They messed up my $4000 order at another location so I had to drive 45 minutes to this location. I left immediately and called on the way because i was going to arrive 3 minutes past closing. (Which wouldn't have happened of they got my order right). On the phone at first they told me it didnt happen because the warehouse was closed... like I was crazy. After talking to a manager she said they did in fact have the product pulled but they would not wait 3 minutes for us, even though everything was already paid for. All they had to do was just hand it over. Not much to ask from floor & decor even though they made the mistake in the first place. The original problem was we called in advance to make sure they had all the product ready when we got there the first store didnt have it. I would leave a bad comment for the other store but this store was completely rude to me too. Not our fault. The least you could have done was wait a measly 3 minutes. read more

We enjoy shopping at your Norco,Ca. store. Most all of your employees are nice and professional. Today we picked up the balance of our order at the back of the store. My wife had the least pleasant experience with Roxanne. This person was just plain rude. She said " you already have picked up your complete order"!! We paid for 20 boxes of tile and that is what we expected. We were helped by two other gentleman and were very pleasant. When my wife went back in to get our final receipt. I was surprised after looking on the internet, when going into this store a lot of the tile that is cheaper just really looks cheap too. I had a list of tiles I wanted to find & quite a few of those tiles were not in the store, I also found very few under $2. They have a better selection than some stores, but I really didn't find what I was looking for and you must have your own installer set up they said there was a list somewhere of contractors but I couldn't find it. Sooo, I went back to Home Depot and picked out a pretty nice tile for 1.29 a sf I liked better. I will say that the associates seemed nice. read more

Where do I start? I've never been SO disappointed with anybody's customer service. ESPECIALLY roxanne. Incredibly rude service and absolutely no manners or knowledge on customer service. I went there yesterday and chose out a marble counter top and I was told to come back today to pick it up. I had taken a picture of everything to make sure I was going to revive my marble countertop. When I got there I was extremely disrespected by a rude woman called Roxanne. She has absolutely no manners at all. We arrived there and she gave us nothing but a hard time, and we ended up leaving without the countertop. I wasted my time, my money to rent a truck and I was disrespected. Never will I ever step foot again in such a low mannered store again. I 110% do not ever recommend going to this store again. I called (404)471-1634 to also complain about Roxanne and her terrible customer service. If I could give this zero stars I would, but one will have to suffice. I was told YESTERDAY they had my counter waiting. They told me yesterday, that they had 5 in stock and when I arrive there, all of a sudden they've never had these counters?? No sense at all, and an extreme disappointment. I had to take 2 hours off early from work, rent a truck, hire someone to help me just for floor and decor to tell me they've never had in stock something they had in stock yesterday. I love this place. The staff are amazing. They really go out of the way to help. Nikia, James and Gary are very knowledgable. I initially was going to do wood but I decided to go for the wood tiles instead. They were able to keep me within my budget and was able to lower the preparation material cost from almost 4000 down to just 1400. They didn't oversell me, they made sure I know what I'm buying and why I'm buying it for. I feel like I learned so much and I'm so excited to start this project and see the outcome. read more

Great selection, great price. Took home some great samples , and returned couple weeks later ready to buy. They sold out of our #1 choice and #2 choice. The employee said it happens a lot, and recommends if you like it buy it, they will hold it for 14 days. If you don't like It return it. I wish we had in hindsight. I was bummed and searched for an hour trying to find 1300 sq feet of something I liked to no avail. We had to go elsewhere. Service was great. Plenty of attentive and helpful people. Just an absolutely wonderful place. I wanted to purchase some tile for my patio, and was totally clueless. Although they were quite busy, a sales person was able to educate me and answer all of my questions. Although I love the wonderful selection and definitely love the prices, I'm giving this a one star review due to poor management. Not all, but some. It's such a friendly group of people that work there, however, I noticed the "higher ups" treat them unfairly. I have to agree with all the horrible reviews for this store. Their customer service is the worst. I had a project for which I bought tile, tools, waterproofing, etc. Over $800 in product. Mid project I made a design change that required 10 additional trim items. Checked the web site. It said there were 45 of these items in Norco. Drove there, 30 miles, and were told their inventory was wrong, but the Santa Ana store had 75. Placed an on-line order, and based on their statement, made my change. Contacted them regarding my order and what do you know.? Not only out of stock, but now discontinued! Contacted customer service and was told too bad, no remedy. You cannot depend on the staff at floor and decor store, you cannot trust their inventory on their web site, and you cannot trust their customer service. I see they never respond to negative reviews so they obviously never intend to get better so I will take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same! Update: I was recently contacted by F & D management and they couldn't get me any more of the tile I needed, but he did make it right. I appreciate it. read more

This place is huge. Came in to get wood plank tile. The tile quality is so much better than the box stores and the price is significantly less. Customer service was great although they sold me about 100sq ft extra. Good thing they have a 90 day return policy. I ended up getting 7x20 wood plank tile @ .99 a sq ft. Best price around read more

Wow! What an amazing experience. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and we're prompt. We went on a weekend, and it was really busy. However, unlike some of the bigger stores, this business actually planned staffing, and had enough service members to assist customers. Great experience this past Sunday. My husband and I came in to pick out and purchase tile for our bathroom remodel. My brother and sister-in-law came along for the adventure. And what an adventure it was! Thank goodness for Aaron who was able to work with these two lovable yet opinionated men as we not only picked out tile but purchased ALL of the items we needed to install the tile. Aaron's knowledge of the products in the store, his expertise in the field, and the great customer experience he provided kept us in the store instead of leaving to go to one of the home improvement stores to purchase the other items we needed. Sam was so helpful, very patient, not very pushy, and very knowledgeable of the product. This store has a wide variety of nicely priced product, but the reason to visit this store is their outstanding customer services. Their customer service is superb!!!! Sam was there for my every question (and I asked about a million) and never rushed me. Furthermore, I never felt as if I was intruding on her time (like these big chain stores can make you feel). We went to Floor & Decor and had a great experience. There was a large selection of floor tiles of all kinds. Eddie was very knowledgeable and helpful. After getting home and unloading the tiles, we found two boxes of tiles that were broken. Eddie replaced the two damaged boxes with no hassle. Great customer service. Cameron and Hugo assisted Eddie and were also very polite and courteous. Because of the people,selection and price, we will be back to select pavers for an outdoor project. I woke up early today to go get flooring with my aunt. I was tired and not much help. However, my aunt was on a mission to get it done. This store has a huge selection! Once we came to a decision and it was time to check out I thought it was going to be a crazy process! It wasn't, our more than helpful cashier Arette walked us thru the entire process. purchased a vinyl flooring for my bedroom which was the waterproof flooring and to my surprse became moldy after i had a plumbing issue. being that this store is a do it yourself store and i asked if i needed anything else before laying it? the clerks responded no because it was cork backing and easy to apply. this was very expensive tile and i purchased it because i thought it was good quality but unfortunately i was misinformed and i had to hire someone to remove and replace the flooring. contacted customer service and after 3months i received a call back and was denied the claim. My husband and I have purchased a couple of times from Floor & Decor, but tonight we got above and beyond service. The first couple of people we talked to seemed like they were ready to clock out and were hesitant to help us load 15 boxes of tile. One of them went and got a Tile Specialist named James who was extremely knowledgable, professional, friendly and helpful. He was more than happy to get a pallet jack out for us and help us load the heavy tile to our truck. He was very personable and gave us a couple of tips before making sure we had everything and sending us off. More likely to come back for other items now instead of competitors.
