After several minutes with no drinks and no acknowledgment, I had to walk over to the hostess stand myself just to get a menu. Twenty minutes in, we still hadn't received our drinks, so we told her to cancel the order and let her know we were leaving. She genuinely seemed surprised when we explained how long we'd been waiting, which was surprising in itself given she was the one who left us sitting there -- and the manager standing right there did nothing to help.
