Very calming, clean atmosphere. Friendly staff and helpful. First time floatie here. Was relaxing. It took me some time to relax my mind so I would recommend if you take awhile to relax maybe do a longer time like 2 hrs or hour an a half. Water was nice and warm, pod was cozy with lights and meditation music. I used the neck float which was helpful but you dont need to use those. showers available in tbe room before and after float. Epsom salt does make a mess once your dry so make sure you shower well. Will give it another shot!

Had my first float today & it was everything I dreamed of. Float was extremely clean, the atmosphere was so relaxing, the lady who helped me today was super friendly. 10/10 Recommended. I will be back !

Went for my very first float session and didn't know what to expect. I had relaxation beyond what I have experienced before and can't wait to return! A true hidden gem in little Rhody

I'm the type that is happy floating in a tube around the pool so I had to check out float therapy. For that I am happy I did. It was relaxing and my time in the pod flew by. It helped me realize my back was out of alignment since the density of the water puts you into a zero gravity environment on your joints and muscles. I slept like a baby the nights to follow, which was a plus and my skin/hair felt great afterward. I wish we could have taken an aura photo before and after to see the change. It would have been interesting to see.

I had my first float on 4/27/2018 and I loved the session and facility so much that I scheduled my next float before I left.

A family friend invited me to Zen out with her and my Mom at the Salt Cave and I was so excited! First of all I knew I needed to relax and I knew the private session for us would be what we all needed to heal so much we're all dealing with. Once I entered Casey greeted us kindly. Such a warm bright smile. I love walking in here the aura is so Zen and the vibes are just perfect. They have stuff all around you can buy- stones, salt items, shirts, jewelry. There was just so much to look at. To the Cave! Casey made sure we got into our zero gravity chairs easily as they can be tricky. But once settled in the cave with our blanket (they provide) and all set in the chairs seated back and relaxed it was time for Zen. My mom and our family friend were immediately relaxed it did take me some time as I have a lot going on in my mind. But the cave does a short guided meditation and then the rest was just relaxing sounds. I can't explain the calmness this cave brings. It like forces you to relax. Your mind and body are like being forced to let go of all the pain and hurt. It's so hard to explain you just have to try it for yourself. The salt cave you must wear white or light colored socks. They have cubbies for your shoes in the back. The rocks do hurt your feet but once you're in your seat you're perfectly fine. The sessions are also private. So whether it's 1 person for I think 8 max it's private for you and your group which I love.I also found out they do massages in there as well per request, and yoga! I'm for sure going to do a massage in there! I love it and I'll be back a few more times before I move.

On walking in we were welcomed with a cheerful smile. I went with my daughter and my coworker who gifted me this experience. There is so much to get lost looking at but not at all overwhelming. It's peaceful and nicely laid out. The salt cave experience transforms you to a quiet oasis. You walk in grab a blanket to your liking. Have a seat in one of the lounge chairs( remember to protect the salt you need to bring white sock or you can purchase) the lights get dimmed. Meditation music plays and for 1 hour you are in a relaxing state of mind. They have a little back room where you can grab coffee or tea and a snack once you are done. There are books and many other items for purchase. I was even given a little bit of salt that get let into the cave ( you really don't notice that much maybe a little salt on your lips well for me anyways). I honestly feel like is is so important to have a place like this as part of self care, mind body calming. Once a month at least. Make sure to make an appointment they have plenty of parking in the plaza and offer gift certificates.

Angela is an outstanding instructor who consistently goes above and beyond for her students. She walks around the room, provides individual feedback, and makes sure everyone is performing movements safely and correctly. It's clear that she genuinely cares about everyone in the class and wants them to succeed. What sets Angela apart is her energy, attentiveness, and motivation. She is loud and clear when giving instructions, so everyone can easily hear and follow along throughout the workout. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she creates a positive, encouraging environment that makes the class both fun and challenging. I've taken the class with another instructor before, and the difference was noticeable. Angela stays focused on coaching and supporting participants rather than getting her own workout in. She makes everyone feel welcome, supported, and confident, regardless of their fitness level. The bungee fitness classes are an amazing workout, and Raffa is an excellent wellness facility with a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch programs. I highly recommend Angela's classes to anyone looking for a fun, effective, and engaging fitness experience.

Parking in on street, I don't believe you have to pay though. Staff is super nice and welcoming, gave us the run down, provided us with a sandals and a robe. The robe are pretty size inclusive, I only had a little gap, and I'm a 3x. You get a locker and they even have a bathing suit dryer when you're done (pictured) That said, it's a smaller space than the Newport location inside, where the actual pools/saunas are. However, you can still get in and out of the pools with ease because of the railings. There is maybe enough space for two in the plunge pool. Staff came through with some cool eucalyptus towelettes and there is free flavored or non flavored water to drink. The cons for me would be the parking, and the over booking, people were struggling to find places for their robes and cups. Otherwise, this is a great experience for your body and peace of mind, would recommend.

My husband and I checked in and was greeted by a friendly staff member who told us our locker number. Then, another staff member told us what we would find in our locker and about the water journey. The locker room was very clean and spacious. I put on my robe on top of my bathing suit and sandals and headed to the water journey space with my reusable water cup. The water journey space includes: 98° Bodhi Glow Mineral Pool, 104° Bodhi Restore Mineral Pool, eucalyptus steam room, cold plunge, full spectrum infrared sauna, traditional finnish dry sauna, and a relaxation area. The Water Journey is 2 hours and 30 minutes and we spent pretty much the full time in the space. There were probably 14 people total in the space at the same time, but it didn't feel crowded. Also, everyone honored the whisper policy and no one was obnoxiously loud. At one point, the staff came around with cold towels. As our time was almost up, we headed to each of our locker rooms and took a shower. The shower had body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There was also a bathing suit spinner that dries the water out of the swim suit. The water journey was definitely worth $85.00. I had such a relaxing time and can't wait till next time. Reservations do fill up, so I definitely recommend making your reservation sooner than later.
