This is located in the first floor of an apartment complex in Bellevue - the lobby is clean and the staff person I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. Each float tank is in a clean, private, lockable room with a shower and towels and ear plugs - everything you need. The float tank experience itself is pretty cool - after showering you get in the tank, which is about ten inches of water with a whole bunch of epsom salt in it. The water and the air are the same temperature as the human body so it's a bit hard to distinguish between you and the environment after a bit. You can close the tank and turn off the light for a complete sensory deprivation experience, or try any combo to your comfort level. Being able to float provides great stretches and opportunities for meditation. I thought it would be hard to figure get through an hour of doing nothing - but it goes fast! The tank plays music to let you know the experience is over (for now). Afterwards I felt like I had a great massage. Go!

You can change in the changing area, but if you want more privacy, you are encouraged to go behind the door of the shower, where there's plenty of room to change. The sauna was nice and hot. Loved it. We both opted for the Om package which included a facial and a massage with one enhancement of choice. I have to say, the massage tables here are the most comfortable ones I've ever experienced. They are heated for your comfort, although they can turn off the heat if you run hot. My massage with Allison was lovely and super relaxing. Afterwards, I was brought back to the lounge area where I met up with my friend again and waited for my facial. The aesthetician, Kat, immediately gave off warm and friendly vibes, and I knew right away that she was going to be great. Her recommendations were spot on and her technique was fantastic.
