I called for an estimate for concrete flooring. First thing this guy tells me is "when was my house built?" 1979! Instead of getting me set up for an estimate, he dropped KNOWLEDGE-- a blessing! He began to educate me on why he would not advocate for concrete flooring based on the year of my home. He wanted me to ensure that my home was not set up to fail IF we were to choose concrete flooring-- he told me what to look out for "EFFERVESCENTS, " He encouraged me to look at the edges of my home / against the house and if there is pebbles coming out of it or something that looks like cotton candy, then it may not be a good idea to do concrete since it may just had moisture and bubble up later! I cannot tell you how ecstatic I am with my final product! Floor seasons is unlike any company I have hired during the build of our custom home. We're super happy with our new concrete floor and glad we found Cary - he's honest and passionate about producing quality work. He meticulously ground out all imperfections on the surface of our slab left over by construction and the remnants of carpet glue and even the gobs of glue for the linoleum floor we had him rip up.
