You just have to take the time to browse. Prices were reasonable as well. They have an Instagram page that you can follow if you wish. I ended up finding a 60's Cedar Waxwing cup, which I promptly set my heart on; it is now safely sitting on my collectibles shelf. Yesterday, my wife and I were in the area looking for some local goodies as Christmas presents and made our way into Hip & Humble. The outside is very inviting-I love the color of the house-turned-retail building. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Mabe, the beautiful resident dog. She happily sniffed us, let us pet her and then she went back to her duties of wandering the store. Any place that has a dog is A-OK in my book! Each item in the shop appears to have been carefully curated to be here. Nothing seems out of place or odd. I love every item and how cohesive everything feels. Up front, you'll find an assortment of knick-knacks, home goods, soaps & lotions, etc. Toward the back is a room full of unique women's clothing and accessories. Out of the blue, hubby decided we needed to upgrade to a King sized bed at our mountain condo…read more Neither of us wanted to spend a fortune, so we checked out The Warehouse, a nondescript little furniture store. It's tucked away across from the Home Depot in a plain looking building. This isn't a fancy showroom, it's a literal warehouse. But you can find some great bargains inside. We dealt with one of the owners who was personally working that day. He's able to make deals, so don't automatically assume you must pay the full price on the sticker! We found the perfect cherry wood sleigh bed and mattress within minutes. He even knocked off several hundred dollars off the price of both items as well as delivery. (Yes, they deliver to Park City and areas beyond Salt Lake City). Again, this is not super high quality stuff, but it looks good enough and feels sturdy enough. Our bed, for instance, has an unfinished back (doesn't matter since it is against the bedroom wall, but it would be a lot nicer if it was also nice looking wood). I did find the mattresses to be extremely high quality and a very good value. This would be a solid 5 star experience if not for the delivery. Our delivery guy brought everything on time (early, actually), but I was a little annoyed that he didn't help set anything up. It wasn't specified, but usually when furniture is delivered it's also set up for you. He did remove and haul away our old mattress, which we had to pay extra for at the time of purchase. I know this is a bargain outlet, so I probably shouldn't have expected full set up and maybe I could've paid extra for the service. I should've asked. You can see how irritating it was when all the guy did was shove the mattress and boxes into our room (see photos). That meant we had a full day of assembling a bed and it was NOT fun. Otherwise, this is a great place if you're looking for decent looking furniture cheap.

I asked if they were twins, and we all had a good giggle as they explained no, they just sort of merged into the same person after spending so much time working together. Isn't it funny how that sometimes happens? They were both friendly and helpful, explaining how to dispense the bulk products, and happily answering questions. A small thing that is such a helpful idea, is that they accept donated reusable containers, so if you forget your own, or, like me, happen upon the shop without having previously planned on stopping by, you are free to use any of these bottles! The bulk goods consist of body, beauty, and home products. Featured brands are recognizably good ones: EO, Biokleen, Mountain Rose Herbs, and Meow Meow Tweet (you can even grab a bit of their well-reviewed natural deodorant!). In addition to the bulk offerings, they sell regular size natural makeup and beauty products, lots again from Meow Meow Tweet, Fat and the Moon, and others. They even have reusable period pads and cups. SLC, you're getting so progressive! In addition, there were creative planters and ceramic containers, gorgeously fragranced candles, a variety of incense, clever greeting cards, notebooks and other stationary, pretty reusable totes and bags, and jewelry. Most (maybe all?) are hand crafted, some locally. There was even a small rack of vintage clothing! Prices are reasonable; though do not expect overly cheap bulk prices. I also heard that they do offer food composting for 60 cents a gallon out back which was a godsend since my new 'hood doesn't do composting (and it's too early in the season to use for planting). The shop is super cute, clean and organized. Parking is very easy out front (no payment required). The vibrant woman working there was ultra helpful and friendly (she even remembered to text me when one of the products I asked about came in). She showed us around and let us know how things worked. I ended buying a lot more than I planned (including their kombucha! cinnamon apple -- yum!), and I am happy with all of their products so far. The rose deodorant is amazing. I have yet to try the epsom salts, but am excited to. The shop overall is a little bit expensive, but I'd much rather pay more to live responsibly. Composting price is a steal though -- definitely my go-to now.
