Had a completely MISERABLE experience with this store & their inept manager. They sent my $13,000 order of Hickory Hardwood flooring on a semi that could not get to our house, so the driver said he was unloading everything on the side of the road & we'd have to figure out how to get it to our house. I got on the phone immediately & called the store to get them to fix this, asked for the manager who refused to come to the phone. I left my name & number, explained what was going on & waited. And waited. And waited. So I called again & the same thing, the manager refused to come to the phone. So, I paid the driver to take the load to a storage place I had to pay for so our $13,000 wouldn't get dumped on the side of the road. Then I had to pay someone to load the flooring & take it to our house. Incredibly frustrating, incredibly poor customer service, incredibly inept manager. If you plan on buying anything from Floor & Decor, I highly recommend that you pass this horrible location up & spend your hard earned money at another store that will hopefully give a crap about you. read more

I was very impressed with the customer service today! Maggie was very helpful in helping us pick backsplash for a kitchen. We showed her the idea for the counter tops and she went right to it. We went with the very first one she picked. She was super friendly and definitely made sure all of our needs were met! This store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life. We could never get anybody to help us There was one employee in a corner pretending to be on a phone call for about 30 minutes We wandered through the store 3 times looking for help We had two sales people gesture vaguely 'over there' when asked where to find a type of product, one of whom took a tone with me when I asked her to be more specific. The young man at the Return desk was the only employee with any sense or courtesy but when he asked an employee to come over to help me, the man pretended not to hear and kept walking away. First of all I hardly EVER leave reviews... Second of all - and not to knock any other home improvement stores - but I've had a heck of a time in receiving guidance that made sense (and was within my skill set) to finish a project I'm working on. It was recommended that I buy very expensive power tools that, for the particular project I'm completing, seemed like a huge and unnecessary expense. Fortunately for me, I had the good luck to be helped by William Perry today! Not only did he ask me specific details about my project, he walked me around the store, helped me find all the tools and supplies I needed, AND showed me how to use them. This is the absolute worst store in America. I called ahead and ordered 17 additional cases of in stock tile. I spoke to the designer she said it would be ready when I got there an hour and a half later. It was not I did the automated service it took two hours to be pulled with random employees getting mouthy and bad customer service. I could've pulled the tile myself in 10 minutes and when I went to they said the order was already pulled. Still took an hour and 40 minutes more. I spoke to the manager, Craig as the designer on the telephone listened to the way I was being spoken to And Craig heard his own employees say she couldn't believe how I was being spoken to because she was spoken to the same way. Craig simply offered me an apology after $25,000 in tile there. I will never go back again. Don't waste your time with this absolutely horrible horrible horrible brand. read more

Love the merchandise I bought, I was extremely frustrated with the amount of time I had to wait to pick it up. I bought a bathroom vanity the day before and was told it would be pulled out and ready for me to pick up. We waited 2 hours just to get this. We also noticed other people pulling up to pick up their merchandises and left before us and every time we followed up to make sure no one forgot about us, we were told "We are bringing it out to your car just wait". What kind of customer service is that? It is very unfortunate that I love the merchandise in this store but because of my experience, I don't think I will ever be shopping there again. read more

I cannot stress enough how wonderful the design service is at the Roswell Floor & Decor. We worked with Susan Sheppard and she helped us design the master bath of our dreams! She has exquisite taste and steered us to the most beautiful tile that coordinated with our paint. She helped us design our tiled shower with mosaic floor and niche and matching bathroom tile floor. I truly believe that we could not have done his without her help. I love that we were able to bring home tile samples to see how it worked in our home and returns were easy. Our contractor wanted 15% over the square footage, leaving us with a lot of extra tile after the job was done. We were able to return the unused tile for a full refund. We will definitely return to the Roswell Floor & Decor for other projects. Great selection and prices and the FREE design service can't be beat. Ask for Susan! read more

This is literally the best Floor and Decor ever. Being a DIYer, I frequent this store a lot. The customer service is outstanding. The other month, I purchased 2 marble subway tiles as samples to see if it would look good as a kitchen backsplash. It looked great in my kitchen. I went back to get 50 more square feet (minus the 2 tiles). James helped me put all the boxes on a cart. When I got to the front to check out, the cashier advised me that the tile in the cart wasn't the same as the sample. WHEW! Glad that nightmare was averted. James helped me put it back and get the correct tile. I went back tonight to get 1200 square feet of laminate flooring for a rental property in Florida that I'm preparing to sell. Right when I walked in, Hasan was there helping me pick a cost-effective flooring and the proper underlayment. TBH, my intention was to get the cheapest of the cheap. I ended up spending a tad more but at least I know the flooring will hold up to the realtor showing traffic and serve the new owners well. Hasan even set it up so I could pick up the 50 boxes in Florida near the property. Hasan is the MAN!! read more

Grateful return customer I've spent close to $20,000 at the Floor and Decor in Roswell GA to rehab a home there. I was able to pick materials out long distance as this included a move from Chicago. I loved the variety and quality of their products and that I could do so much at one stop. But what has made me a loyal customer was the FANTASTIC service at the Roswell store. I had to purchase and return a number of different materials over the last six months. Because of COVID there were numerous issues with the supply chain. We were able to order product early and return easily. I want to give a special THANK YOU TO ANITA AT THE HOLCOMB BRIDGE STORE IN ROSWELL. She diligently and patiently went through looking for an order that the computer didn't seem to have. After tries with two other clerks and an hour and a half, she was able to refund over $1000 worth of materials that other than her angelic service we would have had to eat the cost. Managers and corporate, please know that it is employees like her that make your stores so successful! I went to the store and picked up my tile the same day. While in the store I needed help with the grout and had to hunt someone down. I finally got my tile order loaded and left. read more

I had purchased laminate on clearance, porcelain, tiles and tools. Pretty good choice and varieties for different budget. But what is special about this place - all the staff is very helpful and willing to help you to make right decision. The best selection of tile I've seen. Staff for the most part is great and willing to help. Only one guy said I could only ask him "one" question when I asked for his help. Returns are really easy and hassle free, they just look you up with your phone number, no receipt needed. Just ordered quartz counter tops, hopefully it's a smooth process and good experience. They are relatively new to the counter top direct to consumer business, two months in. Their claimed lead times are way better than other big box stores and prices slightly better too. read more

My experience with Floor and Decor Roswell Road, was a nightmare. Saturday I specifically called and spoke with a wood and laminated floor representative asking about product availability I was informed that only 8 boxes remained in the store, the customer service person instructed me to go ahead a place the order while I was speaking with him because he showed no other product was available in the State. I placed the order he informed me to give it a few hours and I should received an email stating that product had been pulled and ready for pick up. Around 1:30 or 2 I called back to wood flooring because I had not heard anything. Alicia said it's not pull yet, but give me a time and I will flag the order as what time you should be arriving, she said okay great. I gave her 4pm, but because of rain and traffic got their around 5 and was informed that no product was available. I told them there must be a mistake because I spoke with not 1 but 2 store personnel. No ma'am we no longer have this wood you need to go inside and speak with someone. Not happy at all. Go to the door ask Will (excellent personality and great helper) who was the manager he pointed me into the direction of supervisor Aderia(name may not be spelled correctly sorry) she looked around, called in back and then said no we don't have any. I informed her that I paid for it when the store open her sales person showed 8 cases available and I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes for product I paid for and nothing. Unacceptable, she gave me back to Will (again I'm not happy) I should have to given to the manger not an employee who was doing everything in his power to help me. We went to the back Will called several stores and found 5 not the 8 I need cases in Cincinnati, OH. I informed them not only did I have contractors at my house waiting to lay the remaining product I now and paying them for time they spent waiting on me. I was told that they would order the wood from their and then call me when it comes in. I'm not happy. Ask for corporate information needless to say I had to find it on my own. Now once Will told the supervisor I was extremely unhappy she return to help me, I thanked her and patiently waiting to be told my product would be re-ordered in Ohio and sent to the store they would call me, hmmm. So at the end of the day no floor and waste of drive and paying contractors for time they waited for me. What would you do or have done? read more

Really want to commend Alisa, the store manager of the Roswell, Georgia floor and decor for going above and beyond to complete my flooring and tile order. I originally ordered my tile from the Birmingham store, but ended up in the Roswell store with a stop in the Atlanta I85 store along the way. The circuitous route was due to tracking down the particular style and amounts of tile I needed to complete my project. The Birmingham store originally arranged for me to pick up the tile in Atlanta but the Atlanta store was out of stock. The Atlanta store then sent me to Roswell where I found the quantities I needed and Alisa sorted out the paperwork and payment details. I have been a floor and decor customer for many years and they have excellent customer service with a "can do" attitude. read more

We are doing a remodel on two bathrooms and spent a lot of time searching for and picking out tile and bathroom fixtures. On each trip even though we were able to find product that we found fit our specs, service on the floor, on the floor and at checkout was a little lacking. However, last week when we went in to order our tile for our contractor to pickup, we had the pleasure to meet Abby. Abby walked with us to find the tiles we had decided on, ensured the necessary inventory was in-stock, entered our order in her handheld device and just made the process quick, easy and pleasant! This store has some employees that are very friendly and some that really hate their life. The store is obviously huge and if you need a specific product you may need to acquire assistance. Unfortunately, I ran into an grumpy geezer who provided such a rude/trump like customer service. He literally looks like a homeless man thank god I could recognize him because of his orange vest on. If you guys happen to shop here please try avoid this grumpy old Rob Ryan looking like geezer. If you need a wide range of flooring and tile products immediately, this is your place. Great in-stock selection, especially tile. The staff at the Roswell location is super-helpful. It can get very busy and they can't perform miracles but they work very hard to get what you need and load you up. Go early if you want to beat the crowds. After going to a few other F&D locations around Atlanta, I appreciate their folks even more. Shout outs to Hunter, Roni and Cassandra. The staff wears masks, thank you!! One day he spent 20 minutes on the phone finding tiles that I needed from another store. On another occasion he provided much needed knowledge and assistance. Great employee, great customer service. Absolutely horrible experience waiting 50 minutes and counting for them to bring out my curbside pickup order. There are 5 others behind me also in the same boat. So far, they've only brought out 2 curbside orders. Floor & Decor, please cut the wait time on curbside pickup to under 15 minutes this is not acceptable. read more

I usually do not review...but this was such a miserable experience that I fell compelled to do it. Now, nothing is perfect, but the store has to be customers oriented and care for its customers. I purchased 91 boxes of 'Solid Hardwood floor' worth $5,000. My contractors went to pick them up and realized that few of them were damaged and immediately notified the store. They knew about it, yet no one thought opportune to address it beforehand or to notify us. After pick up, the contractors also noticed during installation that the 'hardwood floor' was breaking when applying little pressure with a rubber hammer to glue it. I called and spoke with the wood manager who requested that I bring a sample back to verify because normally hardwood floor should not do that. Because I was paying the contractors, I left work at noon to go address these issues with the store. This was a big inconvenience for me as I work on project with deadlines. However, not sure because I am a lady, this manager had very little consideration for me and tried to dismiss me as if it was my fault. I felt cheated and mishandled. With that, I have incurred additional costs due to the delay caused by this. I have to pay the contractors an extra day. Additional (transportation) costs were due to multiple back and forth we had to make to bring back all the 'hardwood floor' and exchange them with another flooring. He did not even offer to assist me to find a replacement flooring. I almost left the store frustrated. Fortunately, I met one of the sales man in the name of Will Paaseywe. He was an angel. He assisted me find a replacement and was very patient with me. But this wood manager refused to grant me any discount to account for all the inconvenience and the additional costs I incurred due to their defective products. He attempted to give me a discount that was already on the floor. Prior to that I had sent him couple of emails, which till now he has not responded to. I thought I was making a great deal and had intentions to recommend to all my friends, but after this experience, I do not think so. Issues may arise certainly for any stores, but the way you treat your customers when the issues arise is what makes a difference for me. Here, this manager failed me. read more
