I've been to Flor in Union City twice, and both times the front desk staff I dealt with were pretty rude, which was disappointing considering they're just checking people in. Every other employee inside was chill and helpful though. Pricing is very inconsistent Sluggers pre rolls at $70 is just straight overpriced. Some of the carts are fairly priced, but the overall selection is mid, and there's no rosin cart option at all. Not the worst dispensary, but definitely not great either. They made me walk in a fully deaf individual who cannot communicate with the workers and only orders curbside pick up. they keep telling me the order is under the incorrect name, but it's not. My wife and I have been planning to write this for over a year- While customer service is dead or lingering everywhere else, it is alive and thriving at Flor. Over the last two years we have been "Flor-ed" ( see what I did there? ) each visit by the warm greetings, the staff's vast knowledge and just the overall vibe ya feel once inside. On today's trip Dez took time to answer a couple questions about product and sales perks. She was very helpful, taking the time to ensure I got my answers. The vape return policy is a scam. Bought an all in one and the battery failed after 3 days. The manager told me she couldn't do anything and said it was state policy for 2 days return (not state policy). Left the store got home excited to open my goodies and saw that my brand new 710 $65 .5G pod expires in 3 days. This product has been sitting for a year and they got me good. Tried to email their weedmaps listed email and it bounced. Went to the grand opening and still have zero complaints. Location is convenient! Tons of parking including curbside! If youre paying with card you have to go in. Security is outside to check ID then you check in with a staff member, paper work needs filling for first timers. Inside is organized but can get crowded fast. Plenty of staff, although after you order it does take them awhile to call your name (even if youre doing an online pick up) Curbside is where its at! Security takes care of you and a staff member brings out your items quick! Note that in-store has way more selection and variety than online. They always verify the items you're picking up and have always been professional. read more

This place has systems to make our experience easy but there's always something not working.
