I just came to pick up a rose arrangement for my girlfriend and instead of it looking all nice and balanced and romantic, it looked like flowers for a funeral not for a romantic gesture. She was up front with me about everything- for example I had purchased a bouquet holder to use, but she let me know due to the shape and size it would have needed to be cut or the bouquet would have had to be enormous to use it, so we repurposed it in an arrangement for the cake table. I used Flora Couture for my wedding recently, I spoke with Debra about the vision I was going for and she took it from there. Everything was even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! We went for a bohemian fall look with eucalyptus, succulents and some color. My wedding was in Mesa, Arizona. I worked with Flora Couture for my wedding, right before COVID shut everything down in Vegas. This caused some issues with the flowers that I had wanted, but the team was absolutely phenomenal and was still able to get me peonies. They didn't let the COVID pandemic effect providing amazing customer service. I originally met two florists at an open house at our venue and we recieved quotes from both. When I gave Lalana my vision, she truly understood what I wanted and made it come true. Additionally, on some items they were able to match pricing that the other florist had given as well. The reason we went with Flora Couture vs. the other company is becuase Lalana took the time to understand my vision and was always in our corner. Our venue originally was not giving them enough time for set up, in addition to me pushing so did the Flora Couture team. My daughter's wedding was on Saturday 10/19/19. The florist or whoever they sent to set up the flowers at the church was LATE! The church coordinator said the florist called and was supposed to be there at 3:15 pm. I arrived at the church at 3:20 pm and the flowers were not there! I called flora couture at 3:23pm (I have my cell phone record to prove it) and was put on hold then was told that florist was running late (it was a 6-minute hold/call). It was 3:40 when the flowers arrived. Half of our 150 guests were already seated when she arrived. I had a guest who was a florist and she was shaking her head in disbelief at how incompetent the florist was. The pew flowers weren't even placed right. They looked like they were just some sorry hydrangeas dangling at the end of the pews. I had to move some of them. They were supposed to be every other pew but she didn't put them evenly. The Welcome sign didn't even make it to the church or she didn't take it out of her van! That's why we delivered the sign to their store a few days before the wedding so they can put the flowers on it and display it at the church entrance. It was in same plastic wrap that I wrapped it with! I know because I was the one who wrapped it. The flowers were placed on the sign with the plastic wrap still on it. So it was never unwrapped and placed at the church! At the reception the florist asked me where to put the pew flowers that she brought from the church to the venue. I said arrange the flowers on the cake table as previously agreed on. She just plopped the hydrangeas on the cake table! I didn't even notice it until the pictures of the cake came out. If this is how flora couture treats their customers then BEWARE!!! read more

I've done my fair share, and probably more than others, flower shopping online. Other florists like to say that they have unique arrangements, but no. Not really. That's what sets Flora Couture apart. I'm sure you can find traditional arrangements, but that's not what jumps out at me on their website. The vases, style of the arrangement, and vases are not typical of what you find everywhere else. If you bother to send flowers to someone, you should make sure that they don't look just like everyone else's. I called to have a same day delivery, and my mind was blown when they were delivered just a couple of hours later. My friend was stunned. She said the flowers were beautiful, but what made them so gorgeous was the presentation. The unique touches... that gave the flowers extra warm and personalization. When I booked my wedding I saw this was on of the vendors. So I emailed them as I was looking for a unique colored roses. Well the had them. They are an awesome group and worked with me. When I saw them I was like this is so different and I loved it. It was a mint green and bright green mixture.. That is me.. I even had a mix up with hotels and they didn't give me any hassle.. For my 20th anniversary on Valentines day I was surprised by a bouquet my husband had sent me to The Palazzo after coming back from LE REVE show, although very beautiful I was really sad that the next day 2 of the roses were already dying 1 was full bloom and the water was beginning to become cloudy! Did what instructions said daily but no use my bouquet was just getting worse. For $150 I think they should last up to a week!! Maybe the glass beads didn't let the stems breath idk or the way they cut them you could see the stems darkening where they cut or scraped them. see my pic! read more
