A good assortment of microbrews - something for every beer palate. I don't know if there is food, but understand a food truck is on site regularly. It's a laid back place, friendly staff and patrons. Definitely worth checking out.

Kind of a hole in the wall. Some of those are the best finds for me. I had a seltzer. It was okay. Hubby liked the Mad as Hope IPA.

Wow amazing local place . Lots of selections of beers & Ciders . The food was a nice surprise!! Tons of flavor. Nice selection not your typical bar food. Wasn't frozen food reheated it was made fresh. If in Colorado again we would definitely stop by for a couple of brewskis.

Love at first visit. We live about 25 minutes away but will gladly be making the drive back to visit again soon. So many delicious beers (I'm partial to the Chile Wheat), friendly staff and I absolutely love the vibe here! I just followed them on Instagram and they are spot on in describing themselves - "exceptional beer, hometown atmosphere." If we ever consider moving to Florence, proximity to this brewery would be a huge selling point. Also worth noting that they seem very family-friendly. Brought our two year old with us and in addition to an array of adult board games, they also had a few kids toys and a collection of kid books. Love breweries that are down with the half pints tagging along! We'll be back!

Great beers, even better people! Fantastic staff that was helpful and pleasant, easy website to navigate for pickup orders through the COVID troubles. Was able to pick up a couple crowlers and enjoy a sunny southern Colorado day.

Great atmosphere and some really good craft beers. Dogs (well behaved) are welcome and Tucker made his rounds to say hi.

The Just Peachy Hefe was amazing. I loved the bigass connect four. We sampled all the beers and they were all delicious.

I mainly stuck with the Alpine Loop which is a Hef, and certainly was one of the best I have ever had.

Pueblo, CO - The Secret Gem Revealed…read more Hands down, the hidden treasure of Pueblo sits quietly on the west side of town -- Reservoir Brewing. I strolled in after a long day of convention chatter downtown, feeling like a city-slicker cowboy wandering into an old ghost town. I pulled up a seat at the bar, surrounded by locals swapping stories and laughs. Behind the bar was the owner himself, ready to give me the lowdown on the beers. He suggested their Revolution beer but warned me it didn't come out quite like usual. so they added mango. Being the adventurous type, I said, "Why not?" First sip... home run! Easily my favorite of the night. One beer turned into a few, and before I knew it, I was closing the place down, talking with locals and the owner like we'd known each other for years. It was so good I came back the very next day to finish the beer list and check out the food. And let me tell you; Lord have mercy..... the food matched the beer in greatness. Perfect beer food. I started with the spicy habanero cheese curds (fiery but addictive) and then went in for the kill: The Rachel Fully Loaded with turkey, pastrami, and bacon on marbled rye, with chips on the side. That sandwich didn't stand a chance. Every crumb vanished. Naturally, I enjoyed a flight and stocked up with a couple of growlers to go. (Flip Flamingo Rule #1: Always keep empty growlers in the car, just in case.) The owners also mentioned they're moving to a bigger location closer to the reservoir, hopefully in September. You'd better believe I'll be back for round two at the new spot. If you want the best all-around brewery in Pueblo --Beer Food Vibes , this is it. Drop in, order a pint, and tell 'em Flip sent ya!
