UNBELIEVABLE!!! Floral Arts just did my wedding and the flowers were PERFECT and GORGEOUS!!! I can't recommend them enough!!!!!

This was my first time using Floral Arts. I chose to go with them due to the unique flower arrangement offered on their website. I ordered the 'Simply Beautiful' deluxe arrangement which costed ~ $85 dollars. I read the disclaimer that substitutions could be made, but what I received was so far from the advertised arrangement's contemporary style and color story. The arrangement sent was, honestly, one I felt I could have gotten from a big, online, flower store for a third of the price. Not only that, my friend sent me a photo 1 day after receiving the arrangement and the roses were already dying; brown around the edges and wilting. At this point, I can't say I will ever use them again. Sorry, I have never written this type ok of review, but for the cost and what was received, I felt swindled. read more

We were given Floral Arts Flowers in Westford, MA as a recommendation from our Funeral Director. That alone should tell you the professionalism you can expect as they came highly recommended. We ordered a Rosary made with White Roses and a Casket Topper with various flowers, including White Roses. We placed the order at the last minute only giving the Florists 2 days to get these orders prepared. They delivered on time and gave us absolutely beautiful arrangements. The cost was pretty reasonable as well. Can't say enough about the value and quality. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. They are truly floral artists. After a short discussion in his shop and seeing a couple quick samples he threw together to give us an idea of what he was thinking, we were comfortable enough to lean on his ideas and expertise. My niece recently sent me an arrangement after my Mom passed away. It was so beautiful. It really lifted my mood seeing them on my table. She said she looked for a 5 star florist. Wish I didn't even have to give them a star after the conversation I just had with Mike, the owner, about an order I placed for Mother's Day that was made "on an inactive site". Not sure how an order can be placed on an inactive site if one can navigate to it, enter information, including CC info, and then get a confirmation! My Mom never got her Mother's Day order and Mike was really terrible at helping out saying basically that it was my fault for ordering on an inactive site....WTF!? Best floral shop I've ever been to. The store is so cute and nicely decorated and it has a very warm feel to it. The flowers are beautiful and always fresh and if you have concerns about how to take care of them (so they don't wilt after 2 days when you don't give them fresh water) the staff is more than helpful with giving you advice. The owner, Mike, is SO talented and is always very helpful with making very unique and funky arrangements. I was in there when he was finishing wedding bouquets and I have never seen such beautiful and unique designs. They really are so talented with what they do. Floral Arts is an amazing shop tucked away in Westford, I had my wedding and reception flowers arranged here and Mike was so helpful. He was able to pick out flowers that would match the blue hydrangea I wanted and created beautiful pieces that were exactly what I wanted without needing through instructions. We met a few times, no rushing or any pressure on me and the pricing for the quality of the flowers was reasonable. I am so glad I decided to use Floral Arts for my wedding, they were the most professional shop I met with , and are very proud of their work and even deliver to your venue if it's close enough. Mike took my order and talked me through the various flowers available for her bouquet. He sent me an email confirmation of my order within minutes of hanging up. I now am the only member of my immediate and extended family to live outside of the area (Chicago) so while feverishly Googling for flower delivery in the area, I stumbled upon Floral Arts based on Yelp reviews. Michael has been AWESOME to order from and his product - amazing! I send email requests for flower delivery with very vague criteria and he sends an arrangement that is bang on every time! and the flowers last for days! The quality and freshness of the flowers was superb, the colors were gorgeous, the greens they added were lush and beautiful, and the customer service I received was better than excellent. They also did my husband's boutenniere, my flower girl's bouquet, and provided the flowers for our centerpieces (they do centerpieces there as well but we really wanted to make our own). Michael at Floral arts is amazing. He recently did the flowers for my wedding, they were beautiful. I gave him my budget and showed him one picture and he got it 100% right. We had a hockey themed wedding. He loved our theme and got very creative. He designed an amazing arrangement for our escort card table that lit up with my wedding color, blue, and had the vase lined with black and white old time hockey photos. It was very unique, everyone had something great to say about it. Michael took it a step further and designed a trophy center piece. These were fabulous! Our names and our wedding date were engraved into the trophies. Our guest were battling over who got to take the center pieces home!! I would recommend Floral Arts to everyone. The flowers were one of the wedding details that I didn't care to much about, flowers are flowers. Mike at Floral Arts went above and beyond and exceeded all of our expectations! From the very first time we met with him at his shop, to his prompt replies to phone calls/emails, Mike always made us feel as though we were his number one priority! The bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning...in a variety of garden roses, white roses and hydrangeas. Through his creativity, he incorporated lace from my wedding gown and a pearl necklace belonging to the bride's grandmother into the bridal bouquet adding the personal touch we wanted! The bridesmaid's bouquets were of babies breath and blended so well with the ambience and theme at the The Barn at Gibbet Hill. His knowledge and past experience with this venue allowed him to perfectly create every floral arrangement we asked for, including the fresh flowers on the top of the Birch Arbor. Several guests commented on the beautiful flowers asking us which florist we used! Obviously Mike's attention to all our details is what we are most thankful for!
