My child is…read morefinally old enough to take to a theater and not have him get up multiple times during the show. Our experience watching the Zootopia sequel last weekend was one for the books. The theater was packed due to it being the last weekend of winter break but we were not deterred. Plus, the movie we saw had been out since November so there were plenty of seats to choose from. The upgrades that were made to this theater are awesome. The theater has comfy, reclining seats with privacy walls behind each row so that nobody's screen use is visible to your periphery. The theater itself was very clean. After my son dropped our entire bucket of popcorn while waiting for me to use the restroom, I immediately reported it and the attendee informed me that they do restroom checks every 10 minutes. I feel like tickets have gotten a little more expensive despite having a Stubs account, but the mobile app used to secure seats is user-friendly and beats waiting in a long line, so if I have to pay a convenience fee for that, I don't mind much. Concessions are where all theaters cash in, but if you order ahead or pack a bag of M&Ms instead of paying full price at the concessions counter, I don't feel like a medium popcorn and fountain soda will break the bank. As my son gets older and is more interested in movie viewing, I look forward to returning to AMC.

They also had a big selection of vegan food choice, which was a huge plus for my child with a dairy allergy. The staff was awesome. The only hiccup was that I didn't realize it's not directly connected to the mall and got a bit lost. I called, and the gentleman who answered was incredibly helpful and explained that the entrance is on the second level of the parking garage at the green walkway. This movie theater is located inside the countryside mall on the 2nd level, just make sure you park on the correct side of the mall, so you are able to save walking distance, IF you are just trying to catch a flick. Concessions are your typical concession prices, spirits are pricey, but it makes for a great experience. They have reclining chairs, with swivel tables to put your drinks, or snacks on, with PLENTY of space. We checked in online so there really isn't much interaction with staff, besides getting your ticket printed, concessions, then ticket verification. Movie theater is clean, well ventilated and sound and the lighting is nice and it isn't crowed for a 8:20pm show on a Sunday. All-In-All I prefer the movie theater by my home, but if I have to venture out for a particular movie, I will definitely come back here.

We've been here several times, and came again for the new Star Wars movie. The service is always top notch, pleasant and food drinks comes out quickly. Typically you want to arrive half an hour early to get your order in. The waiters come around maybe once again right when the movie starts for refills or to pickup anything done. After that if you need drink refills it's best you don't wait and just get yourself. All in all an elevated movie experience. Oh and the leather seats have a slight rocking to them for comfort, but don't have reclining nor foot rest. Docking 1 star for that because this IS still a movie theatre, and the viewing experience has to be better for 5 stars. So the answer to the magic question was already included in my review, yes we enjoy coming out when wanting an elevated movie experience and will again. Tickets and food prices reflect that (tickets, soda, 1 alcoholic drink, app and 2 entres were about $140+), and overall we are pretty pleased enough to return.

That is absolutely unacceptable and disturbing. The seats were filthy, uncomfortable, and clearly never cleaned, the floors were sticky and gross, and the entire environment felt unsanitary and unsafe. I paid to watch a movie -- not to sit in a dirty seat and get bitten by bugs. This location is a health hazard, and management should be embarrassed. Until this place is properly cleaned and taken seriously, do not waste your money here. One of the worst theater experiences I've ever had.
