids. What stood out the most was the staff's attitude. The workers came across as rude and uninterested, and more importantly, they did not seem to prioritize the safety of the children. That alone is enough to make me not want to bring my kids back. The only thing that is rough, I know isn't their fault is the parking can be challenging due to limited space! I plan on throwing a birthday party here for my daughter in the future! My daughter has a membership here pretty affordable. I added my self for an extra $10. On the weekends it's super busy we don't go very often because it's just way too busy. During the week is more empty we live it. They have a zip line, an obstacle course. 2 slides, dodge ball room, basketball, A whole area of trampoline. The giant balls showed on the video. It's pretty big. You need grip socks. It's a great place for kids highly recommend. They do have a place where they sell food and snacks you get a discount if you have VIP membership. My 8 year old son loves playing in the dodge ball area. But it's dangerous for young kids. No staff(referees) ever scold or correct or do much.. a lot of swearing and sticking fingers and just older kids taking over the place. I do not recommend you take kids younger than 5. The first time I came here a few weeks ago, my 2 year old was just walking and an older boy came running and trampled my son and he got back up, smirked and ran away.... Celebrated my little one's bday 2 years in a row here. Zero complaints. The kid's left tuckered out two years in a row, and had a ball running around. We had the pleasure of having the same staff member both years. She did a great job and took care of all of our needs with a smile. Last year, there were quite a few clumps of staff members grouping together, having conversations about who's dating and who is cute while checking our party group in, which was offputting, but the rest if the time, it wasn't bothersome. This year was some of the same, but the girl who checked us in, despite her sidebar conversations with others, moved quickly so we could avoid feeling like we were bothering them to get checked in. The bays for the party had clean tables, but the floors were a bit sticky. The rest of the facilities were decent. There is a huge TV set up that they play sports on (never asked for anything else so I'm not sure what the other options are). The play area was good as well. It's a very busy place, so if you don't want to deal with kid screams and noise, its probably not the place for you. The kid's had a great time, and the adults left happy. read more

They have a café that offers snacks, food and drinks. No water refill stations though. But the upside to that is you can bring outside food and beverage. read more

This is a space- themed jumping zone for elementary-aged kids. There is cool lighting. The staff was patient and pleasant. My kids enjoyed their time here. I liked the open set up that allows me to easily supervise my kids. There were lots of jumping spaces and little to no waiting on a weekday. There was a cool aerial swing area, super fast steep slides, basketball area, an obstacle course, and a mini zip lining area. I was not sold on this place at all and I'm mad I wasted my time and money. For $21 you get 90 minute jump time plus you have to pay for slip socks. There's not a lot to do once in and my kids became bored really quick. I pay a total of $52.00 and we didn't last, overly crowded inside the jump area in the back where there's balls a younger kept throwing them at my autistic sons head and I had to remove him. I think it's dodgeball back there but there's no signs or indications, but I didn't like it. You can have parties here, there's an obstacle course, a zip line / slide combo. When I first walked the workers saw me but proceeded to keep talking, and I allowed them, and when I seen that ... that should've been my indication to leave for bad customer service. I just went and completed the waiver at the kiosk and came back to pay. There's table and seating outside of the play area to sit for those who don't want to be hit with mats and kids running, jumping, and tripping( not a problem for me... but for those who choose). read more

What a FUN place! We're from CA! But our trampoline parks don't even come close!!! Got a day pass for my kids and they had a blast all day.. left for lunch and came back & they played until the park closed. The only suggestion I'd make... I wish the front counter wouldn't told us us their diff. Price deals. My wife and I could've joined our kids at a discounted rate.... They would've made another $20 bucks more.. My son asked us to go here for his 7th birthday cause he's really a fan and we came from the Bay Area all the way here. Unfortunately when he is about to start to play he got pock of something like earrings that is broken. I really wish the management can read this and visit the park cause it is not really clean. Today my son got hurt during our visit to Ninja Kidz Action Park. I looked over to see him crying on the floor with a staff member standing next to him talking on the radio. I hurried over and were met by two more staff members--one with an ice pack and one with a cold bottle of water. They asked my son what happened (he landed wrong after jumping on one of the big bouncy balls) and even offered to help carry him to go sit down. Once we sat, another staff came over with a pillow to elevate his foot and even a blanket in case he was cold. It was a shame that my son got hurt, but I am so impressed with the staff and their quick and caring reactions. We'll give my son some time to recover, but will be back. I wish I had gotten the staff names but a big kudos to the way they handled the situation. I really appreciated their kindness and attentiveness. read more

Friendly staff, but toxic management overshadows the experience. This is a small, neat park with decent pricing and some truly sweet, hardworking employees who do their best under pressure. Unfortunately, the real issue lies in the owner. Cancelling a membership is made deliberately difficult. Employees are not trained on how to assist and are instructed to say, "Just go online," offering little to no support. The cancellation process is frustrating, and this seems to be by design. While the facility is usually clean, there are days when bathrooms are in unacceptable condition due to understaffing. Employee turnover is very high, and it's easy to see why: on my second day working there an employee express to me he felt underpaid (starting around $12/hour), stretched thin, and frequently expected to pick up Domino's pizzas without any added compensation. He quit shortly after. Several concerning management practices were apparent during my short time there. The owner has a reputation for firing employees abruptly for being on their phone (even if emergencies), and confronting staff in demeaning ways. There is also a lack of upward mobility and no real incentive for employees to grow within the company. Favoritism and nepotism may be a factor, as family members are sometimes seen asking customers for five-star reviews in exchange for a drink -- something that raises ethical concerns about how feedback is collected. Most managers are professional and supportive, though there is one who has a habit of sending employees home arbitrarily. Overall, the environment is tense, and the focus on reputation seems to come at the expense of treating employees with basic respect and fairness. To be clear, the frontline staff are doing their absolute best, and the place is generally safe. But behind the scenes, the management culture is unsustainable -- training is hard when you constantly have new employees. read more

The transformation from the old place to THIS is a huge success! This place is a lot of fun for all ages! SO much activities to do to keep the fun going the entire play time. We really enjoyed our visit and my kids had a BLAST. Came here mid week and it was not as crowded as maybe a weekend would be but this place is definitely a place we will return to. They had Lockers, cubbies for the shoes, a photo prop, a very simple snack shop which could be better. That would be great if they changed it to allow outside food. This was a great place for kids 5-9. We came for a birthday party and all the kids had a blast. I like that younger kids were not restricted to a small area but could do everything. The kids had a blast jumping from the large balls, zipline, slides, trampolines, swinging trapezes, obstacle course. The birthday room at the top of the stairs is a nice viewing area to see the whole place and keep track of kids. I would definitely recommend booking a party here! read more

My husband took my kids here recently because a family from out of town wanted to visit this YouTuber trampoline park and thankfully, the AC was working. BUT my kids suffered some kind of allergic reaction to the basketballs there. I think because they were filthy and aren't cleaned frequently. I do not recommend. Hard pass. read more

So I brought my kids here on 7/5/24 to enjoy a day at the park and they're older, high school aged. From the images online I was expecting what was pictured and a much larger venue. When we walked in I was disappointed but under the impression there was much more as we walked forward. When I purchased the bands I did an all day experience yet was extremely disappointed. $200 down the drain as we only stayed for an hour and a half. I tried to switch my band but it was too late, which I understood, but was still upset. This action park is NOT like it's displayed on the website at all. There are not nearly as many activities like the orange beam that rotates which is pictured on the site. Also they do NOT have the soft foam dodgeballs they had harder air filled balls like what would you use for four square. The hits we sustained caused bruises that have lasted the last 3 days. So beware when bringing your kids here that dodgeball is painful, and it is NOT as seen on the website. read more

Came in on 4/20 for a kid's birthday party and let's just say few of the workers were "celebrating" the day! And I'm not just assuming cuz when the host is holding a pitcher of soda with her eyes half open walking at 1 mph, it's not because she's cautious. Plus the bathroom area smelled of weed!!! I mean, seems like this kids place are ran by teens. Literally. Workers (in referee uniforms) were eating chips and drinking icees while on the job; AND talking with their friends (not workers). Also, didn't like that one of the workers came up to us and asked us how our experience of the day was; then proceeded to "sell herself" saying "we should request her for future parties as she gets a commission from the party." Uhhh, ohhkaaaay. Initial thought when walking in was "there's a lot going on." And duh, it's a kids place, there's always a lot going on. Ok, FAIR. TRUE! It's a warehouse full of "bouncy" trampolines, obstacle courses, zip line, basketball court, and dodge ball --- it's kinda intense AND the big kids/teens/toddlers/little kids/ADULTS are all mixed in one space. Heck, the "basketball court" was over run with adults and teens. Parents really gotta keep an eye on the littles cuz I know my son was all over the place -- not relaxing for parents one bit lmfao Maybe if you got older kids, this is the place for you.
