Their flowers are beautiful. I get a bouquet every year for Valentine's Day. This year, I was feeling under the weather, was leaving work early when my boyfriend said the delivery window was 8-5. I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

It was kind of a "luck of the draw" situation. I have a florist here in San Antonio that always does a super job with the flowers I send for my wife. When I send to other places, I don't expect the same quality. My wife's friend sent me a picture with her thank you text. The flowers from Carter Creations are really beautiful. I am very happy with my choice. I actually ordered these online. Unfortunately, I messed up the order somehow, and the email receipt indicated they were delivering to MY HOUSE! I panicked for a minute until I saw that I needed to call their number to complete the credit card charges. I told them where to deliver them, and all was well. I wish I had caught the name of the wonderful lady who helped me. She was super nice and very helpful. I only have one friend in Milwaukee. Now, I only have one florist, as well!

I can honestly say her beautiful arrangements, accessories, and decor transformed the entire atmosphere and vibe of my wedding... and turned an old room in a brewery into a magical castle! She knew what I wanted when I didn't know that I didn't know what I wanted, lol. As a full-time artist myself, the vibrant design/colors of my wedding were so important to me, and I had 13 bridesmaids who all wore different colors (essentially the whole rainbow) ... but Cindy just knocked it out of the park!!! Her work is so unique because not only were the bouquets gorgeous and vibrant, but the attention to color and detail was so apparent - no matter what color each bridesmaid was wearing, there was something in their bouquet that complimented them and made them glow individually. Cindy made my dreams come true even though I had only 5 months to prepare and was across the country for all of it except the week before the wedding. The…read moreyearly tradition to get our Xmas tree is wonderful, but even our regular visits throughout the year are always good ones. We popped by to inquire about grass-seeding, and their team is very knowledge! We're hoping to improve our lawn by doing some pre-winter work, followed my spring re-seeding. We gathered a few products that should prove to be helpful! We also love to graze through the gift-like items inside, especially around this time of year. They've started putting our unique holiday item and fun ornaments. Plus, there corner selection of gifts for kiddos is always great. Of course we didn't leave empty handed, as my house needed a few mini xmas trees to add to the decor, and we even grabbed a fun little 'reindeer' game we'll definitely play with the family this season. Planning to come back for a wreath in the coming weeks (they have big and beautiful ones). Highly rec supporting this local garden center if you get the chance.

An employee at Bayside sawed the trunk for us, put the netting on, and strapped it to the top of our car- it really saved us the hassle of doing it ourselves! A couple of disappointments I've had with Bayside are: I applied for a part-time job there a couple of years ago and had spoken to a few different employees. I went in a few times to follow-up. I also made phone calls to follow-up. The manager never got back to me and no one ever called me back. Very disappointing at the time. Also, I have shopped here a lot and purchased multiple things from plants, to plant stands, to gardening tools, etc. I bought a pair of $20 pruning shears for my mom who has arthritic hands and the shears broke on the first use. I went to return them the next day, I didn't have my receipt but they remembered me, and they said I could not return them without the receipt. I was very annoyed.
