The food is amazing the food and the place has improved over the years! And the fries we so good and moist

So I was craving some super nachos and I decided to try Floriberto's today and I must say I was NOT disappointed! They portion for the price was awesome! The guacamole was so fresh and delicious with every bite. The carne asada (steak) was so tender and flavorful with every single bite! I also had their red salsa and it was just like being at my grandma's house! Everything was very flavorful and perfect! The staff was extremely friendly and polite! If you haven't tried Floribertos I suggest you give them a try! read more

Food is okay, service is terrible. There was one female employee that was there months ago and was great, but I haven't seen her since, now the lady that's always in there lies constantly every time I try and order lol Apparently all burritos are pre made and you can't have them remove fresh jalapeños and sub them for picked jalapeños. Love the burritos but the chubby chick that's always working is such an a$$. Super short with you, I'm always more than nice to her, and more than half the time she will give you the wrong order or just give you what you ask for. She will even cut you off while ordering. read more

Can I do 0 stars? Absolutely bad energy from the girl that helped us at the drive through window, not nice, short with us. We stopped on May 5, 2023 to get a burrito on the way to our son's baseball game. It took forever for two burritos. We almost got charged for the burrito we had ordered because she didn't hear us cancel and change to a different one, and it seems to pay us back, our food was not made very well. Both burritos small... prices sky rocketed up, and served horrible food. Mine came out uneatable. I've never had such a bad burrito served to me in 48 years. read more

I got rolled tacos and I usually love rolled tacos from other restaurants. But these were inedible, they were super hard and i'm not just talking about the shell the meet inside was hard also. I was able to get through 2 which was hard to do, but when I got to my 3rd one something tasted rancid. I'm not sure if it was the meet or the guacamole on top i'm not to sure but I had to spit it out. Also let me add in that it's 16 dollars for 5 rolled tacos, rice and beans, and a small drink. That is very excessive for the quality of food you receive. The girl (who everyone is talking about in the other reviews) taking the order isn't to nice, I try to be optimistic because I know working in the food industry isn't super fun but this place isn't constantly crowded with people so there's really not much to be stressed about. I also understand matching people's energy but I also treat food workers with the utmost respect because as said before I understand what it's like to work in the food industry. Anyway as someone who had come here like 2-3 years ago and got the exact same thing, this place has really fell off which is sad. I chose to go to this one compared to the Betos in Spanish Fork because I enjoy supporting smaller owned businesses, but it's hard when they aren't trying at all. Came in for a late lunch and the place was mostly empty, good for me as I was in no mood for a line of people. Walked right up to the counter and ordered 3 carne tacos. Now I saw some reviews complaining about the wait at the drive in and suggest you get out of your car and get some exercise. What up with the drive-ins Spanish Fork anyway, every establishment has one and cars 10 deep! I really enjoyed the tacos here and the condiments bar were excellent and clean. The other taco meal was the same although the refried beans could be better. Wish the taco people would stop with the precooked meat and make it fresh each time, these small chunks cook in minutes. Went through waited 25 minutes and still didn't get our food. I went inside to see what was happening and the person inside says it's only me and I told him if you know the wait is long because you're the cook the cashier and everything else let your customers know don't act stupid and give them attitude!! This is the only place in Spanish Fork that serves Mexican after hours for now. I came to Floriberto's last night because I was having a California Burrito craving and my husband wanted Carne Asada Fries. I ordered my stuff, paid $20 for two items and waited 20 minutes. That's a little ridiculous considering they were NOT busy, there was no one in front of me in the drive through nor was there anyone behind me. I did not even see anyone inside the restaurant either. This place is usually super generous when it comes to loading up the Carne Asada fries but not so much this time. You can see all the food in one corner of the take out container(normally it covers the entire container). There was nothing but meat on top of a handful of fries. Literally a handful. All the fries in the picture are seriously all the fries in the container. ‍ The meat was super fatty and looked slimy. ‍ I asked for extra red sauce and the cashier went back to grab just one for me. Lol! I will not return and this place has forever lost my business. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

It's unfortunate that this place has gotten so many 1 and 2 star reviews. The food is very delicious. They are definitely not the fastest drive-thru Mexican joint, but if you go expecting to wait a few minutes longer than usual I think you'll really enjoy the stop. We stopped on a Friday night on the way down to Zion and didn't experience the 30+ minute wait times that others claimed. It was more like 15 minutes, but the carne asada burrito was soooo worth it! read more

Service is horrible. They have a sign that states Drive-thru opens at 8AM. I called for 30 mins straight and no one answered.

I've tried really, really hard to like this place and have given it several tries, but after so many wrong orders and exceptionally long wait times, I've made up my mind to not go back. I won't bore you with the details, but the service is seriously lacking, food is so-so. This place is not closed, but perhaps should be. I ordered the rolled tacos with guacamole and fries. The fries were average and very hot. The rolled tacos not even warm. But there were black plastic looking flecks on part of the guacamole, some of the fries and all over the paper the fries were on and all inside of the bag. Looks almost like pepper. First time to Floriberto's for breakfast. I ordered the machaca breakfast burrito. It was huge and very good . With a breakfast like that , the next meal will be dinner ! When I drove up to the drive up window , I saw a handprinted sign offering Street Tacos for $1.25 each . The next time I stopped by I walked in and got the street tacos . When you walk in there's a salsa bar with three kinds of salsa and onions , carrots , radishes. Excellent flavor and the prices are affordable and the food is great . If you are hungry for authentic, inexpensive good Mexican food this place is for you. read more

I would have given one star but I have to admit that the food does taste pretty good. However, I am writing this review from the drive through where I have been waiting for 39 minutes and counting. How could it possibly take this long to make a simple burrito? I am the only car in line and yet I sit here and sit here. I would drive away but I have already paid for my food. I think what they did was take my order - drive to the nearest betos to pick it up and then they bring it back and hand it to me. At least I hope I eventually get some food. They have always been annoyingly slow but I have put up with it. 10 minutes in the drive through for a good burrito is really no big deal but now it has been 45 minutes. I am never coming back. Ok it's so long now I am downgrading my rating to one star and driving away without my food. $20 lost and 50 minutes in the drive through. I officially hate this place. I'm giving them 3 stars only because I have different experiences depending on who's working there. When the women are there it's 1 star all the way! Absolutely terrible service. Extremely long wait times at the window. Like 25 minutes. Wrong food out the window. They don't say you're welcome. The list goes on. And the worst part is, is they take your money at the window so you're stuck there waiting for your food but can't just drive away. On the other hand. If the man is there, 5 stars hands down!!! Quick service, friendly, hot burritos, accurate orders. Everything is perfect. He genuinely cares. The food was delicious and I've gone back twice now to order the same thing. The service though is sorely lacking. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros with steak both times and was blown away with the flavor and quantity given. I love having the fresh pico and lime that come with it as well as their fresh tortillas. I have been here a number of times over the years. However it was time to actually sit down and write a review. It has been a few months so I decided to take the time today and go back see how things are you. Will it was far cleaner than the last time however the floor and some of the surroundings are in distrpair. Tiles are broken and floors are showing. Some of the booths were very wobbly. We had to hunt to find a good one. Then came the wait. It was 20 or more minutes to get our food. Two of us had chimichangas and the other had rolled tacos. Well when they got there the tacos were almost completely devoid of meat. The chimichangas were good but the refried beans were like a soup. Not just thick, but runny. I bounced between one and two. I use to go here every Saturday when they opened, I would get the breakfast burrito, it was good, but about a year ago they kept getting A LOT smaller and the hot sauce watered down, the worst part is when I would order, they would say "como?" Like they didn't understand me anymore. It was sad because I would order 4-6 at a time for family. Now we drive to Springville Betos. It's too bad, because we live in Spanish Fork. Horrible horrible service. We went on a Sunday early afternoon ( 11:00am) they had "opened" at 10:00 and still didn't have food ingredients ready for the day. After waiting behind NO ONE in the drive thru line for 25 mins. I finally went inside to ask what the hold up was, and all they said was sorry it's taking longer then usual. 30 mins in a drive thru is unacceptable, especially with no wait. , I could have gone to a restaurant for better food. And then when we finally got our food, she had thrown the sauces in the bag and they all exploded inside the bag and started leaking on our car seats.... will NEVER go again. I've come here to grab my husband breakfast burritos before, but it is worth my time to drive to Springville and go to Betos then come here. The drive thru is obscenely slow, prices keep going higher and the portions aren't great. They have no set hour schedule as far as I can tell. I like the food here. It is similar to Betos, waiting time is crazy but I usually call ahead so by the time I'm there it is ready. Have had to wait sometimes even when I call in. I will never ever eat here again!!! Worst service i have ever had! I ordered three burritos and after making them repeat my order to me twice, i returned home to only find 3 burritos. They made me pay for 5 burrittos if i wanted the 4th! They charged me for extra sauce in the drive through when there is a salf serve sauce cart inside!!! I FOUND SPIT AND EGG SHELLS IN MY FOOD!!!
