The farm is huge with plenty of space to pick berries, and the berries are so fresh and delicious! They also have a cute little farm store that was so fun to look around in, and plenty of snacks, meals, and drinks to try! I got a strawberry milkshake, and it was genuinely the best milkshake I've ever had. I definitely recommend this place for a date, a hangout with friends, or even a little solo trip. It's a very relaxing activity and is a great way to get some sunlight.

This weekend I took my mom for a mother daughter date and she's been wanting to come here. Since it was Easter weekend, the festivities were on and poppin! The kids were going down the huge slide with the potato sacks to several food trucks. We came for U-Pick sunflowers and strawberries. The strawberries this time around were wayyyyyy more ripe and vibrant than a month ago. Boy, was I so happy that we came when we did. My mom went crazy picking so many berries. Then we walked out into the field which the sunflowers were located. The sunflowers were so beautiful and had these large stems. They do give you scissors to cut them. The food trucks had a great variety from American to Jamaican. The food stand was even open and we tried their hand pressed lemonades and macaroons. We hoped they would be open and to our surprise they were open and had tons of Blueberries and not many people. They charge $5 per pound of Blueberries or $25 for the full bucket which holds 5 to 6 pounds. If you decide you do not want to pick the blueberries yourself they charge 1 pound bags for $6. In order to get to this farm you either have to take Wiliston Rd or 441. You make your way down a dirt road and you keep driving. Thankfully they had signs that said U-Pick Blueberries which made it much easier to find. When at the farm they have several acres of Blueberries. We started picking and sampling at the same time. It was great to try the different types of blueberries they had. Every 10 minutes they hard what sounded like a gun shot go off to scare the birds away. They also had a bull horn to scare the birds as well. It was pretty epic. Overall I had a wonderful time picking the blueberries. It was fun and it was a great way to social distance from others. I would for sure recommend this farm.

We also snagged fresh, newly harvested, sweet corn ( that we roasted on the fire later). The apple cider, carrots, garlic and more were fine quality, tantalizing. I loved the idea of picking peaches for Mother's Day. Now it was H-O-T, not gonna lie!! But it…read morewas something new and I wanted to give it a try. This place is in Dade City which we took the back road from Lutz to get there. It made for a nice drive, not much traffic and the roads were smooth. Keep in mind that there is 1 way in and 1 way out. Also want to put in the disclaimer that if you have a low car or a car you may want to take it very easy when exiting -- the exit has a DEEP dip in the ground and isn't level to the road so if you don't go out at the right angle, you're going to get stuck. Next time we will definitely bring my SUV versus my hubs Dodge Charger. When you arrive, you park over on the side where they have signage indicating parking. Upon arriving, don't just go out and start picking unless you're familiar w/the process. Visit the small table they have setup near the large oak tree for a bag to fill with your peaches. They have 2 groves available --- 1 for more sweet peaches and 1 for more tangy peaches. We were probably out there a good 30-40 minutes and visited both groves. I wanted the sweet ones and my daughter wanted the tangy ones. These peaches are rather small compared to the peaches you've ever had from Georgia or from the grocery store. They do allow you to sample the peaches while picking -- just pick the peach and eat it! That's the best part. :) We ended up spending $30 for 2 bags which was actually ALOT of peaches. We did find it hard to find peaches that were ready to pick and looked good....the trees all seemed a bit picked over, which may be due to the timing as well. Perhaps if you go earlier in the season you'd have better luck in finding better peaches. They also went bad REALLY fast. Within 3 days, we had to throw a lot of them out given they were bad. Next year we'll go earlier in the season for better quality. I will give them 3 star though -- the people working there are extremely friendly and the groves are clean and allow for distancing while picking. They do have another grove not that far away which I think we'll try the next time we go. Restroom needed while there, have no fear --- they have a portable potty available.
