I picked a half dozen semi pink rose bunch that looked ok and she grabbed 2 hydrangeas and 1 lily to look like an uneven half assed bouquet (nothing better than what one can make from Trader Joe's or Safeway) I was ready to settle for that but she found one rose was moldy and went back to replace it with 1 orange rose? 5 blush roses with 1 orange rose... no Ended up settling on a completely different dozen roses and asked for the bouquet to be wrapped, the plastic was ripped at the top and looked bad, I asked her to cut it clean with scissor and her scissors were so dull I even tried to cut it myself because she was making it worse. Ended up just asking for the bouquet to be rewrapped in brown paper instead. Ribbon tying looked like an elementary school student tied their shoe. When I picked up the bouquet half the flowers started to fall out so it had to be retied. The roses weren't arranged evenly to display them nicely (like a florist bouquet should be), some were hidden under the brown paper so I readjusted the flowers after I left. Least expensive options were the mini carnations $8.50 + tax, otherwise it was $10 + tax a bundle. When I asked the gentleman (owner) working by the front door for help, he was too busy for me. He just said the least expensive flowers are $10 over "there." It's hard for me to pay for expensive flowers when sadly the cemeteries have proven to throw away our flowers the next day. And we have tested and visited this experience in more than 5 cemeteries, all the way south to Skylawn. Sometimes I wonder if someone is reselling these bouquets... For my dog, Lulu, I bought a nice, simple pre-bundled bouquet of pink carnations for $8.50. These fresh flowers had longevity - we took from the bouquet a few carnations to put in a vase at home and it took more than three weeks for them to start wilting. The staff is always attentive and helpful. At my most recent visit on the afternoon of Tuesday, January 13, 2026, the team member at the counter was very friendly and sympathetic, offering condolences to me for Lulu's passing. Heads up, though - for those who don't carry cash like me, Paul's Flowers charges a 3% credit card AND debit card fee.
