I just used this company to clean my Persian rug that was destroyed by my puppy pooing and peeing on it multiple times (sadness) lol. I reached out to Floor Cleaner Fred about a very difficult job. I had orange dog vomit on a light colored wool rug. Sammy was extremely responsive and honest. He told me that it'd be difficult to get out the stain because vomit is very acidic and wool is extremely absorbent. He was able to brighten the entire rug with a deep clean and he offered to set me up with a vendor who could take care of the stain. While he didn't promise to remove the stain, which is what I initially inquired about, I really appreciate the approach he took to handing a rug cleaning inquiry. I get my carpet cleaned twice a year. This was my first time using Floor Cleaner Fred because I needed odor removal services since I had gotten a new puppy. My apartment smelled like urine as soon as you walked in, even while wearing a mask. The job took one and a half hours and my place smelled like fabric softener. My carpets looked cleaner than they had before. Other companies blamed my old carpet for certain stains not coming out but Sammy used special products to bring the stains out.
