I bought 500 sqft of LVP flooring from this place in October of 2024 for $3 per square foot. In April 2025, my house had a water related incident and I ended up having to redo them again so I went back for another estimate in May of 2025. At that time, the wonderful sales person I worked with on my first order was no longer employed and they have this guy Marlon running the show now. I was candid with Marlon about why I had to redo my floors and needed a new estimate. Marlon was initially very pushy about getting directly involved with my claim even tho I told him I already had a contractor to do the work and I simply just needed the materials. After 20 minutes of saying no to his suggestion he finally gave me the estimate. He quoted me $4.19 claiming inflation impacting the price. Okay fine -- I go get the amount approved through insurance. Insurance approvals take a while so I didn't end up going back to actually purchase the floor until today, July 2025. NOW he's trying to tell me the price for the floor is $5.39. As if the cost of flooring skyrocketed up $2.39 per sqft in a matter of 8 months?! He told me to go back to my insurance adjuster and ask for more money and then it was clear to me this man was trying to take advantage of my claim by gouging the price of the floor. He knew my insurance was a grade for grade replacement and tried to leverage that to inflate what he wanted to charge me. Pure greed. Because how else does a floor go from $3 to $5.39 in 8 months?? Especially when I checked nearby competitors and no one else had raised their prices recently. I did love that floor but the pushy & predatory business practices were simply unacceptable (especially as a return customer) and I ended up taking my business elsewhere -- as should you. read more

This is a review for December 2021 but we received such good service from Flooring N More that I still want to write this for readers' benefit. We had FNM replace the carpet in our church lounge and foyer with LTV flooring. From selecting the product, to estimate, to install, we were given the information and service that we needed. The owner was very patient with us as we considered a number of LTV options and looked at multiple samples including a trip to their showroom. We were given a fair price and extra consideration because of supply issues and price increases during the pandemic. We needed the old carpet removed, subfloor prepped, and new flooring in before the end of the year. FNM worked with our schedule and finished by the date we wanted. The finished room looked great, coving installed, and flooring transitions included. I definitely recommend this company. read more

I purchased a condo a few months ago that had been used as an income property for several years. All original builder-grade carpet, cabinetry, counters, bathroom. Being 20+ years old, it needed lots of help. Given our current covid realities, finding a reliable and available contractor to take on my project was going to be tough. So I decided to start with the flooring and then go from there. I contacted Flooring n More through Yelp and they responded quickly. After some initial discussions, I advised Damir there were a few more renovation items on my list besides the floors and asked if he was interested in taking a look. After reviewing the list and doing an on-site visit, he agreed to take on my entire project. This included all new floors, some new Kitchen cabinets and modifications, new quartz counters, 2 bathroom renovations, fireplace refinishing and top to bottom painting. In the last 30 years, I have done more renovations than I care to admit. I have to say, this one was by far the smoothest, hassle free and "honest" project I've done. Damir put together a team that showed up every day and they put in full days. If some issue or delay arose, there was always a plan B to work on something else to keep things moving. They were accommodating with several changes and additions I asked for along the way. Sometimes these projects can leave a person feeling vulnerable or frustrated. Damir always stayed in contact with me and left me feeling assured. In 4 weeks, everything was done, no surprises. I love how everything turned out. While I'm hoping I don't have to do another renovation for a very long time, I'm so grateful I found and chose Damir for my project and that he agreed to take it on. read more

I think his work was ok but his words are not to be trusted. If you still decided to choose this business, make sure you have a contract that points out all little details otherwise he would find a way to charge you more or leave behind work that needs to be done claiming that its not his job. Ordered kitchen, bathroom cabinets and countertops through Damir. My contractor finished the job but had to wait two weeks for the correct bathroom cabinets. He ordered an extra cabinet for my kitchen, that he won't return. He's trying to charge me for additional kitchen countertop even though he was clear with my layout. I was present when countertop measurements were going on and nothing was mentioned about an extra 750.00 charge. He didn't deliver the correct cabinet for my farm house sink so I settled for an undermount sink. The additional upgrade for the farm house sink was 250.00 but he is keeping that amount. No refund! He also left out a large amount of crown molding above my kitchen cabinets....he said he would deliver but haven't heard anything for two weeks. He's definitely more interested in making money, not customer satisfaction! read more
