It has to be the best cake in USA that I ever have. One word, Ambrosia cake. Cake Master Ed is so kind to take my order after my birthday. I ordered the carrot cheesecake duo to be delivered for a birthday party at work. The phone interaction I had made it so easy to place my order. Payment through PayPal made it safe and secure. And when the cake was delivered I wasn't there but heard from several of my coworkers how professional and nice the driver was. I got texts that day raving about the cake, including pictures, but I can tell you honestly they didn't do it justice. The carrot cake layers are moist and full of texture. The spices are balanced perfectly. Carrot cake is tricky to get right and this is a delicious one. In between those is a rich layer of cheesecake with the perfect tang to offset the sweetness from the carrot cake. The outside is covered in cream cheese frosting and rolled in chopped walnuts. It was absolutely amazing. While this was definitely a splurge, it was worth every penny and every calorie. I will absolutely order another one when I have an occasion! read more

I got the Raspberry Dream for my wife's birthday and it was incredible! Mousse filling, sponge cake, fresh raspberries... all incredible. Even the sliced almonds around the outside tasted more freshly, perfectly roasted than I'd had earlier in my life before I discovered Flirty Cake. Best part, though, was the white chocolate whipped cream. I would eat a bowl of just the white chocolate whipped cream, without hesitation. read more

The cake looked exactly like the picture. So it was hard to cut it because it looked so good! The taste matched the looks and Edgar even made a caramel filling per my request. I was looking for the best cake, and the wine used in the cake didn't mix to well with the caramel, but that was my own doing.
