I was going to have my hardwood floors refinished since I am in between tenants at my two bedroom one bath condo. I used yelp to request quotes on my project, and FLOORecki floors came out for an estimate. She gave me a quote, but she wanted to make sure that the project could be done properly she had her crew come out and take a second look. Sadly, our floor boards are too thin to be sanded down and re-coated. I think some folks would have pushed me forward on the project, but FLOORecki had integrity enough to refuse the project. They said that the boards are so thin that as they would be sanding with the machine it would break many the boards.
