Six months after I received Tile for a new construction house the contractor finally got around to doing the Tiling. At that time I discovered that I didn't order enough Tile and went back to Bedrosian's to get more. The same Dye Lot was not available at the local store. Memo searched all of the Bedrosian locations and found the same Dye Lot at their Las Vegas location. The tile arrived 4 days later! Almost every day during the entire process Memo kept me updated with the shipment's progress. Memo is absolutely the best in the business! He treated me like I was ordering Tile for 1,000 houses. Two stars, I'd give five for the sales department. Specifically, the gentleman in the sales department. With that said, the will call or customer service department is awful. Sent my contractors here to pick up my tile and on two occasions they were told it wasn't here, one time after having them wait they told them an hour later that it wasn't in yet. Not only that they were rude and unprofessional. So my contractors had me pick up another batch of tile yesterday and without going into too much detail, one of the ladies in customer service was very rude, to the point that I walked out completely shocked that she has a job dealing with the public still. I did call and mention this to the department head, however I didn't have a lot of faith that they even cared. read more

TWO ORDERS arrived heavily damaged and missing pieces. I called customer service/messaged on August 3rd. It is now August 30th and we still have not received tiles for our renovation. I had to file a credit card dispute because i would have missed the 2 month deadline, so I was left with no choice. Will attach photos of damaged items. Also attached the missing items and broken items in the order and I want a refund for at least $850 for the damaged/missing items and needing to pay my contractor extra to go buy materials and prolong our renovation project. THIS LOCATION SCAMMED ME OUT OF $800 - AND WHEN I CAUGHT THEM IN A LIE, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND OR EVEN RESPOND. This location sold me $800 of a left-facing shape of tile, that needs a right-facing shape of tile to complete the pattern and have the pieces fit together. They informed me they were all out of the right side, but a quick search online revealed that there were two other companies that sold the right side. They happily allowed me to place the order for the left through their store, which had it on clearance, and the right side from one of the other two companies that didn't have a sale going on. A few days later, I received an email from that other company saying that they were actually out of the right side and had to refund me. I then ordered from the second store that had it in stock, and the same thing happened. I quickly reached out to this location of Bedrosians to cancel my order. A member of their team responded saying she was very sorry the other company had to cancel, but that it wasn't their fault. They shipped the tile already; I understood. So I reached out to both other companies, saying that because they list products they don't have, I ended up spending $800 on left tiles that I can't use. I asked them if they could help me at all. But I was very surprised when both of them called back to explain how they work; when they receive an order, they simply forward it to Bedrosians to fulfill. Which means that Bedrosians knew all along that if they were out of stock, then everyone was out of stock. Yet they allowed me to place the order anyway. I do not believe this was simply a miscommunication. If it was, when I reached back out, I think they would have been very apologetic and helped accommodate a return on the tile they sold me. Instead, not only did they refuse to refund me, they actually went as far as refusing to respond to me. So, I can only conclude that I've caught them in a lie. They realized they ran out of the right side, but wanted to make sure they had the opportunity to dump the thousands of dollars worth of their excess left tiles on their customers first. Worse, they placed their tile on clearance, so that it could never be returned. Be very wary of this highly dishonest location! read more

Beautiful displays here. This location has a decent selection but not the largest. It is great for someone looking to get material right away as they have most of it in stock. (I visited many of the other locations near by that has a larger selection but I had to order it.) I'd have to say the pricey are not low though, but you also get what you pay for sometimes. read more

A kind and helpful lady named Jannette took my phone call and was able to check if tile samples were in stock before I drove an hour an half away to pick up. When I arrived, Jannette also was very accommodating in assisting me when I added more tile to my sample order. Plus this company has their distribution center on site which is super convenient. I've gotten a bunch of stuff here over the past few weeks and had a very positive experience. For such a large shop they are pretty organized and even employ a number system when they get really busy. Staff are pretty patient and answer any questions you might have. I also REALLY appreciate that everything I needed (carerra tiles, black glass tile) was kept in stock. I also appreciated that they loaded up my car. My bedrosians experience was a mixed bag of highs and lows: GREAT service, poor staffing to needs I came in late a week or so ago, and knew exactly what I wanted since I had browsed a week before. there was only one sales member left that night (his name was Rodger), and a line of needy people quickly grew behind me on the wait list. The indecisive family he was with first took about an hour of our time, and it grew near to closing time. Everyone was tense and impatient, but Rodger was super cool and calming. He addressed everyone, and when it was my turn, he seamlessly shifted gears to address my needs and assisted with insightful additional questions. He even pushed the guys in back to stay a little later and help me load my truck. If it were not for his good service I would have never returned as I don't appreciate staring at the floor for an hour. However, I will return if Rodger is available. read more

I don't know how this place stays open because it has the poor customer service and management. My husband has a show room in San Diego, he placed an order a week ago so the tiles will be deliver on the desire scheduled day for our customer. However, the sale rep forgot to put in the order that we placed 1 week ago so we needed to having to drive up to to OC to pick up the tiles. My husband called to place an order in advance but when he got here I took them 90 mins just to bring out 12 boxes of tiles. There're a bunch of workers in there walking around and laughing while there're a whole bunch of people waiting to pick up their orders. Happy to see it open on a Sunday... I visited at 4:15 pm and walked into a big showroom with a nice selection of tiles. Lots of model showers and bathrooms, there were multiple people behind the counters. Unfortunately, I walked around the showroom for about a half hour and was hoping to get talk to someone about renovating the bathrooms in my condo down the street. No one came up to me, there was one guy that seemed more preoccupied with making sure half the lights were closed and that they got out on time at 5 pm. Perhaps, it was because I was alone or male or casually dressed. I don't know, I'm an ER doctor and pretty sure i can afford a renovation. They lost my business today. read more

I ordered 18 tile samples from Bedrosians online after seeing the company featured on Bobby Berk's website, and intended to then order my favorite tiles for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. When I received the order, 15 out of the 18 samples were clearly incorrect as shown by their labels. Only 3 appeared to be correct, but I can't even confirm that because they were not labeled. When I called the company, I was on hold for 40 minutes and finally hung up. I left a voicemail and no one called back (I waited a week). I asked for help through their online feedback form, and received a rude email saying they sent the correct tiles (when they had not asked for details or reviewed photos of what I received). They did not respond when I emailed them back photos of the incorrect samples I received. Finally today I talked to someone nice on the phone who promised to resolve the situation (Bryan), but then I received another rude email from a different person at this office location saying they would refund me for the tiles that I said I didn't receive, but not the shipping for those incorrect tiles. When I called again, they were rude and weirdly said it was "their word against mine" even though I gave them the photos attached here. Ultimately they agreed to refund the incorrect tiles + shipping, but no acknowledgement of their mistake, and no apologies. Very weird experience overall. I would avoid this company. ***Immediately after submitting this review, the manager Jannette called me and acknowledged the issue. I was here today and yesterday. I had problem with slippery floor at my restaurant. and I was refered here that, they should have chemical I need. I called in and they had it, first they gave me bottle as sample to try out first. So I don't waste money. Tried yesterday, and picked up 3 gallons today. ($170). Love Love the great selection of tile here and the new showroom!! This is the second time we buy our flooring from Bedrosians. Came here again on a Sunday, was greeted at the door by staff and Lonnie helped us. The store manager Cindy kept a close eye and made sure we were taken care of. As we looked around, Lonnie found other tile that was on sale that we may like.. We did ended up going with tile that was on sale and saved a lot of money compared to other places. I used to go off of negative reviews, but I now know that most of the negative remarks just happen to come from difficult shoppers/people. Horrible customer service! I placed an order of over 1000 sq feet of tile - there ended up being 3 pallets. When I went to take the tile off of the pallets I noticed there were 3 boxes of tile broken. I immediately took a picture of the boxes with the broken tile - it was very obvious from the pictures that the tile was broken. I contacted customer service and Amanda sent an email stating she needed pictures of the broken tile. I sent the pictures over - the tile was still in the box, but again very obvious that it was broken. Keep in mind that I am in the middle of moving and the tile and household items are all in the garage. Amanda emailed back and said that she needed pictures of EVERY single piece of tile broken. WHAT? That is not what their site states at all. It asks for pictures, which I sent. I literally do not have the room to open up 3 boxes of tile and spread it all to take pictures. Plus, by doing that it becomes a safety issue as broken tile is extremely sharp. I emailed her closer pictures of the boxes with an explanation that this was obviously done during shipping, and that being that both my wife and I work full time and are remodeling the house I couldn't get pictures of every single broken tile. She informed me that the claim would not be filed then. So essentially I have to suck it up - 3 boxes of tile isn't much, but it will be needed to finish the floor. This company makes it seem like we broke the title - as the first thing she stated was that "every package is inspected". Ok, so what? Again, just horrible customer service. Go with someone else. I have included their policies below - note that it asks for pictures (which we provided) - no where does it ask for pictures of each individual broken title. This information is also stated on our website. "Exchanges We do not offer merchandise exchanges at this time. You may return product within 30 days of purchase and place a new order. Damaged/Defective/Short/Incorrect Product If any merchandise is received damaged, defective, short, or if the wrong product(s) is received, please contact Customer Service immediately, but no later than 5 days after receipt of order and before merchandise is installed or altered in any way. HORRIBLE SERVICE. As soon as they've processed your check or credit card, they're done helping you. I bought $2300+ in tile and later learned I needed a mere 20 square feet more - another $125 or so. Called to order (I live 45 minutes away). I left 4 messages over a 7-10 day period, none of which were ever returned. Three of those were to the person who originally helped me when I was in the show room: Laura. I had thought she was nice then, but learned that there is no courtesy shown to someone who has already purchased. The final time I called and talked to the receptionist, I was curtly told they don't accept phone orders. Period. She would, however take a fax order if I included a picture of my driver's license. I think not. I am not going to fax my personal information to a large company whose regard for the privacy of my information is presumably as crappy as their courtesy in returning phone calls. Plus, I don't have a fax. I thought I'd thwart their stupid policy by ordering online, but it turns our they don't do business over the internet, either. My contractor ended up going to Anaheim for me. It was nice of him. There are LOTS of other tile stores on State College in Anaheim - don't buy from Bedrosians if service matters to you. read more

The service is terrible. I don't know how they stay in business - it seems like a good selection but there's no way to know for sure because the service is so terrible you can't actually look at the inventory. I was attempting to get some information so I could get various tile/stone for a remodel. I spoke to Laura on the phone and she seemed super helpful and polite so I decided to drive 30 mins out of my way to pick out a slab for the shower bench. I waited for 30 mins before anyone helped me and it wasn't Laura. I explained what I was looking for all over again and then asked if I could be shown the marble slabs. I was taken outside and left in the hot sun - I knew within 5 seconds that one of the slabs was great but I was still just left in the heat to "wait for Laura". After waiting for a bit, I decided to go try to find her. When I did, she refused to give me any information, saying that my contractor had to call her directly. It that's the policy, why encourage me to drive there to talk with her more? My $6K tile order is going elsewhere!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!! read more

My subcontractor told me that I must pay a visit to the tile row in Anaheim in order to get the best deals on tiles. Bedrosians ended up being my first top and I have to say they have a beautiful and clean showroom with a large amount of tile options. but the good stuff stops there. Customer service is seriously lacking. I wandered around the store for like 15 minutes and no one came to help. Long wait time on tile loading....at least a good 20 minutes wait. lastly, the pricing on the tiles are super high, which is contrary to what I was informed. They did have a big outlet section but the pricing there was about the same as you would get at HD or Lowe's. Overall, I came away totally disappointed at tile row. It is definitely not for budget-minded shoppers like me. read more

The good news is that the store is layed out nicely with beautiful displays to see lots of different options for tiling. The bad news is that they have no customer service. We were quoted a "sale" price from an associate who stated that the price was good as long as we purchased the tile on Saturday or Sunday. We opted to buy the tile and the price that rang up was the non sale price. The sales associate who was now helping us asked the sales person if she quoted us the sale price and she said no. Luckily the associate believed us and honored this price. When we went to pick up the tile we asked if we could select the boxes that we wanted and they said that we would get the boxes that they gave us. I was not asking too much and they finally agreed to let us pick the box after they told us that this was not there policy and in the future we could not pick them out. They don't have to worry since I will make no future purchases from them. The tile they sell can be purchased from any of the other tile stores around them. The other stores were selling the same tile at the price we bought it at and their's was not on sale. Bottom line was that their showroom was nice, but their customer service was bad.. read more

I was greeted by everyone as soon as I walked in the door. I was helped right away by a very nice young lady who put in my order for tile for our bathroom. She was very helpful and informative and made sure I was getting the right product. I only had to wait 15 minutes and my order was ready.
