A team of two guys were able to remove my carpet and baseboards, lay the new LVT, install new baseboards, and fill-in several nicks on the edges of my stairs in about 7 hours. We were looking to replace our flooring in our entrance, kitchen and office. I had seen some work done at a friends house and they had used Floors to Go. We like supporting small businesses and I appreciate that they aren't as overwhelming as the big box stores. We went with a vinyl planking and it is so easy to take care of and much quieter that the old Pergo floor we had. I have several levels in my house and the work crew did a great job with the cutting and fitting of the baseboards. Corbin and the team at Floors To Go are amazing. I bought my first house about a year ago and wanted to update the bedroom floors before I moved all my furniture in. Corbin was able to accommodate my schedule and fit the work into a very tight window. They started the work the day after I closed! They were able to drive out to Vallejo, take all the measurements, bring me all the samples so that I can choose and also provided so much good insight and advice along the way. Leo worked so hard and communicated every step of the way and let me know when we hit some issues. He explained the solution and told me that it could all be taken care of which was a huge relief because I was already on edge for my first home project. I had major subfloor issues and every room was not level, but he worked quickly and it came out great with just an extra half day of work. I was so happy with my new floors and this review was long overdue, but I'm glad I waited because a year later, I called them up to come back and redo my bathroom floors. I have a set of stairs that were stained with dog paws and considered replacing the cream color carpet there as well as the matching carpet (still in good shape) in the living room. I called Floors to Go since they did two previous jobs for me very satisfactory. After I stopped by the store to take some carpet samples home, Corbin came out to do the measurements. However, in reassessing the situation, it seemed wasteful to replace the carpet since it is a quality wool carpet. I decided to try different carpet cleaning solutions and eventually was successful in removing about 90% of the stains. Even though the carpet is not in its top condition, it still looks good. Corbin was very understanding when I told him that I would not proceed with the project at this time. I continue to be impressed with Floors to Go because of their customer service. We chose Floors To Go to redo all of the flooring when we bought our house last year. This included vinyl plank through the majority of the house, including the stairs, and carpet in bedrooms. The job also required a lot of additional woodwork to add trim to the stairs after the carpet was removed. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. Corbin was helpful and professional throughout, and he suggested a floor style and color that my wife and I are still very happy with 10 months later. He was always easy to reach by phone or email and was responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The crew was friendly and considerate, and got the job done quickly, cleanly, and efficiently, which kept us from having to delay moving in. And lastly, the price was totally reasonable and much better than any of the local competition that we looked into. Unlike salesmen we worked with elsewhere in the area, Corbin did not try to upsell us, and actually talked us out of a more expensive product that would have been overkill for our needs. This week I ordered some extra materials from Corbin for a smaller project we're working on, and he was again friendly and responsive, and had it ready for us the next day. This is my second time using Floors To Go. About a year ago, I had carpet pulled from 3 bedrooms and had vinyl plank installed. My experience dealing with Corbin and installer Pablo was great, and Pablo did a great job with installation. Now it was time for the last room of carpet to go. They have installed every piece of flooring I have in my house from tile, LVT, to carpet over the past 13 years. Wonderful meticulous work - twice now in as many months. We had such a good experience with them on our Leisure Town condo that we sold in March. They took painstaking time to remove all the staples and smooth the floor under the new waterproof floor area; it took them all day. We reached out to Tom & Corbin (Father & Son Team) to get a quote for the entire house, including base boards, and carpeting in 3 rooms - Not to mention that we needed to have our entire living room floated with concrete to level the room - the pricing and professionalism we received was top notch! The communication throughout the process was excellent and I would not go to another Floor company for any of my future needs - The crew that was onsite was expected to be on premise for anywhere from 6-7 days, barring all things went smoothly - after 2 days of demo, we realized that there was going to be some obstacles (fault of the first contractor, and lack of respect to the work) that would take a little more time than originally expected... The crew (lead by Julio) was unstoppable! they took a couple speed bumps, and completed the job 3 days early!
