The one thing I do like, they offer the price of the fitting will be deducted from the price of a putter if you buy one after the fitting...which is a plus! This store was It appeared to be clean, fully stocked, and have a friendly staff. Spent an hour testing out several different brands and models of putters in the putter section, their green area isn't large but was able to test out several different putters. Another employee came over and asked if I needed any assistance, much better customer service compared to the previous GG store I visited.

I normally go to a certain range not too far from this location but the Toptracer digital flight tracking machines had peaked my interest. While my main focus is on ball striking, I wanted to go the extra mile and utilize Toptracer to get an idea of distance gaping my woods/irons. THE EXPERIENCE Things may have changed from some previous reviews but the golf mats were perfectly fine. There weren't any glaring wear issues and I've definitely seen worse. The golf balls were fine and still had dimples left so no complaints on that end as well. The real interest and determining factor of my experience was TopTracer Technology. With the help of the digital flight tracking machines that were installed in every stall, I was able to get some raw data that helped me distance gap my clubs. Keep in mind that all the data is relative to the conditions (especially cold conditions) but I was able to get the answers I was looking for. Toptracer is able to tell you carry, total distance, launch angle, and other useful information to help optimize your clubs. I personally used the data to see how I hit my multiple drivers and find which one I hit best. It was mission accomplished. Of note, there is a small practice green with some chipping mats surrounding it. There are maybe two holes that you can use for putting and the rest are mostly for chipping targets. OTHER INFO -In addition to golf, they have pickleball courts/mini golf/paintball/turfed field and other offerings to keep you interested -The cost was marginally higher compared to your typical range but in my opinion worth it. The small bucket cost 12 dollars here compared to 10 dollars to a normal one without the digital flight tracking. FINAL THOUGHTS While Anchor Golf is a little farther from the driving range I used to use, it's well worth it for the experience to see your raw data. I would recommend giving this place a try!

As the East Hanover location and their pros seem stable, it now seems, unlike several years ago, that there should not be any significant changes or issues on Golftec's part that may violate your commitment and understanding of the contract that you enter!

They offered me no credits and was able to return the clubs and give a refund. In the process of getting a refund, instead of refunding me they charged my credit card AGAIN. The person I was working with was initially unresponsive when I told him of his mistake and they have been very slow moving to help resolve. I bought the clubs from the the golf warehouse based off my custom fit specifications and they told me the manufacturer (Taylor Made) could not make my exact fit left handed so I had to make a minor change to the fit. I will never be going back to Golf Tec and do not recommend using them because of their horrible customer service and lack of transparency with the golf club manufacturers they work with.

I ordered a putter fitting here, the staff rep was Dustin. He was knowledgeable and helpful to focus in on the a few putter options that was tailored to my putting style. This store has everything you need for your golf game; from a wide selection of clubs, bags, balls, learning tools, and apparel. The new season apparel can be a bit pricey, however they always have discount sales which provides great value. Lastly, I appreciate the fact they instruct in the "Saturdays at the Superstore" session.

Reserved an hour with Mike Mrugal, one of two golf pro instructors at this driving range. On the day of the lesson, I was running behind schedule and Mike was very accommodating to adjust his schedule, so I could get the full 60 minutes of instruction time. He was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my feedback. Provided some very simple and actionable tips that I could do on and off the golf course. It helped reinforce the good movements of my swing and build muscle memory. I definitely plan on going back to Mike after the season is over for some more tips to work on during the winter at the driving range. As for the location, it's a two-level driving range with different size of range ball buckets you can purchase (inside) for the ball machine (outside) reads the QR code on the receipt. The shop has the basics, in the event you forgot to bring something with you to the range. The lessons are taught in an enclosed shack that has a hitting mat and tv monitor for the instructor to provide instant feedback on your swing...nothing high-tech, but it is sufficient to visualize & communicate what you are doing right or wrong. While the box is fairly large,perhaps having smaller (yet more frequent) groups would allow the coaches to have a possibility to look after each athlete more carefully,ensuring the movement is correct and there's no risk of injury. With nearly 20 people on class that's virtually impossible... Another thing I missed-no cool-down after WOD..? My body is still hyper sensitive 3 days after the workout,whereas in my former club the whole group would do some mobility/stretching excercises in the end,to avoid sore muscles the day after. Sure,you get some time prior to the next class,to stay and stretch by yourself,but doing it all together with some supervision would surely benefit everyone. Last but not least-I find that it's important to ensure tidyness and cleanliness by providing some antibacterial spray and wiping cloths,to clean the weights after each person has used it for working out. I didn't notice any,whereas elsewhere we'd be forced into numerous burpees if someone would forget to clean after himself/herself. And yes,finally,the prices-we all know Crossfit isn't cheap,but anything beyond 200$ and still limiting you to 4 times per week? Or 300+ for unlimited membership,still binding you for at least 1 year? Thank you,but I'll have to look elsewhere...
