Be careful with the materials you purchase from here. We purchased 2,000 sq ft of LVP flooring 3 years ago. Within 1 year of install the floor started to separate and completely fall apart. Flooring liquidators sent someone out to verify a warranty claim which they did and reassured the floor was installed correctly and this is a materials error and the warranty claim would be filed with the manufacturer. Two weeks later and they had not filed the claim and then sent a claim denied response with no justification. After 3 weeks of follow up, I can not get anyone to email or call me back. Using this material and flooring liquidators has now become a $10k mistake. read more

Tony was awesome and a straight forward honest guy that was very easy to work with and made the process easy and smooth. No high pressure sales pitch or push to buy a more expensive product. On top of that we are extremely pleased with our selection of floors. They're beautiful and extremely high quality and durable. On top of that Tony helped me out with some extra travertine pavers we needed for our backyard. He was able to sell it to me by the piece instead of the bundle so I could finish my project. He had to call in a favor to make it happen and went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend them, also their prices are so much more reasonable than some of the other places we visited. I'm sitting with Tony as I write this review and have to say these guys are great, very friendly. We went to Lowe's, then lumber liquidators, then here. My friend purchased all her flooring from this place and raved about their customer service. I'm having a similar experience as well. Out of our three flooring places, flooring Liquidators were the cheapest for the bamboo flooring we were looking for. And Tony was nice and gave us a discount on top of it. We will be using them for our flooring needs. Beautiful showroom with many flooring and carpet options. They also have countertops in an adjacent showroom. Also there was someone else here placing an order and they gave her a military discount! So military people keep that in mind. read more

We are finishing up a remodel in our home and had bought almost all previous flooring (Luxury Vinyl Tile) from this company for our 1200 sq ft house except for one room, so we had given them plenty of business. We needed 15 more pieces (30 sq ft) to finish up floor in one room and when I spoke with the rep to order the floor, he stated I would need three boxes. So, I put deposit down for the floor but when I went to pick it up, I guess there are 14 pieces per box, so I only needed two boxes. When I told them I only need two boxes, they told me I needed to pay a $45 restocking fee that "our hands are tied" even though it was their rep that stated I would need 3 boxes instead of 2. So I ended up paying an additional $45 for something that is their fault, and there was absolutely no reasoning. Unfortunately will be taking business elsewhere next time. read more

I really have mixed feeling about this place. The flooring was gorgeous but that has nothing to do with Flooring Liquidators. The name of the store does not mean they have discounted prices. The T moldings and thresholds were 50 percent cheaper at Lowe's. What would have cost me over $400.00 at Lumber Liquidators cost me $129.00 at Lowe's. They were unwilling to price match either. The only reason we didn't have to pay the $400.00 was because the product was wrong. Out of our frustration, we looked around and found the right product at the right price. Also, don't hire Treavor Jennings, Jennings Custom Flooring. He is one of the contractors they recommend. There is nothing custom about his work. read more

Dino was extremely helpful with providing quotes, ordering samples, helping to estimate the number of cartons needed, delivery, and a return when I purchased more than needed. We first went to Flooring Liquidators looking for black flooring for a condo we were rehabbing, after not finding anything online. I wasn't hopeful we would find what we were looking for, but figured since I had my husband in the mood to look, we would give F.L. a shot. Lo and behold, they had a black stained hardwood and at a great price! Aly mentioned who the manufacturer was and I called my flooring installer to see if he could get it even cheaper at his wholesale price. He checked and said no, buy it from them! Tony and Aly provided great customer service, which goes a long way with me. Now we are replacing carpet in our own home and decided on wide plank oak flooring. Flooring Liquidators had just what we wanted, and once again, Tony went out of his way to provide great customer service. He is a great guy who remembers your name and is there to serve you. Their prices, as well as their selection, can't be beat! As Katrina P. mentioned, they even have a fantastic selection of granite and quartz countertops at rock bottom prices. read more

The staff is very nice, McKenna and Alex. They are responsive and went above and beyond storing my vinyl planks for a long time. But - I had a problem with the quality of the vinyl planks I bought. Some of them looked like they were computer printed, my wife and I didn't want them in the house because they didn't look good. At first, we did only a small bathroom and closet, at which point I informed Flooring Liquidators that some of the planks weren't usable, they said to set them aside and bring them back in. I proceeded to do the floor throughout the rest of the house. Brought in all the planks that we didn't like, had to buy 9 more boxes to make up for not using them, of which 1 remained unopened. Despite all the purchases (over $6000 on flooring, padding, trim), and having to buy 9 more boxes, they didn't take any of the unusable planks back. The store did talk to a manufacturer rep, who said because a small part of the piece was on the sample board (that we didn't notice) and the pictures are on the website (that we didn't see) that the planks that are supposed to look like saw cuts - that it was our fault for picking the planks. And they are right. It was our fault from buying from Flooring Liquidators. When we discovered that some planks actually look like computer generated print lines and didn't want them in our house, they wouldn't work with us for any exchange. It's really hard to see what it looks like until you put them on the ground in your house. Which is why I would never buy from Flooring Liquidators again and recommend you look elsewhere. My question for them and the manufacturer, if they are perfectly good planks and my wife and I are just wrong about them, why not take them back and resell them? We spent over $6000 with Flooring Liquidators but they wouldn't even take back one unopened box back, saying that it was special order. But when I bought the extra 9 boxes, they were brought down from Los Angeles, hardly seems that special when they could put this box in the same warehouse up there. Overall, their prices were okay, their staff very good, but the way they handled a dissatisfied customer completely sucked. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else for your flooring needs. Somewhere that will take returns when you realize the product you get isn't what you thought (and when you tell staff early on in the process about it when you could still pull it up and replace everything). This is what separates a great store, like Costco, from a store that I would never shop at again. Based on my experience, I would hard pass on Flooring Liquidators for any flooring you're looking for. read more

My mother went there to buy some flooring along with t molding and she went there because she got a good recommendation but she did not receive good customer service. She called them to see whether they had flooring in stock and the associate, Sisi Engle, said yes but when she arrived there to pay for it, she said no she meant in the warehouse and that she needed to wait three days even though they were remodeling at our home at that moment and after the 3 days she called us and said she made a mistake about the t molding and that it was missing and that we needed to wait 3 more days and she told her we were going out of the city and we need the people finish the work. She told Sisi to help my mom find a similar t molding but she really not help her she told her "what you want me to do" n a very condescending and aggressive manner and tried to cute about it afterwards sorry "soy muy vieja". We were disrespected and unless the business does something to discipline her, we do not recommend going there. read more

We bought $7000 worth of flooring at the end of February right before Covid 19 had us all shelter in place. The problems started with delivery. Flooring was supposed to be delivered Friday, but the delivery guy didn't show to work, they said they'd call Saturday, no call so we called and still no delivery. Finally Dino (they sales guy) drove it himself the following week. It was recommended to get more flooring than the square footage of our new home Incase we would need extra. So we bought extra. We ended up with $660 extra (300 square feet extra). Because of quarantine we didn't have our contractor coming into our house for some time, so the flooring installation was delayed. So when we went to return the unused flooring, that was only bought based on their recommendation, we were told by the regional manager they couldn't take it back because it was over 30 days since purchased, which is their store policy. It had been about 60 days, and he wouldn't make any exceptions for COVID 19. The ironic thing is, they are still selling that same flooring at their store. Horrible customer service. We love our floors but you can get it anywhere else with better customer service. read more

Wow.. where to start. We ordered our flooring from here and it took a couple weeks to arrive (completely understandable). After our order arrived and was verified to be in the warehouse, our contractor picked up all that he could, but was unable to collect the entire order, he needed a 2nd trip. When he returned to receive the rest of our order... it had somehow disappeared from the warehouse! We personally contacted the store trying to get more information and eventually were put in touch with Tony, the manager. He was able to guess that something must have happened with the remaining order (our order that we've already paid for) and we were going to need to wait an additional few days so they could replace what they lost. The biggest problem with this, other than extreme inconvenience, was our contractor now had to put our entire project on hold due to the negligence of this place. Tony acknowledged this was wrong on their part and said he would try and make this right and was going to call us with his offers for a solution. It was early in the day and Tony gave us his word that he would call us back ASAP. After a couple of hours passed, we decided to call back.. we were then told that Tony had decided to take off early for the day (it was about 1:30 on a Wednesday) so he would not be calling us back after all. Several phone calls and broken promises later, we were told that the replacement for our order would be coming on the next truck and that our contractor would be able to pick it up first thing in the morning! (At 7:30am). Our contractor, feeling bad for having to put our project and thus entire condo on hold and inhabitable, decided to arrive early to ensure he would be first in line to get our flooring. The shipment did not arrive until 11:30. Feeling guilty, the store offered us a $100 gift certificate (which does NOT even cover the 4 hours of labor our contractor and his workers waited for materials the show up! Let alone the week+ we have had to wait without being able to use our house due to them "misplacing" our order and their failure to even ATTEMPT to make it right. Decent prices, but terrible customer service. Then constant lies in an effort to make us feel better. Would have rather heard "we screwed up, let us make it right". Very disappointed. Do. Not. This place is a breath of fresh air. The showroom was huge and displayed the most modern collection of flooring and granite/quartz countertops. The prices were unbelievable. What made it really terrific is the customer service. They were dedicated to helping you find exactly what you wanted, not focusing on how much money they were going to make. Our project was 18 years in the making. We hadn't had new flooring since we built our home and from the onset Flooring Liquidators were awesome. We called on Monday and they sent out one of their personnel to measure our home for our new flooring the next day . We then visited their showroom to pick the type of flooring that would fit best for our home, their showroom was just awesome with so much to choose from , their estimate came in great and we set a date for installation .
