The al pastor taco had good flavor, though it was missing that caramelized texture and sweetness you usually get from meat cooked on a spit. The cabeza taco was probably the highlight -- tender, flavorful, and the salsa verde tied everything together perfectly. The chorizo tacos had a really nice flavor as well, but were just a tad dry. It is a food truck so don't expect the restaurant atmosphere. The ladies behind working there are nice and they had fun talking Spanish with this gringo. lol I only tried the street tacos. Being from San Diego, Ca that is how you know if you have good Mexican food by starting with the tacos. I will go back again and try the rest of the menu.
