Jeremiah was an amazing help. He spent so much time with us and truly listened to some of our concerns and complicated situation. We are replacing a shower floor and tile in a condo in Florida, but are here in Ohio. We were looking for something we could have our contractor pick up in Florida. I started my search online and then went to the store to see it in person. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They even loaded the items I needed in my car for me with caution and care. He didn't just throw the boxes in my car and that made me happy! They have a great selection of items however I think some items are a bit expensive for the quality like vanities & mirrors. However flooring and tile were priced accordingly based on quality. They do also offer delivery but it was really expensive. I think it was $300 and you had to be within a 60 mile radius. You're better off renting a truck or asking someone with a truck to help you if you're not that far. read more

Today we purchased some Luxury Vinyl Plank for installation in our Kitchen and Great Room. We were able to get very high quality materials at very good pricing. Well I got the flooring for a good price but they have a 3rd party delivery service it cost $318 dollars for them to deliver and I live maybe 2 miles away . He put the flooring in the middle of the driveway and I wanted it in the garage . I called back both place to see if he would come back with no success. I will not use that service again it's a big rip off . They did have a great selection of flooring it's just the delivery service that I'm not happy with them at all . read more

My wife is the "floor and decor" half of the pair, but I always visit stores with her to get her likes and dislikes. It wasn't on our list of "places to visit before the year ends" but since she received a mail flyer to visit for a $25 gift card, gas up the minivan! Actually, it was only about 3 miles down the street. Besides the pleasant greeting by the lady at entrance, the first thing I noticed in the showroom was the bathroom systems and although I'm not a fan of see-through showers I liked what I saw. It had a great walk-in shower with a comfortable place for you to sit while enjoying the spray of multiple shower heads. Now that I'm older, that could definitely come in handy. Outside of functionality, it had a really great design (photo posted). I do think that when/if we decide to purchase a new system, this is where we'll go because the prices were decent. We made our way around the entire store and saw some nice examples of tiling for flooring, fireplaces and outer walls, but what stuck out to me was the bathroom. The fact this company charges a minimum of 250.00 regardless if it's a bottle of glue or a box of tile is a rip off. The fact the employees know it's a shame an claim they can't work around this third party service is absolutely crazy what's crazier is floor n decor corporate should know better an should be getting rid of this high cost shipping option not use it to steer people away from using a shipping option am ultimately steering customers away from there business. Never ever again will I do business again based on the high price shipping inconvenience. My 80.00 project turned into 350 because of shipping. Get rid of your third party service! read more

Nothing but issues here. Orders canceled with vender due to availability and did not inform me of the issue within that month. I was called and told someone cancelled my whole order as opposed to the portion of material unavailable. I was told this on the week delivery to store was expected! Then worked out a discount with store management due to their negligence and job time wasted. Agreed on replacement material and price. I was annoyed but stuff happens, I considered this fixed. Worked that out, water under the bridge right? Wrong! I'm waiting for my order to come in for another month just to receive multiple calls of its arrival to store warehouse. I made a point to confirm the whole order was there before driving to store. I get there to find only 1 piece was in, not the rest of my order. They go to search my order and it's not in the system. I'm told I didn't resubmit payment on the corrected discounted quote. In the store on my original purchase date they ran my Floor and decor card directly in their system with no issues. Never swiped my card, just looked me up. Now a reorder is my responsibility to resubmit?? So they send me an email to complete this portion, to actually order this now 3 month delayed material. I assumed since I already explicitly accepted this offer that they would pick up the pace, place the order, and rush it's delivery. I go to place this order and low and behold the Floor and Decor website won't accept the floor and decor card without an expiration date and 3 digit security code from the card. Well guess what? This card has neither so I can not place the order. I sent an email again explaining this now 6 days later no response. I forwarded the email again to them as a reminder and called the store but no one answered. I left a BBB complaint today. read more

We have the best help from a lady named Corinna. She helped us on two separate occasions. I believe that you remember us and much of what we were trying to do, she also was helpful in reminding us of other items that we might need to go with the flow and you were choosing. She took her time and what does around the store make sure that we had everything we need. She was able to ring us up and get us help with loading our car. He simply walk to the cashier paid. We have made multiple trips to Floor and Decor to purchase vinyl flooring for our living room. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Specifically, Clevis who assisted us on multiple trips. He was very patient with our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our selection of wood. Highly recommend finding him for assistance (thank you Clevis!!). We've purchased from several other hardware stores but Floor & Decor has, by far, the best selection and most knowledgeable staff. Prices are comparable as well. read more

The prices and products at this store seem to be average, nothing great. Selection isnt bad, This place might be good for a DIY person. When it comes to install I would not use them. They use a contractor for installs, it would hard to find a flooring company that doesnt. The issue is that their contractor will not tell you what their per sq ft cost is for installation. It is a simple question that four other flooring companies I have shopped at can answer. The contractors that this company uses refuse to give that simple piece of info until after you waste time with scheduling a measurement. If a contractors cost per sq ft is out of line with everyone else I do not need to wast time waiting for an appointment only to find I will not pay a high price. If Floor and Decor tries to defend this practice do not buy it. Every flooring sales company can give you a simple per square foot price nail done hard wood flooring per square foot cost. Call around for yourself and see. A lack of transparency causes a lack of trust. read more

So far in the last 4 months we bought flooring for our front living room, giant laundry room, fireplace refacing and a complete gut job on a large master bathroom, shower tiles and floors. the designers were fantastic to work with and the pricing could not be beat. we drove over 2 hours one way to get there and it was worth it. This store still hasn't done right by me after their delivery service ran their forklift into a garage on my job site. Neglected to tell anyone, made promises to make it right, and never did and now ignore my attempts. It's been close to 5 months and I'm sure they don't care anymore, but I do.
