This was my third pedicure here, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The nail tech rushed through the service, and the top coat wasn't applied evenly across the entire nail bed. Less than a week later, the polish looks old and is already chipping. I sent a DM to address the issue but haven't received a response. Disappointed in the lack of quality and follow-up. read more

I've visited flora blanc 4 times and everytime I've been my manicure has been perfect. The salon is beautiful, the all technicians are nice and they do the best nail art! I've gotten hard gel and gel x and I have no complaints. Other nail salons around here cannot compare! There prices are very reasonable and their luxury pedicures are a must! Super cute place, friendly staff. Couple of things that did throw me off was their time management and lack of technicians they had. They sat us 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment, I booked to have my manicure and pedicure for the same time ahead of time and when we arrived they said that there weren't enough technicians to do it at the same time even though I confirmed this morning with them. I hate to leave reviews like this but time management seems to be an issue here. :/ we ended up being there for 2 hours and I didn't end up getting my manicure because of how long it took but besides that nails on my toes came out good! read more

i've been coming to Flora Blanc since they've opened. I usually get gel extensions and the service is usually amazing. I came in not even a week ago and one of the ladies, I don't remember her name, told me that my nails are unable to do extensions? I was super confused because that's all I've been getting done on my nails for the past two years. I was asking her to explain why and she didn't and she told me to get builder gel instead which I agreed to. it hasn't even been a week since I've got them done and two nails have already chipped off and I absolutely hate the shape and how they feel on my fingers. I don't know why the nail artist told me I wasn't able to get what I usually get done. I was super confused and super disappointed. my nails are pretty healthy and no one has ever told me anything like that in the past. I just feel like I wasted a ton of money, I ended up booking a different appointment with a different girl who's independent and is going to give me gel extensions. read more

I really want to love this place. It's very cute on the inside and the staff is very nice, however, they need to work on their scheduling system. Every time I go, they are always very understaffed yet take all the appointments so you're always waiting. Every appointment i've had usually takes an hour and a half to two hours. I've also watched people wait 30 to 45 minutes just to be seated even though they've made an appointment. I really do like this place, but I don't know how much longer I'm willing to put up with their poorly scheduled appointments. read more

Awful experience. Second and last visit. Very pretty and clean space but generally unfriendly service and not good energy / vibe. They also have nice amenities but the service doesn't match. Didn't offer anything to drink even though they have options and serve on cute trays. Had to ask finally they brought but then it took 10 min to get someone's attention to open the bottles (which you can't do when your nails are wet). Technicians seem irritated with any request, and then ignore and go do their nails or chat when they aren't working with a client. The woman who did my pedicure finished and then just left and did her own nails and never returned to remove the spacers or help with my pants and shoes. I had to flag someone down to help. Manicure technician didn't even clean under my nails with a stick. My daughter's kids manicure cost $20 and they didn't even clean under her nails and weren't going to cut or file - only cut after I asked. Need to work on their service and lighten their moods and maybe sage the place. read more

The nails came out kinda good just some things I don't like and my cuticles are hurting because of how much she was pushing it back. This is a super cute nail salon; however, I went in for a gel manicure and left with a bloody finger. My manicurist was very kind and apologized but didn't do much to stop the bleeding. super disappointing don't go here :(( i got a pedicure a few weeks ago in which one of them completely came off after a few days. i live a busy lifestyle and was out of town while it chipped. today i called to see if i could go in to get it fixed and they said yes they could take me at the end of the day. i switched some things around in my schedule so i could go in and that i did. once i got there they told me to sit down and asked me what color it was. the ladies started laughing at me while staring at me and talking in a different language while clearly saying things about me. it was then clear that they were doing exactly that because she looked at me and said it'll be $10. i don't care about the $10 i care about the principal. i asked why i was being charged $10 for one toe repair and they rudely said i could've called sooner. i wasn't aware that one nail repair from their work would cost me anything. the overall situation really rubbed me the wrong way and the pedicure to began with was super sloppy. i work in the beauty industry and know how things should be ran and this was not at all it. super disappointing read more

Wonderful service. I got a basic manicure which was great. I got one of the deluxe pedicures, it was amazing. The technician really took her time and I felt very pampered. I am usually a little picky about pedicures and can be sensitive. The technician really checked in with me to make sure everything was ok. The service was well above any I've had recently.
