I went to this place to buy a puff bar and it was kinda strange to find flavors other than tobacco and clear since there is a flavor ban in the city. Right when I hit the puff it felt off but I was already home by then. As you can see from the scratch code it is clearly fake as it is from some brand KADO and not puff. Please beware of going here. Please do not be fooled by their enormous selection of disposable vapes! They sell FAKES here. I tried their Lychee Ice Puff Bar and noticed the taste was off and burnt. I went online to verify and was told it is a counterfeit product. In the store, the employees told me they are all real including this Puff Bar I purchased. I didn't know this shop carried FAKES until I read other Yelp reviews. I will be returning to the store to request a refund and will no longer trust any other products they sell. read more

I used to always drive to the original location in Hayward, but this one is much closer to me and their inventory has definitely expanded since I last came here. I only go here to buy shisha and coals for our hookah. They have some of the best selections of Fumari, Starbuzz, Al Fakher, etc. which is a plus for me since that's mainly what I use in my bowls. Fumari is the juiciest and has some very distinct flavors while Starbuzz has unique mixed flavors but gives you a good buzz. When I came in a year ago, I asked if they sold any KM's (Khalil Mamoon) and the staff had no clue what I was talking about. Now that is mainly what the carry and sell haha! I'm glad the staff is getting more educated in this so I don't seem like I'm asking for random things. Besides hookah, they have a great selection of glassware and their prices are comparable to any other place. Suggestion: This last time I went in, I asked if they carried Pyrex Vortex bowls and like before they've never heard of it.....Please do your research and carry this! These are much easier to clean & don't get too hot (Pyrex....duh!) and still provide some of the cleanest hits since it's a Vortex Bowl. read more

Avoid this spot at all cost. Some of the most disrespectful management I've ever seen. Walked into an employee making a mistake with a customer and she apologized to the customer. As a manager myself I can understand how frustrating a mistake can be, but the manager yelled at the employee in front of the whole store and told her to leave. I asked if I could grab an item after it seemed to mellow down, then the manager told me no and said store is closed. Then proceeded to snatch what was in this employees hand. Myself and others made it known how disrespected we felt as customers and he gave no care and verbally made it known. The owner should retrain this manager or look elsewhere.
