Yes. Jesse did reach and speak to me concerning my complaint. I appreciate the time he allow me to share my experience and express my frustration with his employees and what occurred inside his store. Jesse stated he would speak to his managers and train them on how my incident could have been handled better. It was a pleasure talking to Jesse. I went back to Floor and Decor Moreno Valley. I have two more rooms to renovate. Great experience. Errol was great. Even though he was helping customers, he asked if I was finding everything I needed. I saw him again later during my visit and he asked again, this time I did need some assistance and he sent a gentleman over to help. Everything I selected was discontinued or out of stock awaiting delivery from Washington. After an hour in the store I found what I needed and Steve came over to help. I was so glad he came. I need his muscles to help place the porcelain floor and marble walls in the cart. Steve took me over to select grout for the floor. What I valued most from Steve's help is his knowledge of how much material I needed for the square footage of the room. I did not have enough in my cart. So Steve placed an order under my name. Instructed me to go to the cashier and purchase my order while he took the cart and loaded it with the material all the material I needed and was paying for. It gets better! Steve then waited for me, by the door, to complete my purchase and walked me out to my car. He placed all the heavy, heavy material inside my vehicle. He made sure to balance the weight and wished me a good day. Thank you Steve. This was a very good visit and I am happy I came back. read more

I had visited the store a couple of weeks ago and bought a few boxes of a particular tile that I really liked. After liking it i started my project and finished the 2 sample boxes I had purchased. I went back to the to store and found out that was the last of it and it's discontinued. An employee by the name of Liv was working the comercial area. She asked if I needed help I explained the situation I told her I would drive anywhere "i need this tile". She got on the phones and found coincidentally the exact amount of tile I needed. She maid sure that they located the product and verify they had it . I drive to Oxnard and very happy customer. I will return for all my tile needs . I stopped by my local Floor and Decor yesterday. I was not making a big purchase, only tile grout and tile trim. I wanted someone to help me find what I needed and I also wanted to look at color samples for the grout. There was Monica! She was in the official red vest so I asked her if she could help me. Monica gave me the best customer service I've ever had! She is polite, friendly, kind, professional and efficient. She showed me where everything was in the store and stayed with me while I made my decisions, giving me advice on what would be the best choice. Everyone from Rebecca and Jocelyn in design services to the young man that delivered our tile, has given us exceptional customer service. Truth be told, we were initially overwhelmed with our big home remodel project; however the Floor & Decor staff at the Moreno Valley store quickly made us feel at ease, and we were confidently able to move forward. We consider F&D more as a partner. Oh - and the warehouse is amazing. F&D has a huge variety of products, just the most beautiful tile and flooring. I have been waiting so long it seems for this store to open. Don't get me wrong the Norco store is nice but to have you one closer to town is even better. I walked in 7 o'clock on the dot opening day and I must say I was like a kid in a candy store. The set up is the same as other Floor and Decor's which made going to go look for supplies very easy. All the associates were all smiles and had good customer service. Currently they have good stock on everything (they did just open) One of my favorite things about Floor and Decor is the warehouse like feel and openness. They provide a wide range of materials to fit all of your home improvement needs. I appreciate the displays that they build to give you ideas on different looks. Also all of the mini displays so you know exactly how your wood or tile would look. Definitely go by and support the new Moreno Valley store we're glad it's here read more

Today we were in the Norco store and the tile we wanted was not in stock. A polite male worker began helping us, but we had to call the Moreno Valley store as they had it in stock. The polite male worker went on his lunch break and another female worker jumped in to help us since we were still on hold with Moreno Valley. Now 30 minutes later while being on hold, a male named Kyle finally answers. No hello, no how can I help you, but a rude "who is this". The female worker was polite and said this is the Norco store, we have been waiting and we need a visual on this item. We can hear as it is on speaker phone. Kyle, then proceeds to be even ruder and becomes very unprofessional demanding to know who the worker is and her name. As the customers waiting, now for more than 30 minutes, we stepped in and said look we just want to buy tile and want to know if your store has it. I am not sure where his attitude was coming from. Kyle then says he needs to speak to a manager at the Norco store. This all seemed very rude and strange and was quite frustrating as a customer waiting! Then when the female employee agrees to get the manager, Kyle forgets to mute his side of the phone and proceeds to create more drama and speaks with no class or with any language that a customer should hear. It was such poor service from this team member in Moreno Valley. We then try to call back on our own as apparently the drama is unfolding with Kyle and the manager he was demanding. Why, we still don't know. And we get hung up on at least 3 times. It was completely shocking to us and if we didn't really like this flooring and need it in a time crunch, Kyle and his unprofessional and unprovoked attitude would have definitely turned away our order. If you are Kyle's manager or if the corporate office reads this (we will be sending them an email and letter as well) I hope he gets written up and spoken to about this. It was such a turn off for your place of business. Very unprofessional and not a good look for your name! Let me also state this review is for one very unprofessional and rude staff member and not a reflection of the store. Once we got to talk to someone else, our tile was found and placed on hold, the women in the front helped us and were so welcoming and professional. Juan, a staff member, also helped us load the tile in our car. We have no complaints at all from our store experience. Comes to find out Kyle used to work for the Norco store and apparently has some kind of problem with them. So instead of being professional and helping a guest, he decided to keep a store employee on hold for 30 plus minutes, hang up on customers, and create a very unnecessary dramatic filled experience. Truly an experience I could not believe we were hearing or being apart of as customers. Childish. This employee should be let go. We have an update that Jesse, the store manager, did reach out to us directly to apologize for this experience. We genuinely appreciated his time and words. Again, this review is not of the entire store, just one bad staff member that hopefully works on his customer service skills. read more

Worst store ever. My boyfriend and I walked in ready to purchase 1500 sqft of wood floor yet they didn't have anything we wanted in stock. We were super easy to work with, we kept choosing different flooring after next and nothing was in stock or they didn't have enough . For us, this place should be called "Tile Store". There is far more tile than anything else. Drove all the way up from Temecula to check out vinyl plank flooring and the selection is very minimal. LOTS of tile but not much vinyl if that is what you are looking for. read more

I had a very bad experience with Liz, who said she was a Manager. Prior to coming to the store on Thursday 5-25 around 12:30pm, I called and spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful. I needed to know what flooring I used appropriately 5 years ago in my rental. He pulled it up, gave me the name told me it was replaced with a larger size. I asked him if he could hold a couple of boxes and he said yes. I came in the store, gave Liz the information and she tells me that she's unable to pull it up and the system is not able to go back 5 years. of course I insisted that the information had to be in the system because it was previously pulled up. I told her again that the person I spoke to put 2 boxes on hold, she said we don't hold after 24 hours. She asked did you pay, I said no, he did not say I needed to, but she never bothered to check. She then ask me who did I speak to, and I told her I did not remember his name, so again she insisted that the computer does not store information that far back, I asked, do you have different systems and why could someone else pull it. Another associate heard the discussion and after seeing a picture on my phone offered to see if see could find the floor. After going around and around with Liz, I asked for a manager and she said I am a manager, and she did not want to call anyone; at that point I insisted. When she called it was very condescending, like I've already told her it's not in the system. A gentleman came, ask for my phone # and in less than 10 seconds pulled up the information back 5 years. Liz did not offer an apology for making me feel that there was no validity to what I was telling her, and making me think that I was totally crazy because their system absolutely does not go back that far. Remember she told me they do hold, well, when we went to get the floor, the first thing at the beginning of the isle as big as day was a paper with my name holding 2 boxes. If Liz is a manager, she should be trained on how to use the computer to pull up information and should have a better attitude in her willingness to assist customers. She made me feel like I was bothering her! read more

I went to floor and decor in Norco. Their service was amazing but they didn't have the rest of the marble tiles that I was purchasing so they said that I can pick them up in Moreno Valley. I was able to pay for them there and just take my receipt to the pick up in Moreno Valley and grab my stuff and I should have been good to go. Instead they told me I had to wait 35 minutes for my order or they were just standing around. I asked him if it was OK for me to grab them myself and they said that works. I went to the aisle where my tiles were supposedly at and of course there's only one box there. So now I have to walk all the way back to the counter and let them know, apparently the towels had already been pulled and we're sitting right there. They could not of cared less but wasting my time and having the pick up process be a nightmare. I definitely will never come back to the store. read more

Was in the Moreno valley store today to purchase backsplash tile. Sat at the customer service desk for 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. The man at the front completely ignored me. The store was practically empty. Finally a very pleasant young lady came over to ask if I had been help. I told her no and asked would she help. She did. I order 3 boxes of travertine tile. ( transaction #1022.....71840). When I asked for assistance in paying for the items because I'm a disabled vet with limited walking abilities, that same man looked at me with a frown. My wife and I are first time Floor & Decor customers and we had an amazing experience. We are first time home buyers and we wanted to make some changes to our new home with one of them being flooring. My sister recommended us to come check out floor and decor. They have a huge selection of flooring. We finally made our choice after three consecutive days of going there to narrow our choices. We decided to buy porcelain tile for the first floor and laminate for our upstairs level. we came the following day to Pick up our tile around 5:30 pm we were told that warehouse closes at 6pm. When we arrived we were greeted by Abby and she mentioned there was a mistake with my purchase order and went to the cashier to resolve the issue. By that time it was past 6 pm and warehouse was closed. Abby was kind enough to let us load our porcelain. We were greeted by Francisco and Gabriel and they both went above and beyond to help us. They were extremely kind and veg upbeat my wife was extremely pleased with the level of customer service. One of our tile boxes was broken and Abby let me know that they would replace it and she showed me where she mentioned it in her notes so next time we pick the rest of our tile there won't be any issues. Gotta say, I am very disappointed. This place use to be great, prices were low and great value. I use to tell people to come here but not anymore. I just went today to buy more stuff for the house now and prices have gone up by at least a dollar more if not worse. Plus my most desired tiles for my bathroom that I really really wanted, aren't what is advertise. Attached photo you will see: the blue colors within the marble which is shown as there floor example. But when I searched through the boxes, you don't find any single blue ones, NONE PERIOD. And let me just say, I looked through lots of boxes, and three different weekends. (Separated, not back to back) to confirm it wasn't a bad batch. I understand it may not be floor and decors fault; however, you should advertise tiles that do t actually match what you are getting. That is False advertising if you ask me. I'm so glad I actually looked in them before buying, because this would have been a waste and it would work/match my bathroom at all. I am very disappointed. And worse I drove a long distance just to get them at this store, talk about a waste of gas and miles on my car too... not to mention my valuable time that I can't get back... sorry! read more

Moreno Valley store has the absolute worse customer service we waited almost 40 min to get help when one of the managers named Esteban finally helped. We waited a week and a half for time to be delivered while calling daily to check on status after several calls I was finally told that tile was not all same lot because manager screwed up so there could be differences in color. The manager Esteban said he called nearby stores and no one had the tile I had purchased so I would have to wait again. So now an additional two weeks I call Norco store they answer the phone in a good amount of time unlike Moreno Valley store and guess what they have it the managers at Moreno Valley are just incapable of managing, that store should be closed. read more

I had to return excess tile that I had purchased and it was over 2,000 lbs. of tile. When I got to the store I asked for help unloading it and Errol and Peter were quick to help. They unloaded it all for me, I wouldn't have physically been able to do it without them. Their customer service is suburb and they're a valuable asset to Floor & Decor. read more

If I could give this a zero I would. Placed and order for flooring and was told 10 business days. On DAY 10 I called the store In Moreno Valley, Ca store 222 to inquire about my order #SB02205599902048 only to be told that that my order was CANCELLED!!!!! After being on hold for over 30 minutes my wife called and got ahold of someone and demanded a manager be put on the phone to talk to me. A man by the name of Jesus stated he was the manager. Not only did they have some other phone number, the manager proceeded to tell me I lived in UTAH. I am a contractor and I need this flooring for a job. I have waited two weeks for this flooring with ZERO communication from anyone. This is the WORST customer service I have encountered and simply unacceptable. I live in Southern California about 20 minutes from the store where I ordered this from. I was told that I need to come back in to the store to reorder. The "manager" also did not want to give me cooperates number. How do you even operate by cancelling orders without notification? If I order from you again, I now have to wait another two weeks. I demand a call back from corporate. Not having record of my order, then being told I live in another state, being told it was cancelled, to being on hold for 30 minutes is NOT customer service. The fact that my wife had to call on another line to get someone to even get on the phone with me is terrible. Your store manager at store 222 would not even give me his last name. I demand a call back from corporate as I would like to file a complaint. I have already placed a call and review on cooperates website. read more
