The East Cobb studio closed so I drove out to Sandy Springs and the manager Ariana (forgive the spelling) is SO amazing!!! She had my lights set up to my preference. She gave me a tour. She 100% took care of me and I couldn't be more grateful. I have always loved Perspire because unlike other red light stops, it is a true spa-like experience. You feel great when you leave. I got to try Perspire when Yelp OTP hosted a Yelp Elite Week at this location a couple of years ago. I loved it so much, but as much as I wanted to sign up for a membership, the location was too far from my house at the time. Fast forward to now, and I live just a few minutes from a Perspire location here in AZ. I signed up shortly after moving! It's become a big part of my wellness routine: gym then sauna. As a member, you can sauna at any Perspire location in the US which is such a great perk. When I came to Atlanta to visit family during the holidays, I went to this location a few times to keep up with my routine. It was also a welcome retreat from the cold since it was an unusually cold winter in Atlanta. As usual, the studios are pristine and spacious. I felt very welcomed with the sweet notes in my reserved studio. Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV with Netflix, Hulu, etc. I usually catch up on my shows during my 40-minute me time. Temperatures and lights are adjustable to your liking. Clean towels are provided at each session including a cooling one. Not all Perspire studios have a shower, but this one does. I haven't used it, though. It's important to note that they've removed all the locks of the studio doors for safety reasons. This didn't affect my experience and my sessions still felt very private. My sauna room was set up really nice. They placed towels in there for me and set up the tv so I could watch what I wanted while in the room. Great for relaxing. I felt very comfortable here and could've stayed for longer than my 50minute session but its not recommended so you dont get too dehydrated. I could definitely see myself getting a membership. I got a chance to visit Perspire: Sandy Springs with my fiancé. When I first arrived, it was a little difficult to find parking, but eventually I found one close to the apartments. Perspire is in the perfect location, as it's in its own little fitness hub with another gym, a smoothie spot, shops, and restaurants. Once we entered, we were greeted by Micheal. Micheal thoroughly explained everything to us and even provided us a tour of the facility. Everything was nice and clean. He showed us our room and the color light therapy options. Inside the rooms, they provided towels for us and there was also a television. You have the option to watch a variety of channels from YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc. The 50-minute infrared was everything and more. The sauna gets super hot, but you have the option to make adjustments to the temperature. Prepare to SWEAT!!!! We felt amazing after our session. We kept the infrared lights on blue because we wanted to relax and we definitely felt super relaxed after our session. Perspire also offers showers and if you're a member they have an member's suite, which has a shower and a sauna on the inside. They offer bigger rooms, which are the even numbers, if you want to bring someone with you! Additionally, they offer monthly memberships. Tried again...I've been a customer of Perspire studios for years so I really wanted it to be pleasant like it used to be....but still not up to its previous quality. My sauna temp was so low (i could stand in the sauna fully dressed with no problem. Setting was barely 100 and from my recent experience, no way it would warm up within the time i was there...typically the saunas only gain at most 10 degrees), I had to ask to be moved. The hostess readily moved me with no problem (thank you!). The new sauna was a little warmer, but not sauna level and didnt warm up very well...and still now with less time in the session. Probably great if it's your first time with no/low expectations, but if you have any IF experience try another spot if you want a good sweat I'm done trying...time to move on read more

I'm so honored to have been selected to enjoy such amazing experience through Yelp Elite week. From the time I walked through Perspires doors, I was greeted with nice smiles, open arms and overall soothing welcome by Mila! She's such a light, so attentive, extremely kind and thorough about the business. Mila gave me a tour of the spa Stuido as well as showed me to my own private room, provided thorough instructions regarding proper usage of the sauna as well as educated me on the different light therapies and the benefits. The private room is a nice size room with a wall mirror, a wide screen TV, a chair to sit and relax and break from the sauna or to place your things on. A cooling towel was present with a mini sample of a Raw juicing product in which I'm very familiar and a pair of eye patches. Within the sauna there is a little storage unit you can place you mobile phone, keys any type small items. However, I would not suggest storing your mobile phone there because it still tends to heat up so just leave outside of the sauna in the room area. You're able to view and listen to the tv programs of your choice ( Netflix, Hulu, YouTube to name a few) from inside the sauna,by the way has an excellent sound system! The session lasted 50 minutes long. You're able to wear clothing such as swim like wear of some sort or you can enjoy the sauna in your birthday suit lol. I elected my birthday suit (lol) to get the most out of my experience. Don't worry, all guest are supplied with towels in their rooms to wrap up in to feel more comfortable and so you're not letting it all hang out LOL. You have capability to control the temperature from inside the sauna, but as Mila advised, for first timers its best to keep the temp between 150-155, totally your own personal preference. I did opt to take a few breaks here and there. Maybe as I continue to go back and get use to it, I can stay inside entire duration but BOY OH BOY that heat is absolutely NO JOKE! There is an automatic water filter located in the lobby of the studio, so feel free to refill your water bottle as needed. The sauna is catered to both males and females. There is a very nice clean spacious restroom area to include a walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head ( I'll include a video) to utilize should you want to freshen up at the studio afterwards. The shower does have shampoo, conditioner, body soap dispenser. However, my next visit I will be better prepared and bring my own necessities. My only hiccup is the parking. Although there is several parking surround the studio it also shares this space with other residence and other businesses so getting a parking spot directly in front of the studio maybe a challenge. However, there is a parking deck the sits right underneath La Padilla restaurant located in the same plaza across from Perspire a short walk away. Shouts out to Gretel and the Perspire Team for coordinating this event! I had an amazing time! I had not met Megan in person who is the studio Manager however, spoke to Megan on the phone and she is awesome! Megan and Mila's kindness and compassion has swayed me to want to return to the studio and look into membership options. I've even started referring family/friends to check them out. I highly recommend PERSPIRE! You will feel like a total renewed person when you leave, trust me, you won't regret it! read more

Partner and I did the Spartan Race yesterday and because we knew we were doing it, we booked a session here 2 weeks in advance. Partner was trying to verify and get the session setup, but whoever he called was giving him a run around talking about how "they'll figure it out". I have an account, and they made it seem like we were locked in 2 WEEKS in advance. And now after doing the most in this OCR, we can't even heal and relax from the stress we put on our body. The only reason we call is because the app sucks; you can't book an appointment for two people in the app otherwise we would've used it! Super disappointing. Call to make an appointment for two instead of using the app is already tedious and disappointing, but now we must suffer the price because someone is playing around on the phone and playing around with our appointment? Pass. Probably time to seek another place to go by this point. read more

My husband & I had a great first experience here. This was both of ours first time trying a Sauna. When I called to make an appointment Megan was so friendly & helpful. When we got to the Studio Megan greeted us & walked us through all of the Sauna room details. The studio was clean, quite and very comfortable. I came here spontaneously on a Sunday afternoon upon realizing I never used my intro offer ($20 for first 40 minute session). I was able to quickly and easily schedule an appointment online. They have several rooms and flexible hours, which is great. I love going to saunas but always feel uncomfortable when I'm around too many people in the sauna so the private sauna option is great. I can see from previous reviews that parking can be a challenge due to all the businesses and restaurants in the area. However, I was able to find a spot right in front of Perspire. Upon entering, I was greeted and given a brief tour and was how to adjust the temperature and lights if needed. The sauna was within an enclosed room with a TV and chair for your belongings or if you wanted to take a break. You were also given a cool wet towel for after your session. 40 minutes flew by as I watched Netflix and I came out feeling refreshed. I joined Perspire-Sandy Springs in June 2021 and initially had no problems. Then for some reason my card continued to be charged after I had placed my membership on hold. In July 2022 the Regional Manager (Jeramy) stated to me that I had eight (8) visits that I had to use by the end of the year. I was only able to use one of the visits in October and when asked for specifics by the studio manager (Babette) about feedback that I had provided which included the button on wall to change light settings seems to have been modified. After a few clicks, I wasn't sure if I had found the desired setting. Loud conversation in hallway (can't tell if it were guests or staff); I had been used to turning on shower a few minutes in advance to get hot or warm water. After more about three minutes, the shower water remained ice cold; Constant construction noise that I assume was coming from the commercial space under development a few doors down from Perspire's entrance. I never received any response from Babette. At the end of 2022, I tried to book Room #6 (which has a shower in the studio) checking various random dates/times from roughly the last 10 days of the month, and could not book the room #6. I asked Jeramy if the deadline to use the seven remaining visits (not "free" visits, as I had already paid for them) could possibly be extended into January and he refused. I replied to Jeramy to cancel my membership. I would not recommend using Perspire whatsoever. read more

I found this location through a Yelp Elite event. I became a member and continued to come to this location. Since I travel for work I am usually at other locations but I had the pleasure to stop into my OG stomping grounds. The new manager Vivette and the newer associates were so sweet and accommodating. I truly appreciate the customer service over the phone and the kindness they displayed when I came in for my visit!! They went above and beyond. Even helping me decide where I was going to get my açaí bowl from, looking up menus...too cute!! I was on the fence about canceling my membership because sometimes my schedule gets hectic but their customer service skills made me change my mind. I absolutely love this place. Very clean. The individual saunas are really comfortable. I was able to sit in there and read a book for almost an hour and came out feeling amazing. You can modify the heat if it's a little overwhelming but the experience is worth it. The associates working there are always polite and it's a nice addition to my self care ritual. read more

Do not support this business. I asked to have my membership cancelled before my next billing date (a feature that was a major selling point for me). This DID NOT happen. I then tried to contact Perspire to address this issue and was told that the front desk could not cancel my membership and only the manager Ben Cole could perform the cancellation. After several emails and calls, I have not heard back from the elusive "manager." It speaks volumes of how this establishment does business. I've also tried to visit the studio in hopes of speaking with a manager but he is never there. Perspire overall is a lovely facility until it is not. Perspire will play with your money. read more
