To our surprise, she also speaks Vietnamese which came in SO handy when communicating with both our Vietnamese parents before the walk out/intro and father daughter dance, etc. a huge plus! They were the only company that reached out for my "project" which I used because I'm not in the Bay Area as of now. Side note: I recommend using "projects" in Yelp to let businesses find you. Angelica was very patient with me as I had many questions. Unfortunately I did not order them but I remembered her fine service and she also told me when I was ready to ask for her. So, fast forward to Valentine's Day 2026. I reached out to Angelica the day before V-day to send out some flowers. I wanted send them the day before that but they were busy, and I understand. She did say she can get them to the place of delivery early the next day which was fine for me, awesome in fact for such short notice. She walked me through the arrangement I wanted and let me know I could text her what to put on the card. Embarrassing as it was I did so :) I sent her the text and I called to process the payment. I payed by card and she was able to text me the receipt and also email it to me. She let me know I'd be notified when the delivery was done. The next day I got a text with a pic of the flowers that had been delivered. All went well. I texted Angelica and thanked her for her service. She thanked me and also told me what I had written on the card was very sweet. We both wished each other a happy V-day and I told her I'd use her services again if I'm in need. I show my order request to the staff at the store + my text request of the bouquet theme in which I received confirmations on. The lady apologized and quickly assembled a bouquet with my color palette in mind within 15 minutes. I'm glad the staff made the correction, she was friendly and the end product was lovely.
