Replacing every square inch of flooring in a home is no small task, and I'm so happy with my decision to work with Robinson's; highly recommend! Getting a quote: I started my process by getting several quotes and Robinson's was the best price for the services being offered, and the company I felt most comfortable with. From the start Matt's greeting was friendly and helpful. Never did I feel pressured or that he was giving me a sales pitch. He offered good advice and experience and really helped me figure out what would be best for my home. The process was easy utilizing both email and text messaging. Demo and installation: The time in home was 2.5 weeks long. Luis and his crew were absolutely amazing. Luis was always extremely respectful, professional, and considerate of me and my home. About a week and a half after their install the caulking cracked on just about all the seams and joints. We sent pictures to Mike asking that they come back out to fix, and he immediately blamed it on others stating that the contractor doing our remodel must have banged on the cabinetry too much. However this was not the case at all. We expressed our frustration and disappointment in the service, only to have Mike say that he would mail us the caulking and we could fix it ourselves, complaining that the 30 minute drive to our house was too much. This after he had already agreed to do business with us and took our money - over $1500.

The hubby was very specific about getting luxury vinyl plank flooring, but of a commercial grade (long lasting and durable) and glue down (no movement in the flooring). We were in Clovis, so we stopped at Carpet Mill Outlet to see what they had. They had several color options to choose from. I was looking for a gray color for a beach-y look. Score! They had a perfect one, no brown tones to make it look dirty. Yes, I'm very picky. Lol. We were planning on just buying the product and the hubby was going to install it. Buddy, the owner and guy who helped us, gave us such a good deal that we had his guy do the installation. It only took a few days for them to get the LVPs in and it was installed right away. The guy who put in the flooring did a really good job. Check them out out great a selection (carpet, too) and awesome prices!
