It was my daughter birthday and we wanted to do a little celebration/ playdate. I want to say the staff is just INCREDIBLE so nice from the moment we walked in to the food. I did notice some people are just in the motion but they really know how to select who goes where. We bought a pizza with 4 drinks and icee and I think the pizza with 4 fountain drinks was pretty reasonable $30. I bought Gatorade water I think was 4 each. Icee was 5 each. They also have cotton candy machine and it's a whole experience you definitely need to get one. Celebrated my grandsons 8th bday yesterday. We had 12 kids, parents and everyone had a great time. The party room upstairs was spacious with plenty of seating - great view of the kids playing. The staff here are wonderful! While very young, you can tell the employees genuinely care about the kids. They are also very attentive. We had a water spill and Tony was happy (and quick) to clean it up. We were members last summer as well and had my grandsons birthday here. He loved it. The reason for taking away a star (four versus five) is due to the lack of adult/onlooker seating. Also, they need to lower the a/c. My daughter and I are warm and we aren't even jumping! read more

A little quick get away time with the kids. All good fun but make sure that you have to buy the "sky zone socks" and bring it with you for the next time.. There is a membership to pay if you need to visit the place but for a one time visit I didn't purchase one. Vegas needs more indoor play places for kids for sure! read more

We have ALOT of fun here but there ARE NO REFS FOR DODGEBALL. The older kids slaughter the younger kids giving them blows to the head and sky zone is ran by teenagers that don't care about the safety of other kids. They told me the other kids (atleast 12) was a kid too and my 7 year old should be ok with having a ball throttled at his face at close range. There should be an employee PRESENT in the multi trampoline area. They are so picky about no one sitting on the side of the trampoline but can't ref a game with 20 kids involved. It's pretty bad. All the staff here are super friendly and helpful, from front desk to food service. We only have four kids attended my daughter's birthday gathering so we pushed two tables together and bring our own cake and decorations. They don't allow outside food so we ordered pizzas and drinks at the establishment for the attendees. The place has a slide, zip line, basketball court, foam pit and the trampoline area to keep the kids going. The arcade area is small and no toddler section or the wall climbing. We opted for the membership bc it's a better deal to attend for the entire month and cancel when the month is up. It's a great offer for the kids to keep on jumping! read more

Smells like weed + cigarettes, staff is fine, you have to buy their socks specifically which I find absolutely money greedy and ridiculous. this place was disgusting. Only one stall in the bathroom locked, toilet paper all over, one toilet flooding, and a disgusting piss smelling odor. Then when I was jumping I felt something along my foot. Me thinking my earring fell out, I bent over, looked and saw a COCKROACH SCURRY ACROSS MY FOOT. My son loves coming here, we haven't stopped coming since January when we first became member. I will say the location has improved since my last review. The checking in process is definitely faster now and that right there is all I wanted. I have noticed a few changes on the inside , newer carpeting, newer trampolines, newer foam in the pit from time to time. I do notice a better job of the employees monitoring zones , some days here can be chaotic and they do so much better. There is only so much the employees can do, parents need to be with their children and watch what they are doing. The staff is always nice and friendly, they monitor the best they can. If anything I still recommend more cleaning throughout. Many of the nooks and crannies can get neglected and those can give you the ick. Again. Scheduled a party with them and went into active labor, tried to reschedule the party told me I had to pay a $200 fee to reschedule or cancel the party and forfeit my deposit. Will not be booking with them again. Went through with the party and had my sis in law do the party, didn't even get much of jump time and the souvenir was just a cup lol. Paid essential $450 for a party to get 1 hr of jump time and and 1 hr of party time and she stopped the kids from jumping even though they weren't interested in being in the party room. read more

There are a handful of trampoline parks around Las Vegas to choose from. Sky Zone is one of the closer ones to where we live so we stopped by on a Saturday. The facility is nice enough, the restrooms are clean and the AC works. Food is priced reasonably and the admission prices aren't bad. While they have several different areas to do activities, it doesn't have the selection that some other competitors do. It was tough for our group to find things we wanted to do for 90 minutes and consequently we left a little early. That said - if you're into basketball, the kids playing seemed to have a great time rotating through multiple times. Just not my group's thing. read more

I Called today to book another party as I have in the past at this location. The man told me they don't have the private party room on the day I asked so I asked if he could check another day he said no that there are actually no parties booked in the private party room anymore that I could only book a party where we have an area of tables out in the open. I see there's still pictures of the private party room online so I'm confused and I guess will have to make a reservation somewhere else for my event. read more

The customer service is horrible and after reading other reviews this feeling is shared by many especially in May and June, we went for my sisters birthday and as soon as we walked in we saw multiple parties waiting to purchase tickets with no one helping them. We looked behind the counter into the office only to find two teenagers sitting on their phones. We asked them to help us and were not ready to go for another 15 minutes, the process just to purchase tickets was horrible. Then we began jumping, the facility was okay, not a garbage dump but also not the nicest and many attractions were closed including the zipline, slide, ropes course, and even the rock wall that is an insane amount of attractions to be closed, there were also no workers even watching or making sure kids were following the rules which led to almost five injuries we saw during our jumping time. As we were checking in an older man asked if the slide was gonna open saying he had already asked a while ago, they said yes but it didn't open until a third person went up and asked a half hour later, they kept it open for only ten minutes. Then the worst problem, I ordered a pizza twenty minutes before we left the facility, we go to pick it up only to find it hadn't even been placed in the oven yet. We ask two more workers about it and one tells us they were deep cleaning the oven, IN THE MIDDLE OF BUSINESS HOURS, made absolutely no since, ended up waiting about 40 minutes for a 7 inch pizza which was pepperoni even when I asked for cheese! There was a camp like group there trying to order food for about 10 kids I told them they'd be waiting for probably 2+ hours since they might need to deep clean the oven. Ridiculous! If you want the easiest way to find it, enter off of Warm Springs, there is a series of warehouses. Make a right, go to the front, facing Dean Martin Drive. I'm reviewing this as a party attender. Friday night, we attended a party for one of our friends' daughter, one of our son's friends (former neighbors at our former community). There were twenty one children. Very popular trampoline park. It was very crowded. Check-in (waivers must be signed) for every child; can be done on the kiosk, if it is operating. I think this process is time-consuming. Every jumper must wear a t-shirt and grippy socks (once you have this, you don't need to keep buying them, you just gotta bring them next time). There are lockers and bleachers. The party room has a rack for the kids' shoes and other belongings. There is an arcade. There is a cafe. There is a bathroom (clean for the most part). There is a membership program. There are a number of trampoline areas. There is a foam brick area, that is two sided and has a rock climbing feature on two walls. One of the foam brick areas is a Jousting section meant for two people to compete. At 7 pm, it's a GLOW PARTY, and the party music is lively. There are warning signs posted all around. The party room was small, there were four tables, in two rows. The birthday gifts were set up on the left side of the table. The food was set up by one girl, who was going back and forth bringing in the pizzas and the drinks. One box of chicken fingers were finished right away. The empty pizza boxes were stacking up on top of the trash can. (As we were heading out, I did see one lady bringing in some pizzas from a restaurant.) Hubby did intervene with the manager about the confusion when the party was booked; and he did correct the situation. Kudos to the that. They used a Groupon. It's a lot of fun, the kids were really sweaty from all of the activity, and I can see why this is a popular place. read more

The customer service is very poor! I asked the staff member to check what my total was because I didn't get a receipt and she told me to wait as she was busy. I came to talk to her again and she told me the same thing. After two hours, I approached her again and she told me to talk to the manager. I kindly let the manager know my situation and he said to give him a few mins because he was busy and was the only one running the place. My point is...in the two hours that I was there I received no help! We called prior to arrival to ask about cutting a cake and did not answer so we took the cake anyway. Then was approached by staff saying they couldn't let us have a "lobby party". Fine. I also order two pizzas. One cheese and one pepperoni... I waited 20 mins to get the wrong pizza! The staff in the snack bar were hanging out with their teen friends- one dropping F bombs. The others just being super teenagerish and not focused on work. We had a horrible time. Took 20 minutes to get a pizza. 90 minutes later they call our bracelet to leave and since it was so busy and we waited for food so long,, my daughter had only eaten and jumped once in the main area. She was scared because a big kid kept running across her trampoline to bounce off the wall. No staff to ask him to stop. I would recommend somewhere else. I brought my nephew (12m) and niece (6f) on a Thursday afternoon. Would recommend doing the waiver at home as the public computers load slowly but otherwise it was simple enough to get the kids in for an hour jump. You do have to buy the socks for an additional cost (and keep them for future visits!) at +5usd each kid. So this review is in tribute to the very patient and amazing staff member named Bree! The 6yr old had a meltdown because of "sock bumps" -- she wears a 1Y and the small pair fit her but she was determined to wallow in misery. Bree (a true angel) happened upon her while passing out free t-shirts. She talked to the child and soothed her, got her a pair of "too small" toddler socks that the kid says fit perfectly (LOL). Disaster dissipated and both kids had a blast! Safe to say it is fun for most ages. This auntie is going to promptly return the kiddos to their parents, but I am so SO grateful to Bree & those like her. At first I was very content with this place but after the experience I have had in cancelling the membership, I highly don't recommend this business to others. The food is okay for children and adults if you'd like quick eats. Hot dogs, popcorn, soda, water, chips, and candy. I wouldn't recommend bringing a child here after a big meal since they could get nauseous from bouncing around. The ambiance is that of a laser tag experience with neon lights and illuminated areas. From every time I was here, I was unfortunately not able to use any of the other features that were included with the Elite+ membership other than the extra time and snacks. The service was good at first. However, over time it appears that there has been change in membership and staff which has resulted in a negative customer service experience. I do NOT recommend the membership as it is IMPOSSIBLE to get it cancelled. I have been charged for 5 months which I have not even been attending. I came to the location three different times in person to provide them with all of the information to cancel the membership, and am still being charged for it. Save yourself time and money by doing a day pass or going elsewhere. Inefficient check in process, if you've completed you waiver(s) you still have to wait behind everyone who is filling out the waiver at the cashier, which is time consuming and slow. Half the attractions are permanently closed, due to the number of injuries (employees words) but you still get charged full price to use half the amenities. There doesn't seem to be an age limit so your kids will be competing with 18-19 year olds, that have tattoos and facial hair, for amenities meant for elementary/ middle school aged kids. Planned a 10 year olds birthday party here which was a complete waste of $400. The website says you'll receive a confirmation call prior to arriving to go over last minute details. which is a lie!we never received any sort of call from sky zone employees. The party was supposed to come with a hostess, pizzas, drinks & a private room. When we arrive were a bit puzzled, because we were met with utter confusion by the very young, very unprofessional and very incompetent staff. followed by several apologies because for some inexplicable reason, they had no private room available for us. Once we finally got everything situated & given our room that was plane, empty & extremely hot inside. The hostess dropped off the pizzas, left & did not return. So after about 10 minutes & 8 kids saying they were thirsty I went to go look for her. I finally found her & asked "where were our drinks? it seems as though you forgot about us". She replied "I'll bring them in right now". So she scurried off & returned to our room with a picture of lemonade, water & watered down Pepsi. Most of us that were in the room were convinced that if I hadn't searched for her she might've never returned. After we finished up in the sad excuse for a party room, the adults/kids headed over to the jumper area. That was 100% unsupervised by any sort of staff member. It almost seemed as though the safety of the children were of no concern to sky zone whatsoever. The play area in it's entirety roughly consisted of about 20% parents/adults 80% kids & again 0% staff. I can't help but compare this visit to all previous visits. Which were fully staffed, better ventilated & lots of fun going on. but with order & some sort of structure/system in place. This visit however was totally different. It was hot as hell, it smelled like weed (no disrespect to the 420 friendly folks. but there's a time & place for everything) extremely short-staffed and completely & utterly chaotic. Fortunately all of the little ones that we came with are some pretty tough kids. So they didn't seem to care in the slightest & they still had a blast. But kids can be harmlessly naïve & easily satisfied. But as a parent/adult you can see the BS for what it truly is. Sooo... would I ever throw another 10 year olds birthday party here? Simply put..... NNNOOOOOOO. Would I ever return with a bunch of energy filled kids riding a sugar high. My son for some reason really wanted to have his 6thbirthday party at a "Trampoline Park." We had never even been to one, so had no idea where he got the idea. He must had seen it on TV. I was always kind of scared to go to them as I had assumed they were not safe and that everyone was just going to going home in casts. I decided to give in and give it a try. SkyZone is somewhat close to me and they actually had a descent deal for a Groupon, so I decided to book it. I booked It about 2 weeks in advance. The booking situation was super disorganized. There was an event email that I emailed food requests, our waivers and my party list to. I really don't think anyone even ever read that email. I got a few follow up calls after I had already booked my party, to book the party again. I had a relatively small party, with 10 guests. Each guest to add was about $25, which whatever. When we arrived, they had a sign with my son's name for check in which was pretty cool. He also got to pick his own socks, which everyone in our party got the same kind that glowed. They also gave us glow shirts, but the shirt sizes where all way too big for the kids. We all had to tie them in the back so the kids were not tripping over them. I would imagine most of the participants would be kids, so why are they not stocking up kid sizes for shirts. Just odd to me. They took our presents, purses and any other things were had brought and took it back to our room. We had two attendants to help. I had ordered food and extra food. They use an outside vendor for food and silly thing they forgot ranch for the salad, so not able to provide any as they don't make the food there. The attendants were very sweet and helped with clean up, food set up, food serving, etc. I tipped them 20% of the party charge, so I assume they were very happy lol. The jump area has one large area, a basketball hoop, dodgeball, joust, rockclimbing wall, and a couple other areas. It was not too crowded and we all were able to have a really good time jumping. They give the kids stickers to put on their shirts with their time as you get a certain amount of time to jump and then they call it over the loudspeaker when your time is called. I had a guest come late and because I had reached my "10 person max" they said she couldn't jump! So she ended up sitting out for about 30 minutes until I saw her and was able to go to the front desk. I was really irritated they did not just add her as if they would have gotten my email I sent that they requested, they would have seen her name on my list. I had specifically added additional people I said I would pay for. So, for her to sit out was ridiculous. I got her squared away though and she had fun, but still. We had a really fun time and it was perfect for the amount of people we had and the time we wanted to spend. My son and everyone that went all said they had the best time, so it was a success. They just need to work on a few issues with booking. read more

I bought tickets to jump with my kids only to be completely covered in dust and that was after being forced to buy a shirt in order to jump in a over priced and unsanitary venue.. I got here 2 hours after opening and bathrooms were out of soap, paper towels and it's was already flooded with pee on the ground and watching people walk in and out with socks on tracking all that unsanitary shit everywhere... Not to mention everywhere you go there is trash on the ground and customer service is horrible.. Definitely do not recommend. Updating my review because we have come a few times after my initial review and there is huge construction so many of the jumping areas are closed off. It was such a busy day and the place was understaffed, unfortunately. The bathrooms were horrendous and needed cleaning desperately. Due to the closed off areas, my child did not have much room to jump. I just don't think I will want to come back anytime soon. read more
