    Many flooring options ...

FLOOR AND DÉCOR - TILE, WOOD, AND STONE is a home builder's/designer's little slice of paradise. After a friend purchased materials from them for a home make-over, I decided to stop in for their Industry Networking Event. Open to the public, it was a chance to meet the store's pro team and some of the vendors whose products are available for sale in the store. I wish I had known about this place when I was designing a house a couple years ago! The quality and variety of the materials versus the price was amazing! Rows and rows of wood flooring in any finish imaginable, with prices starting as low as .94c per sq ft! There was a pretty extensive section of wood laminate flooring as well - looked so amazing it was hard to tell the difference just by sight. Stone, slate, porcelain, and ceramic, for walls, floors, counters, inside/outside - you name it, they had it - and all starting off with prices under $1 per sq. ft. (based on style). I have to say compared to the last design center I used and some of the big box home stores, it's hard to beat these prices for the quality. Gorgeous patterns on the tiles! Did you know they made grout in glitter?!?!?! Lol Ok it is a grout with flecks of 60% recycled clear glass and the most gorgeous colors! I am sure combined with the pretty tiles, that grout would be sure to give a little extra sparkle! There are several displays of bathroom designs - all very innovative and unique. I loved the different designs of counter-top bathroom sinks - they easily had at least 25 styles to choose from. And they do have a design team who will work with you to create the rooms you envisioned. I enjoyed my visit here and will definitely revisit when I'm ready for some re-modeling!

Disappointed in the manager Scott's customer service and leadership. After confirming the mismatched tile was a dye lot problem - they sold me mismatched lots. Scott blamed me and insisted I buy the replacement tile. He appeared as though he was stating a company policy - so perhaps this is the policy: sell mismatched tile, cause havoc on jobsite, blame customer, sell more tile. He dumped me a cashier and walked away. Cashier walked away from her register, started a conversation with another cashier, came back and other cashier left her register and followed her while they continued to talk over me and interrupted my conversation and questions to my assigned cashier. Amazingly terrible leadership and service. I'm looking for another tile supply house. What recommendations do you have?

Fireplace with 2x4 porcelain. Sun was too shiny to get a good picture but it's gorgeous!

I am in LOVE with this store. We are in the process of filling a brand new home with furnishings…read moreand decor and this is one of my go-to places for unique pieces that you really can't find just anywhere else. I came to know about this place from Facebook - I follow their page (District 635) on there and was really impressed with the color palettes that they use and the uniqueness of the items they show on there. The store itself is just as impressive. They go to other furniture/ decor places and get their closeouts and sell them here. While they advertise that their prices are significantly less for designer pieces, I do not see much financial savings, HOWEVER, I am willing to pay their prices because, as I said, mostly everything in here is extremely unique. I will say this - I saw a coffee table here made out of a Russian boat propeller with a glass top (super cool and different!) for $2300 and it was $4000 at Restoration Hardware ... so that's something, right? :) They constantly get new pieces in, so you have to check back frequently. They are only open Thursday-Sunday, so you really want to try to get there Thursday to see the best things that they have to offer for the week. For the most part, you buy right off the floor. Sometimes they will have a few duplicate items from the floor back in their warehouse, but this is one of those places where when you see something you like, you better buy it because it may not be there next time. *Note: They are connected to The Dump, however, the styles/ selection is nothing like the The Dump. Trust me, I don't like The Dump either.

I can also say that the furniture is very old and made of Teak wood imported from India. We picked it up from the store with only $100 off the price because one of the accent horse head on the front was cracked. I am really happy with the kind of furniture they collect over there.

The only bad part about the experience was the WiFi was slow in the back of the store and it made it hard to pull up my Target red card app in order to pay. I remember when I loved going to Target. It was fun! Unfortunately, not anymore. I only come to…read morethis store specifically because it's the only nearby Target, and I don't enjoy my visits. The traffic patterns in the parking lot are a nightmare, in general. Getting in and out, parking and even crossing the street in the crosswalk into the front entrance feels dangerous because another driver might hit me. Unless you visit early in the morning, the parking lot, store and checkouts are crowded. Worst of all, there are frequently items out of stock and missing at this store. I have never once visited and found everything on my list. They used to ask me if I found everything I needed - when I said "no" they never offered to help so I have to wonder why they kept asking me? On this visit (first week of January 2025), there is now a sign that self-check is limited to 10 items or less. That meant that I had to wait in a line to check out with a cashier. He was very nice, but probably the slowest cashier I have ever experienced at any store in my life. This will likely be one of my last visits to this location. There have been some other general corporate changes over the last couple of years that make me consider closing my Target credit card and switching my spending over completely to an alternative: 1. Changes to their coupon policy "to prevent fraud" by insisting that they are in a database means that they no longer accept most of the otherwise valid manufacturers coupons that I bring into the store. Although not how they worded their policy change, functionally they pretty much only accept Target/manufacturer coupons added digitally in their app now. Without coupons, I can often find a better price at a drugstore and spend less of my time doing so.; 2. Changes to the Target app and Circle program. In theory, this would mean that I don't have to spend my time loading coupons in the app every Sunday morning because they are supposedly already active. What I have noticed since the changes is that far fewer coupons are applied to my orders.; and 3. Food Allergy Labeling: When they changed their store brand awhile back, far fewer of their products that *should be naturally gluten-free were marked gluten-free. As someone with Celiac Disease, that means I can't buy them. Other things like salted nuts all are almost all marked as processed with wheat. Again, I can't buy them; and 4. (Not a change.) Target doesn't let you use your flex spending card first to pay only for flex spending OTC purchases like some other retailers. If I buy something like OTC ibuprofen, I need to print, scan and submit the receipt to my flex spending for a reimbursement. By contrast many other retailers, have recently made using flex spending card easier.
