The man and woman duo were just standing around in one bedroom not doing any cleaning! There were blinds on the floor needing dusting--they decided to just leave it there until I asked. I did not see a single duster, mop or vacuum in action. Every inquiry was met with "that's not my job" when you are literally cleaning an empty house! He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.

He went around the house and said that we had 10 areas and 32 stairs. He also had some blue light that showed him urine. We just bought this house and the owners before had a large dog. Because of that he added $250. The original quote was $420, but when he came he said it would be $700. Which was high but it was fine as long as there wouldn't be any urine and stains on the carpet. We agreed to the price and he started his job. We have a big house over 4,000 square feet, so we thought this would take him the whole day. He started at 9:30 and was done by 12:30. Both me and my mom were confused and thought how could he be done so quickly. He tried showing us pictures on his phone of before and after, and to be honest we didn't notice much of a difference. I didn't take before pictures but I've attached the after pictures. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it's because it's still wet and we should wait till it dries to see a difference. No the carpet looked exactly the same. This was disappointing and I would never use this company again. Also not to mention he was being incredibly rude to my mother and talking down to her. She doesn't speak good English and he would say things and make little rude remarks. Communication/Promptness = +1 Scheduling service online was a breeze. Even mentioned Yelp to get free deodorizing. Ease of Scheduling = +1 On day of service, I received 2 calls - one to let me know the technician was on the way, and the second when the technician was almost at my residence. Keeping me updated = +1 I explained what work I needed, and asked for some prices of additional items I was considering. Once I had decided on what I wanted cleaned, the technician got to work. He explained what he was doing, gave me some tips on keeping my rugs and carpets cleaned. Pricing = +1 (very reasonable, check online for average prices) I had my couch, dining chairs, three area rugs and bar chairs cleaned. Took the technician about a hour and a half and I didn't ever feel like he was rushing or doing a shoddy job. In the end I was happy with the outcome! Plus the free watermelon deodorizer.... Final Result = +1 (very happy) The process is simple - steam clean :) For larger areas they need a supply of water. Since I had rugs and chairs on two levels of my house, I was initially concerned, but they have an extra large hose in their truck, which can accommodate multiple level houses (2 in my case).
