The scaffolding cost was a money saver compared to what I paid 10 years ago. Through out the process, Cesar was very easy to work with. He was good natured, patient with explanations and always eager to find solutions that would save money. I found him to be honest as he would readily admit responsibility to anything happened to be overlooked or missed. Cesar has a good and hard working team. They worked Monday through Saturday 7:30-4:30 with Cesar sometimes staying past 6PM to finish up a few things or to discuss issues that may have come up. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the results. The paint job is beautiful with two coats of hand paint which is the gold standard. In addition, Cesar's helped fixing my gutters and downspouts and doing water testing on the windows that I had water leaking problems in the past. I also let him restored my decks and stairs to the natural redwood color and they now look beautiful as well. Compared to the two similar jobs in the past, Cesar's job is clearly the best.
