Mercedes took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me realistic expectations. She dry cut my hair which is something I never experienced before but I think it made a world of a difference. Over the years my hair has gone from dirty blond to white and is very fine straight hair with some funky curly patches on the sides of my head above my ears which makes it difficult to get a good cut. Toni knows exactly what to do to give me an outstanding haircut.
