She wanted to send flowers to her best friend of over 60 years for her 75th birthday. Looking on line, we found this florist and loved the arrangements shown on the website. What was ordered was not what was delivered. I called to express my concern and the owner tried to tell me that he actually sent something better and bigger. Are you kidding me?!?! He was rude, told me that I didn't understand. I told him I was trying to work with him and he refused and proceeded to hang up on me. So tell me...do you think these arrangements look the same?
