This is what Jim ordered for us. It was a horrible experience for us.

Stay away from sales associate Jim. He is currently working at the Clovis Avenue location near the airport. He promised we would get the quartz we wanted, but he gave us the incorrect color. The worst part was he forgot to order the (wrong) quartz, so the contractor drove from Fresno to Modesto and picked up the wrong item. We called the manager, and we are waiting for his response. We're hoping to resolve this mess, but in the meantime, I'm posting this to warn prospective customers. Update. The manager was responsive and offered to resolve the issue. It's not 100% satisfactory to us, but his effort to rectify the mistake of his sales associate was commendable. I'm changing my rating from 1 to 2.5 stars for now. We will still use Flooring Liquidators, but definitely not the Clovis location, near the airport.

Our dogs can freely scratch at the floors without us being scared they will ruin them :)

This review is about the product & services, and not installation. This year we finally moved into our new build and knew we would be redoing our floors. Our builder wouldn't allow us to keep carpet throughout the house so we were stuck with tile. After much research, we went to Flooring Liquidators to pick out some Luxury Plank Vinyl to install over our existing tile. The product we chose was in stock so we had no problems with wait time. The transaction was smooth upon purchasing and the delivery was seamless. I knew my husband and I can install the LPV ourselves (even though we work healthcare haha!) so we could avoid any possible problems with installation. When it came to buying the transition strips, it was like running in circles. Luckily we were not in a rush to install them because it took about a month to get them in and when I called they seemed to have lost my order. I am not one to be upset easily so I shrugged it off. In retrospect, if I were someone else, I can see how this would be annoying. Overall, we are pleased with the outcome of our floors and the brand/product we chose. We have 2 large dogs who like to scratch the floors. LVP is super easy to clean up after and is water resistant, backed by a lifetime warranty. Would I recommend this store? Yes I still would if you are just purchasing.

Walnut Hills Vinyl Planks- a couple set up to check install process and color choices.

The team here have been amazing every step of the way. They always answer the phone and are able to answer my questions and are just incredibly friendly. I absolutely love my vinyl planks and hopefully I can upload a picture once my husband I have it installed. I will definitely be back to look at their tile selection once I'm ready to start redoing bathrooms.

    In progress.

We did a feature build-out from the wall where an old fireplace had been and wanted to install an electric fireplace with a TV mount just above. We had the build-out done and then picked our granite, which was shiny black base with huge swirls of gold (titanium gold) . Gegham and Harut came out and measured and then had us visit their new shop right off the "41", very convenient. They showed us options for cuts that would feature the gold swirl pattern in a couple ways. We chose our cut options and now it's installed and amazing. The co-owners came out and did the install with great attention to detail, the bookmatching was perfect with the patern wrapping around the sides. The cuts for the TV and fireplace mounts preserved the maximum of the gold pattern on the visible granite, top, bottom and sides. It's just perfect and like with our kitchen work, the guys saved our left-over stone and have already suggested some ideas like a console table or new tops for nesting tables, etc. They did that with our kitchen quartz remainder also. Our living room is now awesome and the guys are easy and fun to work with. When you work with them you feel their confidence and it eases your anxiety about "what will this look like" because they've done it all many times before! We'll use them again for the next stone project for sure!

Contractor engaged in Wildfire OPS, I have an extreme project/task list to contend with; executed Solo for quality control, plus safety/trust reasons. However this was one DIY countertop project that was not within my expertise or talent or time-frame, only chiseling away at my patience; Mike's humble confidence/expertise was the right combination, reducing my stress level. The AD Granite warehouse was filled with just the right varieties of valued granite. Most importantly, Wifey had no problems making the right choices there; plus she easily found an ideal matched piece for our guest bathroom. Mike's installation crew were respectful and their expertise/talent made it all happen as expected. Now our unique ranch home kitchen near Yosemite NP meshes with our outdoor vistas accentuating it all inspiring. We could not be happier with the granite work/quality results that Mike at AD Granite produced for us. Thanks again Mike! Best Regards, CT

About a week and a half after their install the caulking cracked on just about all the seams and joints. We sent pictures to Mike asking that they come back out to fix, and he immediately blamed it on others stating that the contractor doing our remodel must have banged on the cabinetry too much. However this was not the case at all. We expressed our frustration and disappointment in the service, only to have Mike say that he would mail us the caulking and we could fix it ourselves, complaining that the 30 minute drive to our house was too much. This after he had already agreed to do business with us and took our money - over $1500.

Wonderful Experience with Ree-Model LLC…read more I've been burned many times over the years when hiring people to work on our home -- contractors not showing up when they say they will, projects dragging on far beyond the expected completion date, poor communication, sloppy work, messes left behind, you name it. Because of those experiences, I've honestly come to expect home projects to be stressful. That was absolutely NOT my experience with Ree-Model. From beginning to end, Ralphy was extremely communicative and kept us informed about what was happening and what to expect. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked on our project consistently every day until it was finished (unless we were literally just waiting for the stucco to dry). Junior has an incredible eye for detail. There were times my husband or I would notice some tiny little thing and wonder if we should mention it, only to find out Junior had already noticed it himself and had it on his list to address before they considered the job complete. That gave us so much confidence throughout the project. They genuinely cared about getting the details right. I also changed my mind on a couple of things along the way, and they never made me feel like I was being difficult or inconveniencing them. There was no pushback -- they just worked with me and made sure that, in the end, I got exactly what I wanted. Our project consisted of replacing old siding with stucco, replacing rotted facia boards, custom build and application of new shutters and window awnings, and painting done to the exterior of our home. We absolutely LOVE how everything turned out. The stucco looks beautiful and clean, and my custom wood shutters and window awnings came out even better than I imagined. When they were finished, they left our property looking beautiful and honestly cleaner than it was before they started. What impressed me most was that it never felt like they were simply trying to finish a job and move on to the next one. It genuinely felt like they were just as invested in making our home look beautiful as we were. Ralphy said he'd make our home look brand-new when we signed up, and he kept true to his word. After years and years of dealing with unprofessional, non-communicative, and seemingly uninvested "professionals," Ree-Model may have actually healed my contractor trauma. I'm incredibly grateful to Ralphy, Junior, and the entire Ree-Model team for the hard work and care they put into our home. I would hire them again without hesitation and truly cannot recommend them enough.
