The morning started with me about to take my kids to school. All my other kids where going out the door. When my kindergarten yelled the living room is raining. Angel from Flood Force came to my home to assess a wet wall in a bedroom. He was prompt and professional. Angel walked me through the process of notifying my insurance company and starting a claim. He explained what would transpire from determining the source of the leak to repairing the damage. He kept me informed and answered all of my questions. I had a slow leak in my kitchen faucet that required removing everything under the sink (the box) and drying it with an industrial dehumidifier for five days and nights. Gumaro from Flood Force monitored and handled the entire procedure. He removed the box and everything under the kitchen sink to make sure everything dried completely. My house had a leak that went through to the first floor from a faulty portion of the bathtub upstairs, and after the plumber recommended Flood Force and we contacted them, they were there the same exact day. Their response time is exceptional. They were professional and fairly communicative. The technicians (services primarily provided by Luis) had great ability and skill in being able to both get the job done as well as protect the undamaged areas and property from debris. Angel came out for the initial inspection to check for black mold (yay-no mold). Luis came back and did the mitigation- set up dehumidifiers to dry everything out. We were gone some of the days and I felt comfortable to have Luis come and go while we were gone. He always let me know when he arrived and when he left. Luis even took a package that was delivered into my house for me and sent me a picture to let me know where he placed the package! Above and beyond! We had what we thought was a small pipe leak, turned pipe burst! Flood Force was quick to respond and so helpful through it all. Our valve in our shower busted in the wall and I got in contact with Javier with Flood Force. He was able to come out to my house and reassess the damages that was caused by the leak.
