She did say she can get them to the place of delivery early the next day which was fine for me, awesome in fact for such short notice. She walked me through the arrangement I wanted and let me know I could text her what to put on the card. Embarrassing as it was I did so :) I sent her the text and I called to process the payment. I payed by card and she was able to text me the receipt and also email it to me. She let me know I'd be notified when the delivery was done. She thanked me and also told me what I had written on the card was very sweet. We both wished each other a happy V-day and I told her I'd use her services again if I'm in need. 1/5 stars -- Completely different arrangement and disappointing customer service…read more I paid $285.10 total expecting the elegant, soft-toned Premium arrangement shown on their website. What was delivered looked substantially different and was dominated by 10 bright pink tulips, completely changing the overall color balance and aesthetic of the design I selected. When I contacted the florist, Neli explained that tulips were present in the back of the original design. A few tulip buds are barely visible in the background of the website photo, but they are clearly not a dominant feature. In the delivered arrangement, they became one of the main visual elements. Instead of addressing the design mismatch, I received an itemized explanation of how expensive the flowers were and was told they "cannot afford to refund orders." Their own substitution policy says the style and theme will be preserved. In my experience, they were not. I'm attaching the website photo and the delivered arrangement so customers can judge for themselves. If you expect the arrangement you choose online to reasonably resemble what is delivered, I would look elsewhere. , , Update in response to the owner's reply: Neli, your reply completely misses the point. I didn't pay $285 for a hidden "treasure hunt" of expensive flowers buried under a wall of heavy, fully opened pink tulips that completely changed the design and color palette. If a same-day order requires such a significant change to the overall aesthetic of the arrangement, a professional florist should contact the customer first and ask for approval rather than simply making the substitution. And yes, your suggestion that I explore other florists is one piece of advice I will definitely follow. Future customers can decide for themselves whether this level of substitution and customer service is acceptable to them.

Elisa created the personal florals, centerpieces and bud vases for our wedding. She really captured the feel and aesthetic I was going for, and went above and beyond on the styling. Our guests gave lots of complements on the flowers! The flowers themselves were also quite hardy! Lasting a venue move and several days after in the case of my bouquet, which suffered quite a lot on the wedding day. We also ordered a wedding cake from Linda through Elisa last minute and the florals on the cake really tied it in with the rest of the decor! Not to mention, both the matcha and strawberry cream flavors were very delicious. It was devoured quickly in the afterparty.
